This is our second time here for both mini golf & arcade. This is located next to the mall. Same building but no connecting doors to the mall. The entry to the venue are between JCPenney and Macys parking lot area. When you enter the doors, you walk down the set of stairs to enter the play area. Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

GLO Mini Golf presents a 27 hole experience of Mini Golf, escape rooms, virtual reality, and arcade games. It's located in the Galleria at Tyler. There's a variety way to choose your ticket and experience. For me and my cousins, we decided to only do mini golf, which was $17 per person. It was honestly such a good price and each hole was unique and fun! We stayed longer than anticipated so make sure to plan for long term stay here.

This place was pretty cool. Not located in the mall but was part of the mall. The entrance was on the outside of the mall near Macys. I will say that it was pretty clean here, even the restrooms. They had an arcade and 27 holes of miniature golf in the dark but glo in the dark. I think they also had a virtuality room but I'm not entirely sure. The kids had a blast here. The only downside is that everything seems very cramped in here. All of the holes were so close together. I felt like one kid could have hit the ball too hard and knock someone in the head on the next course. The arcade had a good variety of games so that was cool. It's a little pricy here but it was worth it to see how much fun the kids had. I dont think I would come again but it was a fun experience.

A fun way to spend some time if you're in the area. I brought a friend here so we could both try mini golf for the first time. The glow in the dark aesthetic is quite a welcoming one. We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

This unique mini golf spot is located in Tyler's Mall, with the entrance tucked between Macy's and JCPenney. Upon entering, you descend two flights of stairs to reach the actual area. The place is a mix of an arcade, mini golf course, and escape room. Since my friends and I went for the mini golf, we paid $16 per person, which included all 27 courses. The course was unique and, true to its name, it glowed. The black lights made certain parts of the course brighter than others, and even our golf balls glowed. There weren't too many people on the course, and we were told it takes about 45 minutes to complete. We were also given the option to tally our points to see who wins. It ended up taking us about an hour and a half to finish the course. Overall, it was really fun, and we enjoyed the random music playing around the space. We liked being able to move at our own pace and had a lot of fun.

It was fun for the price. Not quite what I was hoping for when golfing under the black lights.

Yall sell beers?

NOPE!!!

About how long does it take to complete mini golf?

Depends how fast ppl are in front of you. Took us more than an hour.

I saw your comment back in 2018 regarding alcohol. Has that changed?

Are masks still required here?

No 4/2022

Hi, I'm here in town for a few days, is this place open or limited activites are offered at the moment?

It is open - mini golf and small arcade area. They do require masks.

How much is it per person and is it open right now due to covid?

It is open 4/2022. It was about $14~ per person. If you check in on Yelp Monday-Friday, you get $2 off

Do you have to pay 12$ per person for golf? Can two play for 12$ of mini golf?

Hi if it's for 2 then good, $12 to golf for 1 no

Is it for little kids or youth as well?

Yes lots of fun

Do you guys serve alcohol?

Sorry at this time we do no serve alcohol.

What type of food do they have?

We are currently remodeling our Snack bar, but are a few feet away from the malls food court.

We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'

The kids were going nonstop and were EXHAUSTED by the time we left! When we first got there around 3pm on a Sunday it wasn't too crowded and the kids had free reign to go everywhere without waiting. By the time we were leaving it was starting to fill up, so I'm glad we went earlier in the day. This place is clean, has plenty to do, and most of the staff is pretty friendly. As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. All in all, the kids had a great time. We will come back...just not on the weekend! Haha!

Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Management Response…read more We've been to Airtopia before and have never had an experience like this. I brought my four-year-old son on Saturday, August 22, and unfortunately what should have been a fun afternoon turned into me constantly worrying about his safety. There were two teenagers wearing masks and tails, presenting themselves as "furries," running around chasing younger children, barking, making animal noises, and nearly knocking my four-year-old down. I approached the manager and specifically asked if she could please have them stop running and chasing the smaller children because they had almost knocked my son over. Her response was essentially, "I'm sorry, but there's nothing I can do about it." That was the most disappointing part. I don't care how someone chooses to dress, but when their behavior becomes disruptive and potentially unsafe for small children, I absolutely expect management to step in. Instead, I had to stay right next to my son for the remainder of our visit to make sure he didn't get hurt. As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to spend the entire experience protecting my four-year-old because management refuses to address unsafe behavior. I have contacted corporate and requested a refund. Unfortunately, based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend this location to families with young children. Management needs to do a much better job ensuring that all paying guests--especially small children--can enjoy the facility safely.

The manager, Craig, was able to shift our reservation so the rest of our party could arrive without losing any time bowling together as a group. After we finished bowling, we decided to stay for dinner and let the kids play in the arcade. Craig was very willing to help us secure an area in the open seating so we could play games with the kids and have a home base for all 19 of us to gather and eat afterward. All in all, the staff at Big Al's was very pleasant and accommodating. Craig specifically made everything so much easier for our party, whether it was adjusting our reservation, helping us secure a table, or simply checking in throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back for future family get-togethers, purely based on the wonderful and attentive service we received.

We decided to switch to shuffleboard and that's when the issues started. We had originally ordered micheladas with modelo negra with our server, however when we started ordering from the bar, the bartender stated that they didn't have that beer. Not an issue but it just seemed weird since someone else from our group had ordered one 10 minutes before that. Then the bartender had an attitude when my friend tried to order 4 drinks for our group because apparently every single person had to be there to order their own drinks, even though we had already ordered with our server. Also not an issue but the attitude we were receiving was unwarranted. Then the real issue started. We went on with our night and they announced at 10:15 that this was last call and the last drink would be served at 10:30. We go to order a final round at 10:19 and the bartender says that last call is over. We think that's weird but finish playing our last round of shuffleboard. At 10:30 the manager announces that last call is over. My friend went to speak with the manager about the bartender lying and being rude and we were met with even more rudeness from the manager. The bartender yelled at my friend that he would meet him outside (I'm assuming to fight). Two of our other friends stayed back to try to speak with the manager and the bartender lied and said that what happened wasn't the case and that they were out of tajin (which wasn't asked for) and that we came after 10:30. Not once did the manager take anything we had said into consideration. After seeing how low the reviews for this location are in comparison to other Big Al's locations, I'm not surprised as to why. Not only do they have staff members that threaten physical violence, but they also have managers that think that behavior like that is acceptable. All in all, if you feel like you'll have a good time getting lied to, terrible service, and threatened, this is the perfect place for you. If you care about your family, I would not recommend coming here.
