    Toasted Tiger 虎斑波霸奶

Absolute gem of a cafe! I highly recommended their Toasted tiger tea. All drinks are fully customizable in sugar content, toppings and milk. The service is fast, they have ordering kiosks. It is a neat and spacious cafe with minimalist with booth and tables. They also have a variety of dessert and pastries. I recommend trying them when in the area. They have ample of parking and located inside the plaza.

Glaze tea is for the ones that enjoy the strong tea flavor in a lot of these drinks. Not too sweet. They also serve food as well, but we ended up getting a jasmine tea with the fresh fruit and I got the jasmine tea with a hint of peach. Strong taste of jasmine tea very subtle peach flavor.

My sister recommended this cute boba spot when I was back in town. It's so big and airy inside. I ordered on the screen. My drink came out in about 5-6 mins. The tea level and the sweetness level (I ordered 50%) was perfect! I love that they use soy milk for the drink too! The cup designs are soooo cute! Mine shaped like a flower! One of the best bobas I've ever had for sure!!!

Cute little bag they give you! And one of the drinks.

A super underrated gem in the right in the middle of the Pleasant Hill area. Located in the plaza by the new Gohan AYCE, Chubby Cattle KBBQ, Canton House, Kickin Crab, this is THE place to go for tea drinks after a good dinner. They certainly have some unique options, and the menu / options can be a little confusing to understand so definitely ask for guidance, or check out some of the descriptions on the ordering kiosks at the front (the drink info is present there, and is not on the physical menus at the front). Tea flavour is quite excellent on a lot of the tea options, favourite ones have been the blooming jasmine, amber, and especially the moonlight. The teas overall again have good flavour so recommend cutting down the sweet to really taste the tea. "Modern" milk teas are lower in sugar and they are going for a more "refined" experience, you can't add any toppings for those and they want you to enjoy the flavour as it is. Drinks on the pricier end for the area. Some of the other options are a bit more offbeat, soybean milk tea was a highlight, and lots of people ordering the Durian drink - they use real durian in this and not powder so buyer beware (it is pricey, but worth if you like Durian. Couldn't be me) Tea hotpot is madness and have not tried so can't comment on this, but the place can get very loud if it is busy but is a nice hangout spot when it is emptier.

With Christmas coming up, I brought my little niece and younger cousin to Claw Mart to try the claw machines, and afterward we stopped by Glazed Tea (琉璃) for bubble tea, which is a popular spot. They enjoy milk tea with boba and QQ-style toppings, while I personally prefer milk tea with a stronger tea flavor and a light milk aroma. Glazed Tea offers a good balance and is a nice option that can satisfy different preferences. The milk tea itself was enjoyable, but the food items didn't quite meet our expectations. The salt & pepper chicken had a smaller portion than expected and was a bit over-fried for my taste. The 5-piece chicken wings had decent flavor, though the size was on the smaller side and the price felt a little high compared to similar shops like Chu Cha. Overall, the drinks are worth trying, but I'd no recommend ordering the chicken nuggets and wings。(・・;)

I like the spacious seating and self order kiosks. Service is great, fast and efficient. Looks like there are snacks or sweet dessert options. The tea aroma, tastes smooth, and on point. I have tried the classic brown sugar boba milk tea with grass jelly. The grass jelly and boba texture is exactly how I wanted. I want to try the jasmine tea and matcha next time. Everyone from my table said that their drink was also good.

Just when you thought you have seen every possible kind of Boba place. Here's comes a new thing... the BOBA HOT POT... If you are that person that can't settle on your toppings, or want to have a sip of everyone's cup, so that you can taste everything... the BOBA HOT POT is your thing. You pick the toppings you want, and its placed in a HOT POT... and you nibble here , and there. Perfect for you , the BOBA aficionado. Service was good, the interactive ordering panel explained the hot pot, food came out quick. All good. My one gripe is.. the loud, clubby music... its like utz, utz, utz, utz..... non stop. Ugh. Otherwise, a good boba place.

I've been here before to get their "hot pot" bubble tea and ice cream, and... It was fun! They had yummy toppings and good ice cream. For 6 people, we ordered 2 of these, which worked out great. Serving size seems about right though they had limited tea offerings (3 tea options when we visited) for this experience ($20). Now that I've started leaving reviews on Yelp, I returned to try their tea. There are two kiosks at the entrance for ordering, or you can go to the cashier and order. It's p spacious with lots of areas for groups to hang out and yap. They serve food too, though I haven't tried any. They had tea samples at the front, and it was hard to make a decision, but I liked what I ended up getting. It's pricier than other bubble tea places (my drink after adding grass jelly was ~$10!), but the tea and toppings taste great. I'm not sure how often they have promotions, but they had raffle tickets in red envelopes to celebrate Lunar New Year. Here's hoping to winning a year's worth of bubble tea!

Jan. 18, 2025 It was a fun experience! Very different and it's a unique way to enjoy boba on a different level....."hot pot" style. Delicious as always but I'm not a big fan of the mochi or crème brûlée texture (flavor is good). Please check them out! You will enjoy it!

Glaze tea has some AMAZING boba!! They have a unique boba hot pot option where you can pick a tea and you can pick 6 topping. It's a great way to try different options and share with a group. I loved mixing these together to get the best combination. The custard, normal boba, and vanilla ice cream were the best. There wasn't a long wait to get our drinks and the staff was fast and friendly. The place was lively and a cute spot to hang out.

Purple Taro Taro and Coconut Mango Pomelo
    Jessica L.

After seeing family, and having dinner, we wanted a sweet treat. We stopped by here and we were satisfied! We ordered the coconut mango pomelo and purple taro taro. It was delicious! Service is self serve via kiosk. And ambience was very cute and clean; the marbled floors give it that immaculate modern look and it's way bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. This is great for small or large group; date night, friends night, family night, or just for a quick snack. Till then, let's sip!

The service was good but my main issue with the place is that they didn't have the air circulating. It smelled musky the moment you step into the door. They close at midnight so that's nice. I have been to this location a few times before, but I have been to the one in Midtown more frequently. Sweet Hut has a BUNCH of different pastries, both savory and sweet. If you aren't picking up what I'm putting down....they have something for EVERYONE. I got there around 10:30AM, so I grabbed some breakfast. I got a Crème Brûlée latte and a ham and cheese pastry. The pastry was the perfect breakfast snack! It was honestly quite filling. The latte was perfect too! For lunch, I got some fries and their chicken nuggets. I have been getting these chicken nuggets for YEARS, and they are so good!! I always get them mild, cause they already come a little spicy. Making them any spicier (which you can do), makes them hard to eat for me! But they are so good, as well as the fries! I brought a book with me to read while I waited. Sweet Hut is the perfect place to hang out, get some studying done, or just a place where you want to focus. Great place to go to by yourself or with some friends. I really do love this place!

Well, what a disappointment, the seats are are torn up and the foam is exposed, the table is super wobbly, so to get any writing done... it's not ideal. After a few minutes, we decided it's time to move to the benches. One of the table is still a bit wobbly, but not as bad as the one in the booth. The seats are in good condition with pillows to support your back, a plus! What really ruined our work time is this lady coming in soliciting for people to give her money. I'm not sure if the staff is aware that she keeps coming in and going out multiple times going around to every table. She asked us 3 different time during our entire time there. As people are working and having a snack and enjoying quality time with friends and family, the last thing I want is someone coming up to my table and ask for money.
