I brought my Lexus in for some glass work and had a great experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job, the glass looks perfect, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I recommend them. read more

I had my car broken into yesterday morning. I called my insurance who then immediately connected me to The Glass-Man Glass Co. They were very accommodating and had a serviceman repair my window same day in the convenience of my home. They helped turn a discouraging situation into a much better one. Thank you! read more

Great job and wonderful customer service. I had an unfortunate debacles with a big name glass company and was referred to the Glass-Man. Thank God! Super polite and made the process super easy and quick! Definitely would reach out for services in the future. Shout out to Max from Safelite Solutions for connecting me with these guys. So happy and satisfied! read more

My experience with glass - man was hassle free and they were all very nice and professional from the phone call of the appointment to the delivery of the glass and installation. They were nice enough to come out in the rain, took out the old broken windshield, vacuumed the glass in the trunk and thankfully were able to install in the parking garage because i live in a apartment. Highly recommend this company! Thank you thank you thank you! read more

Outstanding company and service! Absolutely love that they come to your house. They replaced our Jeep windshield for about 1/3 of what the dealership wanted to charge us. And most recently they helped our son replaced a broken passenger window. Prices are very reasonable and the work ethic and response times are amazing. Highly recommend!! read more

I have been referring customers, friends, and family to The Glass Man since 2017 when I worked for an Audi dealership. Fast, friendly, and always fair. read more

Hey Yelp family.. new review here. I recently needed my windshield replaced and was provided with this business through my dealership due to them being highly booked. I called this business on a Thursday and they came to my home on Saturday morning the job took about 15-20 minutes and done. The technicians were friendly and professional the fee was what I consider fair $325 with warranty. From beginning to end my experience was wonderful no complaints. So if anyone ever needs this work done feel free to reach out to them and they are mobile so it makes it better too. read more

Had a broken back windshield on my Nissan Rogue that needed replaced. Glassman came to my spot and fixed it in less than 1 hr. Crew did a good job with the cleanup making sure no pieces of broken glass was left behind and even tried to fix my windshield motor that was broken off from the windshield breaking. The only few things I would have to gripe about is I had to wait almost a week and a half in order to get the windshield. Also the labor for jpb doesn't add up to how long it took the crew to fix the windshield. All in all a good job. read more

My car was hit with debris while driving on the freeway, which sadly left two cracks on my front windshield. Luckily, my car insurance would help pay for a portion (after my deductible maxed out). I called Glass-Man Glass because they were recommended by Toyota and I truly loved their service. Not only were they timely and professional when I called and left a message, they made sure to complete it in a timely manner (calling back and offering a quote for the entire glass and labor). The person I communicated with was also extremely friendly throughout our entire conversation. Their price was lower than the other two places I called (one which AAA recommended). What was also amazing was that they come to you rather than the other way around. They were able to meet in front of my parents and changed my front windshield while I ate breakfast inside. The service was exceptional. Not only were they meticulous in how they got things completed, they were also very considerate. The man who changed my front windshield even went around wiping the areas he touched throughout the entire process so as not to leave fingerprint marks. This included his footprints from his shoes since he did have to climb on the ledge to get to the top of my car. It was quick, clean, and simple. I highly recommend them. read more

I figured it would be safest to have my car glass replacement done through the Toyota dealer and they contracted out the work through Glassman. They did a really good job with the installation. They were very knowledgeable on removing the car trim/panels. The glass was installed well. There were some loose glass shards rattling inside the hatchback panel which can be very difficult to remove and they were so thorough at removing them and stopping the rattling sound. I even asked them questions and they were so friendly explaining things to me. Definitely recommend them. The dealer chose them for good reason. read more

***Updated Review 2014-01-28*** Workmanship = 5 Stars Like the owners reply states, Glass-Man Glass sent out a rep to repair my rear view mirror free of charge. I would definitely use their service if my mirror were to get damaged. ***Original Review 2011-06-14*** I rate the windshield 5 stars but only 3 stars for the workmanship. Someone broke my windshield playing softball and he sent this company out to my house to have it repaired. He paid for it, so I cannot tell you if they have good rates or not, as I did not pay for it. My only problem was a few weeks after they replaced my windshield, on a hot day, my rear view mirror fell off! wth! (Driving without a rear view mirror felt so strange) Not cool! I glued it back on myself and since I have had no problems with the mirror and the windshield is great. But seriously I do not want to be gluing my own rear view mirror back on! read more

Story of my life. (No, really, this is going to be a long story, but I promise, it's worth it!) That's what I thought after I returned to my car, and saw a pool of shattered tempered glass along the passenger side of my car. I didn't even care that all that was missing was a bag of work clothes that I had worn earlier that day. I was just..annoyed. Frustrated. On a Monday. Seriously. SERIOUSLY? (SERIOUSLY, you broke my window to take my stuffy clothes & stanky shoes?!) How much is this going to cost? How long will it take the mechanic to fix this? After nightmarish thoughts ($500 for a window?! In the shop for a week?!), I went online to scope out the best option. A few auto-repair shops caught my eye, but I found Glass-Man Glass Co, and was impressed with their mobile service. Checked out their reviews and their site, and decided to give them a ring. I don't remember the name of the gentleman on the phone who immediately picked up, but he was so friendly and reassuring that I could feel my anxiety start to melt away. After giving him the model & make of my car, which window needed repair, he quoted me a flat rate of $189 including all labor, parts, everything. I was in shock. That's all that I have to cough up, and I don't even have to go out of my way to a shop?? I saw the $10 off for mentioning the website, and he immediately obliged. BAM! Only $179. Miguel came to my work place the next morning (I had asked for Glass-Man to come from 8-12PM), and he was very professional and friendly. He immediately took my keys, and said he would call me once he was finished. In a little over an hour, my window was completely repaired. He had me test the locks, the door, the window motor, EVERYTHING! It was better than the original window! What's even more amazing is that he apologized for not being able to vacuum my car more thoroughly. SERIOUSLY. You JUST vacuumed my car of all that broken glass (and who else knows what was in there), and you're saying sorry?! He took my credit card, got my signature, and in no time, everything was done. I seriously have been smiling ever since. Yes, having my window broken was a big fail, but having honest businesses such as Glass-Man offer expedient service, quality customer-service, and competitive prices? It was a sincere pleasure taking care of all that hassle for the benefit of discovering this business. Glass-Man, keep doin' what you doin'! And I'll make sure everyone I know knows where to go for their auto-glass repairs! read more

After being quoted a price of $660 by the Honda dealership to replace my cracked windshield (!), I decided I was definitely going to need to shop around. Because $660? For a windshield? Come on. My insurance agent recommended I call these guys because they provide a lot of the glass that this dealership uses and I could possibly get a cheaper price working with them directly. Glass-Man's price to replace a cracked windshield? $199. And you don't even have to drive there to get it replaced. THEY will come to YOU! GOD BE PRAISED!!! They were at my apartment bright and early the next morning and were in and out of there in just under an hour. Short, sweet, and stress-free. Why do dealerships insist on making everything so complicated? And expensive. :P read more

These guys were great. My car window was shot out in a vandalism spree that affected 33 people in my neighborhood. The Glass-Man guys repaired my window and they were very nice and had a very good price. It was a very busy day for them and they called to give me an update on the status of my repair. Very considerate. read more

A+ service and company! Came to my work to replace my back window on my truck. Very good communication. Came out within 1 hr of the time they said they would come out and they replaced it with 45 min in the heat. Would highly recommend to anyone. Also price was super cheap! My glass door was hit by a stone while the Gardener was cutting be grass. This is the first time it's ever happened to us before and I decided to go with the people on Yelp that had the best reviews. Thankfully they're are as awesome as they are. The new door looks good - it's now a gray and frosted kind of deal so not much light is reflected on the tv like previously. Thanks so much you guys! read more

They just left our house after replacing two windows and i can not say enough good things about the experience. The father in law and son in law team did an excellent job and we could not have asked for more. All that said, this company was literally less than half the price of two other bids we had!!! Half price and amazing service. What else can I ask for? Thank you again guys!! read more

Glass-Man Glass - Replace our double pane window and it looks and fits exactly like the original! - Windows Installation Near Me - Long Beach, California

Great service!! The owner Nick was the best he went the extra miles. The technician did a wonderful job fast, clean, and efficient!! I would recommend them and use again if need another windshield. Update: I'm not sure why windshield was always dusty/film like on interior side. Always had to wipe morning, noon, night...this went on never cleared up. So the next time my windshield need replacing I use another company to see if a different and the windshield crystal clear. Original review for Glass-man service was good I was not satisfied with quality of windshield. read more

Had two broken windows, the sliders had stopped working so couldn't open the windows anymore. The service gentleman came on time to check out the problems. The 1st window he was able to re-seat the rails and got the window to open. He did not even charge me to fix it! Awesome, and rare today. The second Window needed new rails. He took the measurement and told me he could have the parts made in a couple of days. As promised he came back installed the new rails and got my main window to open again, like new! Highly recommend these guys! Great work and honesty! Thanks read more

Our dog jumped through our front door windows. ;( Ken came out and did a free estimate, showed up on time and started the job ASAP. During the estimate they even picked up the broken glass in my planters from the incident! So nice! Both he and his assistant were professional, clean, and very nice. They did an excellent job and we will not hesitate to have them back out if we need glass repairs done to our home or vehicles again! They noticed a window in the front of our house that had moisture in it and told me since they are Milgard windows they are free to replace if there is a defect! (He wasn't benefitting from this or trying to up sell me in anyway). We will refer all our friends to Glass Man Glass Corp from now on! read more

I had a crack in my windshield for a long time and I always just put it off because I didn't want to deal with the cost of paying for it. I called my car's dealership who actually recommended me to this guy. I knew it was going to be quite expensive, but the Glass Man's prices were actually pretty reasonable and exactly what I was looking for. I called in the day of and they came to fix it same day!!! I love that they come to you to fix it. The repair man was super quick and he did a fantastic job. A+++++ so far. We'll see how much the glass holds up, but so far so good. read more

Polite, on time, clean, friendly, and know their stuff. Wouldn't use anyone else. Found them on YELP and I was not disappointed.

Replaced our Honda CR/V windshield. Good value. Punctual. Able to do the job on a weekend to accommodate our work schedule.

Great service! Of course, the car wash cracked the windshield on my SUV...lucky me...and I needed to get it replaced. I called a few places on Wednesday and Glass Man was about $200 lower than the next quote and they use factory glass! I accepted and on Friday, Oscar arrived on time at my company parking lot, found my car, and was done in about an hour. Easiest thing I've had to do! Thanks Nick and Oscar! read more

Excellent work and a great business transaction- on time and exactly at the price quoted. The repair (big star in the windshield) was as good as possible and Miguel briefed me carefully before starting and offered that, if the repair was unsatisfactory, they would credit the cost toward a new windshield, The work was very well done and all involved were courteous and great to work with. I could have had this done a little more cheaply at the car-wash but it seems a much better plan to have competent professionals like this do the work. I recommend these guys. read more
