SCAM ALERT Long Beach Auto Glass is straight up scamming people. They pretend to be other legit companies, give you a cheap price over the phone, then when they show up they try to jack the price way up. Total bait-and-switch. When I called the real company they claimed to be from, that business had NO clue who these people even were. So basically, they're lying, impersonating real shops, and ripping people off all over Long Beach. This is shady, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money -- these guys are scammers. read more

My car was unfortunately broken into and they busted the rear passenger window to get in. I drive out to Culver City for work from Long Beach and it was sprinkling that morning. I definitely needed to get this fixed ASAP. Did a bit of research on good 'ol Yelp for a local mobile auto glass shop and LBMAG was one that caught my eyes with a decent number of reviews. I waited till they opened at 8 am, asked for a quote, and came out to less than $300. They were able to fit me in for 10 am - 12 pm same day. The guy came pretty close to 10 am and was done in about 20-30 minutes. Made sure the broken glass that was inside my car was all vacuumed as well. Very simple and appreciated the short notice assistance on this. Would definitely recommend for locals and needing something quick! read more

Last night someone broke one of the passenger vent window on my wife's car. Since we street park, it had to be fixed right away. First I called my insurance, they said it wasn't covered, but referred me to the company they go through, with a discount. Called them, and they quoted $350.00 plus tax and fees, and the next available time was in two weeks. So onto Yelp I went, and found Long Beach Mobile. First they got my car info, and made sure they had the window glass need for the repair. Then they gave me a quote, $199.00 cash, or $220.00 card. Then they said they could fix it today. I said yes please and scheduled a time when my wife would be back with the car. Their repair man was there on time, fixed the broken window, cleaned the broken glass in the back seat, and even tried to repair some damaged to the door that was done when the person broke the window. In all it took about 30 minutes. The repairs were down correctly, and the transaction was very easy and professional. I hope to not have to refer these services, or ever need them again, but if so, these are the go to guys. Thanks so much! read more

Came in the rain and quickly changed my window. Price seems reasonable great value! Will use again in the future!

Alex was able to make it to my house on one day's notice and repair my passenger side window! His communication was excellent and price was very good and well worth it. I'm grateful he had a window for my 2003 old CRV in stock!!! I will for sure call LBMAG and Alex if I ever need them again! read more

After the heavy winds, many palm fronds from the street landed and created a massive radial crack in the middle of my windshield that I'd been putting off replacing. I was dreading comparing prices and wasting a whole day waiting around. BUT when I called Long Beach Auto Glass (LBAG), the phone representative was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, despite my being unavailable for the initial time that he proposed (I needed an afternoon time). Although most repair services give a really wide range of time, LBAG gave me a 2 hour window so I did not have to commit your entire day/afternoon waiting around. I received a call from LBAG at 2:50pm letting me know that their technician was going to arrive in 10 minutes. The technician arrived promptly, was polite and professional, and finished the replacement in about 30 minutes. I paid, was given an email receipt, and we went on with ours days. I could not recommend this local service more. Every expectation surpassed. read more

If I can give this business zero stars I would. Sept. 9th I received service by these folks. Everything went well in the beginning. They quoted me a price for 2 windows and even charged me $99 for a deposit. I agreed. However, when they came, the guy who was super rude and unprofessional, installed 1 glass which i originally made the deal 2 glass for a standard price. Not only did they steal from me, but i got scammed. They ended up charging me $250 for 1 door glass when it was suppose to be for 2 AND they also took the deposit. So at the end i paid $349 for a freaking door glass. They didnt keep their end of the deal and that was very unfortunately. Thankfully, I did find an auto glass in long beach which were amazing. I regret using these folks to do any business. If you can stay away, that is great! read more

Amazing!! Alex was so kind & efficient. I had my car broken into while working & had to open my restaurant the next day. They came to me while I was working today & finished in 40 min. They were early too! Vacuumed my entire car & gave me their warranty. I didn't feel disrupted while I worked & was just so happy to be able to get this done today for $200 flat! Thank you thank you thank you!!! If you need a quick and convenient fix, this is the place you should call. read more

Paid $229 in cash and I am so happy with the service. He even vacuumed up all of the glass in my car! Thank you so much for the great service read more

A palm branch crushed my windshield in the night. Big spooky. Full replacement of my windshield was done in under an hour. I am so grateful for the super kind team for helping me out with this so quickly. Same day replacement of my windshield while I got ready for work. Really glad I used them instead of safelite ( who quoted me a few hundred dollars more for the same service). read more

I chose this place to replace my windshield on my SUV because of the good Yelp reviews they had and glad I did. I called this place the day before the 4th of July. The price was good and they were able to make it out to replace my windshield the next business day. The installation techs arrived on time, were professional, cleaned and prepped the area really good before installing the new glass. Techs did a great job and were quick. I would definitely use this company again. read more

Absolutely recommend this business! We recently moved to Long Beach and we're warned about people breaking into cars but didn't believe them until it happened to us. The man showed up within an hour and got it done within 30 min. Super kind and quick! High quality. We were quoted $1,300 for a Jeep window. Absolutely recommend them! read more

Quick response and got to my house fast. Called them to fix a chip in my windshield. Right after they finished it looked good. But an hour or so later, I went to drive somewhere and the chip looked exactly the same as before they came. So the chip wasn't actually fixed it seems. Overall, waste of money. I'm sure they're good at replacing the windshield, which seems to be where most of the good reviews come from. But fixing small chips, I'd recommend somewhere else. read more

My car window had been smashed in and I had cleaned all the broken glass so that I could cardboard it closed for the time being. I had used this service to replace my windshield before and they had done a good job, so I called them to replace this one. The technician came and replaced it and the job he did was fine. The issue I have is that he left the broken glass that was still in the window frame all over my driveway and didn't say anything about it. I didn't notice it at first because I was focused on the window when he finished the job but I went out to my driveway a while later and noticed all the broken glass left strewn all over my driveway. I live in a back house and we have three dogs and the front house neighbors have a toddler who all play on our driveway and I'm lucky that none of them have glass shards in their paws/feet as I definitely got cut by shards when cleaning it the first time. It would've been so easy for the tech to have put down a drop cloth to catch any glass or at the very least to have SAID SOMETHING so that I would have known. I called to let the company know and they just said they would keep it in mind for next time. Well, for me there will not be a next time. read more

Fast service. Professional communication. Premium work. Talk about a dream team! Tony was friendly in giving me an estimate over the phone, immediately offered a window for work to be done, and communicated each step to expect in the process. Best part? They called to offer service an hour earlier if desired. The serviceman was friendly, very professional, brought all of his equipment, cleaned up after installation and communicated about an emailed receipt after paying. Honestly will recommend them to any and everyone in Long Beach! read more

Literally saved my life. My car was broken into and I was devastated. I called around to a few places like Safelite, etc. and they had no availability. I randomly saw this company on google and noticed that it was right around the corner from my house. The guy on the phone was super friendly and kept laughing at how thankful I was that they could come out the same day. The price was great and the service was even better. The technician pulled up ON TIME and it only took him about an hour to fix my window. He vacuumed the glass off my floor and seats as well. I highly recommend this company! Thank you guys! Great job!! Some degenerate decided it would be fun to throw a rock and shatter my windshield, as I was driving on the freeway in the wee hours of the morning. I found Long Beach Mobile Glass on yelp and called them at 8 am, their opening time. They pulled up about an hour and a half later and within 45 minutes had installed a new windshield at a very fair price. My morning is better now. Highly recommend! read more

Getting ready for work this morning, my neighbor told me some scumbag had smashed my rear passenger window and stolen my backpack. Sh!t! After calling my insurance company, they referred me to a place in Pico Rivera that would cost nearly $400. I didn't want to drive to Pico Rivera in traffic, and $400 was pretty steep, so based on Yelp reviews I called Long Beach Mobile Glass. I didn't want to leave my car on the street overnight with the busted out window, and Tony said he could come by around 6:00, his last appointment of the day. He showed up and promptly broke out a generator and a vacuum, and cleaned up the thousands of glass fragments. The repair itself, which he said would take around 40 minutes, took almost two hours because of complications--he had to remove the window track and repair the track and the actuator. After finishing the installation, he carefully cleaned the new glass, the surrounding areas, and gave the car floor a final vacuum. Despite the length of the repair, he still stuck to the price he quoted me--which was hundreds less that the shop my insurance company referred me to. I highly recommend Tony and Long Beach Mobile Glass! read more

FANTASTIC JOB! Had a broken window that needed to be replaced ASAP and these guys not only did a great job, they were fast (open Sundays), amazing price and super friendly. I was given a time frame, which they totally stuck to (no extra waiting) and even received a call fifteen minutes before they showed up. Thank you Alex, for a fantastic job. We had already cleaned up all of the broken glass in the car by the time he showed up. Couldn't believe it when he told me they normally do that as part of the job. Wait, what?? They didn't make the mess, why should he have to clean it up? Part of the "service, ma'am." Hoping I won't ever need them again but if I do, they will be my first call. Great Job! read more

I just had the BEST experience with Tony from this place. I should have called them when I replaced my windshield the first time! He was honest and gave me great advice about the newest damage to my windshield (thanks to roadwork on the 405) and when I should actually replace it vs. "fix" it. No pressure tactics and answered all my questions honestly. I will be calling them back to replace my windshield very soon and will update my review as things progress. I love using local companies for stuff like this whenever I can. read more

Yo yelpers, I just gotta tell ya. If your looking for a place to fix your vehicles glass, you came to the right place. Let me tell ya... I work for the State (sorry can't say what Dept. But keep reading & look for the hints) and we have everything we do and everywhere we go already on a list, and when it comes to broken and needing fixing.. Well, as usual we were directed to one of those big national chain repair places, and listen, they didn't even have the sliding rear door (window) in stock and they said the DEALER would take like 10-12 days to get it. I found it hard to believe, specially for a 3 yr. old vehicle. So I called 3 dealers and 3 other national chain window repair places... All the same outcome, up to 15 days. Not acceptable!! We needed this thing fixed, and now! So I thought of, if I started looking local, just maybe I might HIT GOLD. Well I did, with Long Beach windshield repair. I called and the young lady who helped me checked the inventory and BINGO, it was in stock, now I was a little skeptical cause that chain account that I GAMBLED with, well they already brought out the wrong one, and failed us. So again, when I called Long Beach Winshield around 4:00 p.m. they wanted to come out and take care of the van right then, and were willing to come out to the location now! Unfortunately that's not allowed for our employees, or this thing would have been fix in a couple of hours. Too bad that couldn't happen. Well I can't say more about this place but, they are great at what they do. A lot of the reviews here say their car was taken care of within a few hours. Its true they do have some pretty fast service. So please give em a call, let them help you. Cause another great feeling you'll have at the end of the transaction is, You'll feel like you don't have to STRIKE IT RICH just to pay them. Their pricing is great. Better that everyone else I called. They are extremely fair, and won't hit you with a MEGA bill. Well my fellow Yelpers it's time for me to roll along. But thanks for listening, have a great day... And always remember... When your cars glass has a mis-FORTUNE, call this place and you'll feel like a MILLION BUCKS when they finish. Adios my friends. GOOD LUCK out there!!! (Did you figure it out)? Haha read more

The rear passenger window of my car exploded while I was driving (?) and Geico couldn't get me an appointment with Safelite until a week later. I couldn't drive around in the rain with a missing window, nor could I park it anywhere safely except for my home parking building. This would require renting a car in order to get to work. After calling several glass places, LB Mobile came to my home same day, did a gorgeous job, charged less than all the other quotes, and now I have a warranty on the window for the life of the car. They pick up the phone on first ring and keep you informed as to ETA of repairman. I'm going to have them tint my windows asap because they do high quality work and stand behind it. read more

They helped us make the boat!! We were shipping our car out of the Long Beach port and found out only 2 hours before the shipping deadline that the car couldn't have a cracked windshield. i highly recommend use them. they're very quick and very efficient. i called today to get my father's driver side window replace due to a unfortunate incident, and had given me a quote over the phone and schedule me for the same day repair. not even safelite would schedule my repair for the same day. the tech/tony is also very professional he called prior to arriving to my home cleaned up the broken glass in my dads car. and he also made sure that he was careful of removing the car panel on the car. after instalation tested and also let us test the product before leaving. i would definitelly recommend them to anybody i know. read more
