Wow... What exactly made you concerned that I would leave without paying ??? And why wasn't I made aware of this untill a year later that you were afraid I wouldn't pay ?!? The fact that It took you all this time to come up with this sorry excuse instead of just an apology is INSANE !!! Wow this is ridiculous!! I paid more than what was owed for the services you are a bold face LIAR . The man & his daughter who were working on my car told me straight up the window he brought had chipped and he wouldn't be able to install it to where it rolls up and down . I said that's fine. He had me put the panel in my trunk because he said it would be easier to not have to put it on and take it off once the replacement window comes .. you should be ashamed of yourself , I paid over $150 for a stuck window and missing door panel BEFORE the work was even completed but you wanna sit up and make up a story of being scared that I wouldn't pay .. so glad I took my money elsewhere smh !!! read more

Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience with this business. The address listed appears to be fake, and they are not licensed with the City of Long Beach or the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR). On July 30th, my vehicle was damaged during a windshield replacement. The technician scratched the roof using an abrasive tool and admitted to accidentally getting glue on the car. When we asked for the damage to be fixed, he refused, said it was "cosmetic," and told us to do it ourselves next time -- while yelling an expletive. He then sped off aggressively, which was caught on our neighbor's surveillance camera. Attempts to contact a supervisor through the phone number listed (which appears to be the only contact for the business) have been unsuccessful. We were promised a call back -- nothing. Follow-up calls were met with excuses or ignored. As of August 4, the number now goes unanswered. No receipt was ever provided, which is required by California law. The "warranty" they promised appears to be non-existent. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the City of Long Beach Licensing and Code Enforcement, and the California BAR. I strongly caution others to stay away from this operation -- they are unlicensed, unresponsive, and untrustworthy. They even have removed their business listing from Google along with all reviews. read more

We had a horrible experience with this auto glass company starting with the work being done. Attached those pictures in which they left our windshield and car. During the removal process, they chip paint on my car installer tried to put glue all over the chips to say was primer so that we wouldn't notice the chip. Upon paying them and addressing the issue to them.. the installer proceeded to get agitated. As we were pointing out the discrepancies. Which led to him saying next time I should do my own windshield install! I attached a photo of the truck and the installer. Lastly, I also have this on video. He burned out speeding away. In a very rude manner. I mean, who does this??? I would highly do my research before hiring this company . read more

Very quick and easy and affordable the girl at the office and the technician that came were super nice and great a great job!

The glass repair technician was late by almost 2 hours after they gave me my appointment time. The receptionist never gave a follow up call to notify the technician was going to be late. When they showed up late it was an older man and his underage daughter who clearly around 13 years old. They did the repairs but did a terrible job. The company stated that they were going to email me a receipt but now has blocked my calls and has taken down their number preventing any further contact. I will be filing a report with the city of Long Beach for unlicensed business practices now that I have the technician's vehicle license plate on his black pickup truck he arrived in. Don't use this company unless you want to be ripped off. If I could give zero stars I would. Reply to your message: I have called and texted the number numerous times and have not received any receipt or call back. I have provided you with the email numerous times within the past few days and you stated that you received it. Even your "technician" stated the email address was sent to the "office" and to call after 5:30pm if it was not received. I have not received it. I called and have received nothing. You even stated that you received it via text on your company number the following day I called yet you have failed to send it. You can't tell me you sent it in a timely manner when it is not in my inbox or spam and haven't received it at all. Here are the call logs to prove it. Please save your time and money and go to a reputable auto glass repair service. I am currently waiting 3 months for my passenger window to be fixed and installed correctly. The communication has been absolutely atrocious. I've been given a run-around answer why no one can come out and do the job right. I have kept a warranty sticker on my window (that was already chipped) in hopes of exchanging it once they had more in stock... What was I met with instead? A full 2 months of wasting my time and blocking my number? Seriously is that how you treat customers? Instead of trying even remotely to make amends, my number gets blocked after months of "checking with suppliers and not having anyone to come out and install it" ok... Instead reach out once again through Yelp where the owner Samantha G does the same thing only worse. Gives me a story about how the lady I was dealing with before decided to leave the company, block my number, take company files, and totally vanish? This is them met with "sorry you're going to have to go through this other glass outfit, and oh by the way, since that lady took your info, you can't get your window exchanged." SERIOUSLY??? Fast forward to now, my message requesting updates are left on read, days go by without anything, and I am left writing this review in hopes of no one else falling for this. They'll reel you in by saving you $20-30 on the cheapest Yelp quoted price compared to other places, but the headache you'll have to deal with and waiting months on end is not worth it. Victor who installed my window was a nice guy and this isn't on him, but whoever else is running it and telling lies to customers is awful, please go somewhere else. Car window got busted the night before and in the morning I messaged pioneer and they gave me an estimate and availability, came to my house same day for a good price. The job was done quickly and efficiently took the time and vacuumed the inside of the door , other places say they do it but later u hear glass rattle in the door . I had a very unfortunate incident that left me with a cracked windshield that was beyond repair. My insurance would only pay if it was repairable, otherwise I'd have to pay the $440 the place they sent me to quoted me for replacement, as my deductible is $500. I have had many small to large damage to my auto glass. Late-Night was my always go to. Not any more. This company came and cleaned up the broken glass, replaced the windshield.
