They were quick to fix my car window after it was smashed in. Took it the same day and within 2-3 hours my window was repaired and I also had the windows tinted all around. Very transparent, kind, quick and quality service! read more

I got the number from another guy who mentioned Mario, and I got a really good quote from him. Once I had the time to go down there, I spoke with his son Alex, who got things started with me. It was gonna take a little longer so I didn't stick around, but I didn't need my car for the day so I decided to pick it up right before they closed. They did a really good job of putting it on, clearing six years of the four hits that I had on the front windshield. I'm hoping that I don't collect anymore for a very long time. Special thanks to Mario and his son for getting my car completed today. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They're very communicative and prompt on their time of job completion. read more

We were referred here from Cabe Toyota because my partner broke his rear passenger window while trying to self-fix his regulator. The guys here were professional, honest, and quick! They were able to provide the costs and totals upfront, so there were no hidden fees or charges, and were considerably cheaper than the other places we shopped around at, including 2 mechanics, and a car glass shop. We got our car door fixed and window replaced in less than a couple of hours! They also do tints (both ceramic and non ceramic) at a reasonable cost, also. I definitely would come back here again and easily give my referral to anyone looking for auto glass specialists/repair. Thank you, Alex! read more

Alex at PrPro Auto Glass truly shows what great service and excellent work are like. One of my side windows was broken after an attempted theft (the item they tried to steal was so shabby they left it behind!) so I turned to PrPro. They gave me a fair and accurate estimate right away -- less than my insurance deductible. When I brought my car in Alex was ready and waiting. He tinted the glass, replaced the window, and cleaned the glass from the inside of the door. The window looked great. This company is special in the care and courtesy it gives its customers. There is also a very good Mexican restaurant across the street where you can enjoy a meal while you wait. I would recommend PrPro Auto Glass to anyone. read more

Our car window was broken in LB LAZ parking lot, they replied to my quote request in less than 5 minutes. We took the car 10 minutes later and it was ready with the new window and matching tint in 1 hour. The window tint in the picture was also done by them, as you can see the broken glass attached to the tint and didn't make much of mess. I recommend them over any other shop around. We will take a third car for window tinting to their shop soon. read more

Top notch service! Excellent pricing! Quality work and great product. Last night somebody shattered my rear passenger window to break into my 2017 Rav4. I called around and got quotes, and Mario and his team were the cheapest and had it in stock. I also have work today and he told me to come on down and he could replace it for me ASAP. They went above and beyond with their service. They even matched my tint on the replacement window to the rest of my custom tint. I didn't expect that. That saved me a trip back to my tint guy. In less than an hour I was back home and you would never even suspect that my window was shattered. Thanks Mario! You guys are amazing!!! If you are someone reading this and looking for somebody to replace your car windows. Don't hesitate to use Mario and his team. I'll be sending all my friends his way. Top notch work. Thanks for saving my day Mario! read more

Wow! Woke up to a smashed side window and sent out a quote request on Yelp. Alex got back to me right away with the lowest quote out of all of them. Had me come in at 10am and I was out and paid for by 10:40am!!! Alex even explained the process and the high quality glass he was installing. My Car got broken into last night leaving my backseat window broken and some items stolen. (First aid kit bag). I went to safelite and wow that's $600. So looked up a close shop that I can take my car and saw PrPro Auto Glass and window tint. Alex was able to help really quick and quoted me with $245! With tint and clean up of the chattered glass. The service was great! They did an amazing job on my car and the window is looking like nothing happened! Had my windshield replaced here on my 2018 Camry and couldn't be happier. Alex was awesome--super friendly and explained everything clearly. The job was done quick, no hassle, and the communication was on point from start to finish. Best part? The price. I shopped around and most places wanted way more, but they did the full replacement for $355, which felt more than fair. Car looks great now and I'd definitely come back if I ever need glass work again. read more

Words can't express my incredible experience with Mario. He is a true professional. My side window and rear windshield were smashed and the only way to replace the back was by taking off the spoiler first. Now, let me preface by saying that the factory/official procedure for removing my car's spoiler (Fiat 500 hatchback) says you need to literally SAW IT OFF and break it into pieces, and buy a new spoiler, because the adhesive they use to glue it to the car is incredibly strong. It's a 5+ hour job to break it down, from the dedicated forums and research I've done - they say it's much easier to swap hatches!! I looked on Yelp for several quotes. Most hadn't worked with Fiats before, or said it would take 4 hours at least & I'd have to drop it off. However, one of the places connected me with Mario, who did mobile service the next morning. Not only did he get the job done in UNDER 2 (TWO!) HOURS, he preserved the spoiler and put it back on in one piece! He said it was tough adhesive for sure, so he used the tools he would use on Teslas glasses to do the job. I can't be happier. Thank you, Mario, for patching up my little car :) read more

Been living 3 years in Long Beach and have always considered my street safe from crimes on cars, or maybe I was just lucky, until 2am last night. I got a call from a roommate, saying that my back window got smashed. Nothing was stolen, but even worse, what they were trying to steal was an empty cat carrier. They probably ditched it when they saw what it was. First thing I did in the morning was call this business, and I was told I could come in right away. Their pricing seemed fair and their service was excellent, so I gave them a tip that reflected that, albeit I don't have much to give. I'm so appreciative of the quick work on my car and that I was able to drive it to where I had to be that same day. read more

I reached out to multiple companies to try to get my rear window regulator fixed on my 2021 Ford Escape. So many auto glass places would not even touch it. I called Ford and they wanted $986 to replace it, they stated $225 in parts and the rest in labor. Mario and his son Alex helped me by rebuilding the regulator at a fraction of the cost. Mario was incredibly transparent and easy to get a hold of, and he was also super flexible when I needed to reschedule. His son Alex was friendly and knowledgeable and got to work on my door the second I dropped it off. They got my car in and out of there in a matter of a couple of hours. I couldn't be happier.
