Just an update as we expanded our usage of Glass Gecko to include the inside of our windows this time. After years of great gutter cleaning and a first time with window exteriors in 2022, we opted to do it all this year. I no longer can the interiors myself as vision and health challenged and I am so glad it was done so well today. If you read my previous review, you can see how challenging our home is to service. We have removed some of the trees which has helped immensely with the debris in our gutters and and cleared more for fire and wind safety too. Benefits the gutter situation also. I will definitely use Glass Gecko again. Every member of their staff has always been efficient, courteous and safe. And we love supporting a homegrown Boulder business. read more

Had used Glass Gecko in the past and been more than satisfied. But when I called them for a new residence, I was less pleased. The windows look great, but the screens were still dirty after their cleaning. In my opinion, dirty screens sort of cancel out the clean windows. Arrian was not with the two men who worked here. We have had our windows washed for years and the Glass Gecko team are using some of the most advanced technology and techniques that I have ever seen. They cleaned the screens efficiently by putting them through a dual brush system with non-toxic cleaning solution. With the windows and sills they don't use chemicals. They have an ultra water purification system that leaves no spots and dries crystal clear. Very fast and efficient. Previously it took most of the day with the traditional window washing and squeegee and chemicals. These 2 guys did it in two hours and they also cleaned one section of our gutter and improved the drain. All at a very reasonable price. We are going to ask them to come more frequently. read more

The Gecko team did a fantastic job cleaning my windows. We just moved in to our house which was recently built and the windows had construction debris and filth all over them. I am giving this service 5 stars even though it is not perfect since they are much better than other services I have tried. Plusses: They know windows and know how to clean them. They are the only service I have used that not only cleans the panes but gets the gunk out of the sills and frames. Minuses: Arrian is not super punctual, even for the first appointment of the day. The service is quite pricey, nearly twice what I have paid other services (but with much better results so if you really want clean . . .). I wish there was a bit more attention to detail. The first time I used the service, I found unlocked windows which could have caused trouble. The last time, one bathroom window was streaked and a cleaning rag was left in the shower. The wonderful and very professional folks at this business cleaned our windows last year, and this year we had them return to clean the windows and our gutters as well. The service was on time, very professional, and made our windows virtually invisible. I do not know what they use in terms of materials or techniques to clean windows, but we could not be more satisfied. Despite the rain showers on the two days following the window cleaning, the windows remain as clear as they were on the day that they were cleaned! Their follow-up call to check and see if we were satisfied, and their offer to return to do additional work if we were not, was a rare courtesy and practice which I don't see in a lot of in today's businesses. This company was great! They came out at a convenient time for us to get an estimate and they quoted us $125 for our house windows where other companies quoted us at $395. The windows came out unbelievably clean and noticeably better than what they were. I would give 5 stars but they did forget to come out to our appointment at 8am.....However, when they realized the mistake they were very apologetic and eager to get the job done ASAP.
