I called left a voicemail and Denny said and did call me back before day's end. Denny came out to give me an estimate and he had time to do my 4-large and 3-small, condo (ground level) windows. Not only cleaning windows, track and screens, but storm door and track. What a huge difference it makes! After always saying "I'm going to clean," I would get sidetracked and the chore would go to another day. They are now all sparkling clean. I will not go without clean windows again. Denny was on time (for the estimate), reasonably priced and very friendly. We had this company to do both windows and gutter cleaning this year. Both were exemplary. We will hire them again for both. I found other reviews via Nextdoor.com and Yelp! to confirm the site ratings and I agree. Regarding the window cleaning: we moved into the house in June but it was after the window cleaning in September that we really appreciated our windows. Even today - a few months later in the year, we're still good so they must have done something magic! I like to remember this is a service team so the people can make or break a good job. Colorado Window Cleaning did an excellent job on our windows, way exceeding expectations. Though I wasn't planning for them to climb down window wells to clean the basement windows, they did, spiders be damned. And when they found screens needing repair, they informed me about them, while at the same time squeezing them back into place and advising about where I might get them repaired. I just had Denny come clean all my windows, storm windows, and storm door. WOW, HOW WONDERFUL!!!! What a huge difference it makes! After spending all winter looking out the window across from my bed thinking, "That window is so filthy, I can't stand it, " it is now sparkling clean. You can't even tell that I have windows now. All the windows look awesome. I already put on my calendar to call and schedule him to come clean them again next spring. I will not go without clean windows again. I found Denny by searching for window cleaners on Google. I am glad I found him, he showed up this past Monday and did a heck of a job. Our windows are so clean they look brand new.
