I called left a voicemail and Denny said and did call me back before day's end. Denny came out to give me an estimate and he had time to do my 4-large and 3-small, condo (ground level) windows. Not only cleaning windows, track and screens, but storm door and track. What a huge difference it makes! After always saying "I'm going to clean," I would get sidetracked and the chore would go to another day. They are now all sparkling clean. I will not go without clean windows again. I no longer can the interiors myself as vision and health challenged and I am so glad it was done so well today. If you read my previous review, you can see how challenging our home is to service. We have removed some of the trees which has helped immensely with the debris in our gutters and and cleared more for fire and wind safety too. Benefits the gutter situation also. Fantastic company…read more Cesar came out to clean out gutters, which apparently hadn't been done in the 16 years that the house had been standing. In addition to the gutters and downspouts, we have four french drains at the house and one was blocked. Also, my husband and I couldn't figure out where in the yard the drains came out from. Cesar was able to unblock the one drain and find out the exit point of that one drain, which was great. Ray came out a separate time and he found the remaining exit points of the other three drains which is phenomenal. Both Cesar and Ray are extremely professional, have excellent attention to detail, and are easy to work with while being very reasonably priced.

These folks responded to the initial contact within about an hour (even though we accidentally contacted them after their business hours), immediately set up an appointment, kept in good communication with us and got the job done all before the other company got around to setting up a time to come out weeks later.
