I hate to give negative reviews however our experience was so bad I feel others should know. The crew that came did a disappointing job leaving some windows undone and some with drip streaks from not being done properly. In addition they broke a screen when putting it back in. They did come back to fix the screen but it was one more thing to deal with. For $400 I expected much better. Will not use them again. read more

We had Sonlight clean three days ago. I was not home during the cleaning. Some of the windows were not cleaned and there were three carpet stains where the cleaner had put wet screens on the carpet. When Jamisen texted to ask how things were, I was kind but honest. I didn't ask for anything but he offered to fix it the next day at noon. No one showed up so I texted and asked what happened. He said there was a mix up and they would be there tomorrow at 12. I said that was fine but they no showed again. When I texted after the second no show, he said they could be there by 9 am "tomorrow". I really don't know why he thought I would believe someone would actually come but I said no thank you. I did a little research and it looks like Sonlight is heading more towards commercial business and it would seem the residential business is taking a back seat. I would look for a window cleaner whose primary business is residential. read more

After our last two window cleaners went out of business, I was not excited about finding someone new. After a couple of bids, Sonlight was selected. The process of bidding, accepting and actually doing the cleaning was professional and thorough. I felt safe with the two cleaners in and around the house. They were clearly experienced, and worked efficiently together to complete the window cleaning in a timely manner. Our house has several very high windows and tricky spaces, and the guys were fearless in their approach. Very expensive. They consider a pane as top and another pane as the bottom and then double that for indoor and outdoor. So one window is 4 panes or $24 for one window. ($6/pane). I have a small townhouse and it cost $240. read more

Had our gutters cleaned by Aspen today and what a wonderful experience! Aaron was prompt with the bid and the communications were amazing throughout. Their prices were very reasonable and the work done was great! The guys showed up right on time (early in fact!) and worked hard to get the gutters clean. They were very helpful & friendly and left everything so clean! They even helped me clean out leaves from a few ground floor egress window wells. Updated Review: After I posted my review the company did contact me to apologize (they were short staffed) and offered to get me an estimate that same day. I appreciate that they reached out and followed through. I didn't find their estimate as competitive as a couple of other companies I contacted (they were $66 higher than the company I went with). I verified that each of the companies I called hand scoop and bag the debris and also clean the downspouts (as opposed to using a leaf blower), because that does make a difference in cost and effectiveness. Original Review: This review is not based on the actual services, but their responsiveness to my request for an estimate. I had called and requested a quote from this business on Monday December 5 for gutter cleaning. I got a text message on December 6 from Aaron asking for more information (such as address). I provided that same day. I texted him on Sat. December 10 to ask if he was still going to send me a estimate. He said he'd get it to me the next day. I never heard back (and it is now December 13). I've decided to move on to a business that is more responsive and cares about my business. I understand things happen and you get busy but notify the customer don't keep making promises and then not following through. read more

I was so disappointed because the scheduling was handled very professionally. I was given a one hour window for my arrival time. A half-hour past that time I contacted the scheduler to find out where my window cleaners were. They texted me they were on their way and showed up a half-hour later. I've been using Aspen for years and can say that after decades of hiring window washers, they are simply the best. I love them because they are always polite, always extremely competent, and always thorough; even though they are in and out my house quickly. Their fees are very reasonable and less than other companies. My windows look as if there is no glass there! I found Aspen online back in the spring when my restaurant was in desperate need of having all the windows cleaned. They were very grimy from all the rain and snow last winter and windex wouldn't cut it. I called and they came out the next day to do an estimate and I they did the cleaning that same day. The windows have never looked so clean and they did a great job. I now use them monthly to for my store front. They arrive when they say they will and are very affordable. Best I have used in Denver. Our old Park Hill house had really dirty windows and I had never figured out how to get to each surface to clean them. Aspen came out and in a couple hours totally cleaned every window in our house. The end result was fine. By coordinating with two of our neighbors for same day service and save travel time we all qualified for a 10% discount. Would rate them 5 Stars, if we hadn't had to make a special request for them to clean the window tracts. The guys tried to get by without cleaning them. When I told them that that was a major reason we hired a service they told me that they normally don't clean anything but the glass. This is the 2nd time I've used Aspen Services for window cleaning. The first time I only had them do the outside, and was pleased with the results, though it was obvious the inside of the windows needed work as well. I think I was just hesitant to have workers all over my 2-storey house for a few hours. But, I decided this year to get the outside AND inside of the windows done. And I couldn't be happier with both the results, and the entire experience. And my concerns about having someone in the house for a couple hours was completely unjustified. This was beyond my expectations!!! Nate came early and was total perfectionist. He cleaned eleven sets of blinds and treated each one like it was his baby. I loved it.
