My front windshield got hit by a little pebble on the freeway that made a small circular crack about 1-2cm diameter. I reached out to 13 different places to repair it and Cesar from Glass First Aid was so responsive. He showed me before and after pics of his previous clients, seemed trustworthy, and quoted more affordable prices than others, even with free mobile service. It was easy to arrange date and time, he came on schedule and got right to working. I have attached the before and after photos to this review, it's now barely noticeable, and I'm happy with the result. Would recommend Glass First Aid to my friends who need windshield repair in the future! read more

My windshield got a chip and crack about 1-2 inches wide. The quotes I received from other repair shops tried to either upsell me to a new windshield or charged $120 plus to repair. Glass First Aid quote was a lot less and came out the next day. He did a great job repairing my windshield and all that is left of the damage is a little dot. read more

I was on a hunt to look for the best repairmen to fix a crack on my windshield. Cesar responded quickly and gave me a quote on how much the repair would be. He showed me a before and after of his work and told me that the repair comes with a lifetime warranty. I immediately scheduled an appointment. A plus was that he was able to drive to my location and do the repair. He gave me a disclaimer prior to fixing the windshield about what to expect afterwards, stating that there might be a small mark residue, like a spider bite. And to be honest with you all, I didn't care, as long as he can help minimize the crack. He did it under 30 minutes and the results are pretty good! I was impressed! With warmer weather approaching, I wanted to get it taken care of ASAP before the crack gets any larger. Cesar was really quick to reply and kept communication going, while other places were pushing me to completely replace my windshield. His pricing was very reasonable and an added plus that he's a mobile service! He was able to meet me at the office this morning and took care of everything in less than 20 minutes.
