I have been going there for a year and a half now and every time I leave, I am always highly satisfied. When I tell them what I want to get done, the results are always beyond amazing and genuinely I am always more satisfied than expected. They are so warm and I am treated like family. They always put a smile on my face and the vibe there is amazing! I recommend going if you want to fix at your nails even after 2 weeks because my nails keep shining. I gave this place many chances because I love how Emily does nails. My first experience was terrible but the owner corrected the problem. The second experience wasn't much better. The third experience was pretty good so I went back about 4 more times. A few weeks ago, I went to get a pedicure and specifically asked for Emily. She put her apron on like she was going to sit down to do it but her Aunt the owner sat down instead and said Emily had an appointment and needed to eat breakfast. I noticed she was sweeping the floor and nobody had walked in so I asked where her appt was... The owner jumped in and said, "in this place, we take turns" - "don't you think you make me feel sad when you always ask for Emily to do your nails" - I kid you not. I'm a paying customer and have every right to choose who does my nails. She said, "you make it seem like you don't like how I do your nails" - I don't that's why I choose Emily. Then says Emily will do my nails. I sit in the chair and her nephew sits down. I'm like why do they keep telling me Emily is going to do everything then other people step in.. I left really upset because I was being lied to. I went back one more time and Emily was able to do them but it was the last time because the kept breaking. Almost as if they purposely missed steps so I would go back which I did and she actually charged me to fix them!! I was just in there two days prior. I will never go back there. It sucks because Emily pays for it because her Aunt is a control freak. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

well i would never come here after this expierence. they take you in & it seems like they're going to be giving you their full attention, like i came in for a pedicure. i've been here for half an hour with the water in the thing getting cold still waiting to be waited on. this is absolutely ridiculous they just lost their tip. i hate this place. don't waste your money here read more

Went here thinking a great day to get a pedicure and was so happy to see I was the only one there so now me thinking that time will actually be taken on my feet just to feel like the pedicure had barely started and someone walks in and the lady jumps right up dry my feet and off to the next customer. Felt like a complete rip off and now here's me paying full price and tipping for what reason I have no idea. To top it off couple short weeks after I now have a hang nail cutting into my big toe!!!! In need of a pedicure, I popped into a plaza with a nail salon, which happened to be Glamour nails. Very nice family who were very attentive and did a great job. It is my understanding that they have recently purchased and re-opened the salon (and kept the same name). I would definitely go back. read more

Worst experience of my life 6 days after half the nails broke off mind you I did nothing in order for that to happen I told them I did not want the dip the owner insisted said she would charge the same price many pics of the nails this has never happened to me I get a full set all the time and they last me 3 weeks at least only reason I didn't go back was because went back home from my vacation in that area read more

This place was OK. I usually go to the other place down the street but they weren't open so I choose this place. It was clean and looked nice inside, they had nice matching furniture, which is a plus in these nail places. I brought a specific picture in, "holiday" nails, that I wanted on my toes, a simple design really. Just sparkly polish at the base of the nail and kind of cascading down over a red polish. I normally would have been able to do it myself perfectly but at 9 months pregnant I can't manage that right now! The guy doing my nails looked at the picture once and put it down. He never looked again. Disappointing, I knew they wouldn't come out right. My toes came out OK, just OK, I will be getting them changed when I find the time. All in all the service was fast, friendly, and clean. I would visit again but it wouldn't be my first choice. On a plus they take credit/debit cards. read more

The people who work here are nice but did a terrible job on my nails. It took an hour and 40 minutes and they left my nails extremely thick and bumpy. They struggled to put on a full set with SNS powder and way overcharged me for it. My nails look and feel awful and I am never going there again. read more

What a nice woman who runs this shop. Not sure of her name, but it is her grandson's photo that hangs on the wall. Very calm place. She gave me a fantastic manicure of OPI's Coca-Cola red (recommend!) with very short nails and cut cuticles. Couldn't ask for better. Also, they only take cash, and instead of making me go to the ATM she said I could just pay the rest (I had almost enough cash) the next day when I went by. So nice and a perfect manicure. read more

I went there for the first time in quite a while and was pleased to see that there is new ownership. The entire inside looks so much better and the selection of nail polish has quadrupled in size. The woman who owns it now is very friendly and understanding and made me feel as comfortable as possible while my 15 month old was having a complete meltdown. She did a great job on my nails especially considering the circumstances she was under. I would recommend going here to any of my family or friends. One complaint I do have is that one of my nails broke a day after I got them done and since I have a baby I am constantly doing stuff that needs to be done so I do wish it didn't break so easily but considering the way I was treated when I went I would definitely go back read more

Never Again. I've been there 5 times. I kept giving them a chance. Kept tipping them fat. My bad. When I've asked for rounded instead of square nails (which they always assume I want), They won't clip my toes down. I had to ask repeatedly for them to file (yes, file) and sand them down. The lady kept telling me the length was good. No, it is not. I ALWAYS come away from my manicures with polish around my hands and the sides of my fingers. I'm looking at the sloppy job right now and it's annoying. The guy who does hands is not into his job-request someone else!! Even after he wiped the polish off my hands, I had to come home and drag out the polish remover to get it all off the back of my hand! (grr). I also had to get it off the sides of my nails-like I have to do every time. He also never pushes the cuticles back. Again, so sloppy. Everyone in there does a half-a$$ed job except 1 woman-request her. She is great at pin striping a thin french manicure line. She has to be in her late 20's/ early 30's with long hair. The place is clean and they do have that one jewel/pin striper buried under that pile of whatever. Good luck. read more

A joke. Biggest waste of money. Id go to Sunshine Nails before i ever go here again. To start I was Rushed. She didn't put the polish all the way down to the cuticle. Again a joke. Id rather have my blind and deaf Papa John do my nails before I EVER let them touch my nails with their sausage hands. By the time i got my nails done Papa John ran a marathon. I needed new tips and polish.... it took 10 minutes (wtf). I had to hear about her ex-husband Ben the whole time it's like i walked into an episode of The kardashians. #BringBackBen. It smelled like an orphanage that only feeds the kids rice. Its only been a week and my hair is getting stuck under my nails. @ladyWhoDidMyNails i warned you about this review, I told you its gonna end you and your business. The lotion she put and rubbed into my fair skin smelt like cat piss that aged 12 years and they added lemon to make it smell "Good". Cat. Piss. Afterwards i went to Lily's and a worker asked if Papa John did them. As Glamour Nails tried to cover up her shitty and rushed job she proceeded to make me bleed with the sanding down tool. I yelped in pain as she proceeded to watch Ellen. To be honest I wouldn't even rate this one star. Can Yelp update and put a -5?? Please and thank you!!! read more
