I went there because I had a gift certificate, and I have never felt so uncomfortable. I tend to pick my cuticles and she told me that she had to take pictures of them before she could do my nails OK fine whatever then as she's doing my nails, she puts in her AirPods and makes numerous phone calls screaming in their language, talking the entire time I just never felt so uncomfortable and definitely was not relaxing. I've been going to Lynn Nails for the last two months. Unfortunately regardless of making an appointment you still have to wait and the prices do not match the board they have hanging up. Prices are what they decide during your specific visit. I understand they have to evaluate each clients nails individually but when you ask for a regular fill and it's $10-$15 more than what's posted it's just bad business. read more

I really liked it here! I switched over from another local one based on a friends tried and true dedication to Lynn's.

I love this place and it is a must stop when I am up here on vacation. It's a no frills nail salon-I Just want my feet in the water, skin scraped and polish changed. They do all of that quickly and the polish lats for a minimum of 2 weeks. I wish more salons would follow this model. Some of us don't want to be held captive in a chair while an undocumented worker takes 90 minutes to complete a simple pedicure. read more

I had asked for an appointment in six days finally when it was time for me to get my full set done for the first time halfway through the process she stopped to take care of another customers nails leaving me with half finished nails finally she came back 20 minutes later after finishing the other woman's nails I was so upset by it I just walked out after that the lady told me I had to pay for it. And I was very upset by that because they weren't even finished they were halfway done had to go to another place to get them removed and start all over again which cost me extra and wasted almost 6 hrs of my day. read more

They are nice and always willing to do nails as requested. My only downside would be that if you get acrylics the shaping is not very good. There's something for everyone, but I like a very clean nail shape that is not round at all and somehow when I get square nails here they are round and shorter than I ask for. First timer. Walked in & told them I wanted a full acrylic set, picked my polish. Also asked if they could be done on 50 minutes and if not, I would pick my son up and come back. The tech assured me&aakes if I wanted quick several times? She even went &got a new bottle of polish. I go to pay&the price was 30 verses 20. She said because I wanted quick. The manager even came to tell me she heard me order quick. I said no! The tech literally took the polish off, fussed and yelled. She said she told me she was using gel polish to be quick. She then painted them with original paint I had selected. They tried to get over and when caught became angry, wasted polish and even more time. Horrible place to visit and no customer service! well for starters when i went in the lady didn't listen to what i said when i told her i came in for my appointment, then i sat there waiting for around 40 minutes after my appt time was supposed to start and the lady's were taking walk ins when i was sitting there and had an appointment when they posted on their sign that they take appointments before walk ins and overall horrible wait time, they double waxed my eyebrows before, made them super thin and then laughed at me, i used google translate when i was in there one time and they were talking bad about me in another language 0/10 do not recommend going. read more

Overall, this place is great. They take their time and listen to what you want. My feet felt great and so did my nails. However, when I left the bottom of my feet were so itchy! I went with a friend and she also had intense itching/burning. Not sure if it is something they put in the water, the lotion, or the orange scrub. read more

Got a pedicure and the women doing it didn't massage my legs. The whole reason I get a pedicure is to relax. Also I had to ask her to file nails better and when I didn't like the color she gave me attitude about it. Usually I have had good experiences in the past... I've gone several times for pedicures. I appreciate that they put a plastic liner in the foot bath, and take out sterile tools when they start. No frills, but clean, and thorough. They know what they're doing. They did a great job with an ingrown toe nail. read more

This was the worst pedicure of my life. The whole fiasco took about 7 minutes with no foot massage, my heels were not touched at all and there was polish left on my skin. Don't waste your money at this place. So much for trying a place closer to my house. Go to Mystic Nails instead. read more

Terrible. I read the reviews and had high hopes that this salon would be great for a visit during my vacation. It turned out to be the worst salon experience I've ever had. I left injured and caught a cold from an ill technician who should not have been working at all. The staff was unfriendly, ate while doing my nails and I am not convinced they used clean instruments. Worse, the technician accidentally clipped my toe and did not treat the wound. What should have been a 45 minute visit turned into 90, for no apparent reason as there was plenty of staff just sitting around. It took 20 minutes to learn the wifi was "broken," which really meant that no one knew the password as the signal was fine. When I told the manicurist I had run out of time and had to leave to pick up my kids another, better technician finally stepped in and rushed my gel, which is sloppy and already peeling on day #2. While she ended up just charging me for the manicure, it was clearly not worth it. She did apologize and told me the manicurist was new, but the fault lies with manager for not closely training and supervising this person. read more

So, this is my first review and its not going to be good. I made an apt. here with a friend, walked in to find 3 ladies lounging in the pedicure chairs, 1 with computer, 1 with a DOG and the other just relaxing. All 3 appeared to be put out because I walked in. No greetings other than "pick out your color" Honestly, I had the thought of leaving but I was there and didn't want to be rude. I sat in my chair she began the process, I'm not sure how she cut my toes but never in the 20 years of pedicures have I seen this cutting move. Massage is next or so you would think, she lightly stroked my feet and then I was ready for polish, the 1 good thing is she did paint my toes rather well!! at the end she said follow me, I had to gather my own things (maybe I am just spoiled by ALL the other places that get your things and guide you to the drying station) I kind of chuckled and went to dry my toes BUT no air was coming out, no UV drying rays..NOTHING. The sign says please tip in cash, I didn't have cash so she said OK and placed my cc on the counter and waited for the slip, I was having a conversation so I was slow to sign and she told me "I need you to sign the slip now" I asked if she was leaving and she said no she just wanted the slip. I could not get out of there fast enough and please don't let me mention the ladies that did come in for a wax, the staff was clearly talking about them and when they didn't tip properly the girl threw her pen and started a rant. I'm posting to ensure that if you want an enjoyable and relaxing experience this is NOT the place to go! read more
