Looks like she put a bowl on my head and just cut around it. There's no style to it. I have traveled far and wide and spent a lot of money trying to find someone who will get it just right. I'm from San Francisco and I go to a famous hairdresser's salon and pay $350 for cut and partial highlight that always gives me just pass-able hair (everywhere else I would go would give me ashy-grayish blonde highlights). I've even gone down to LA where the "A-Listers" get their hair done and got slapped with a surprise $800 bill I now live in London and couldn't find anything decent within my budget. I booked an appointment desperate for highlights on my vacation to Westerly and I was super nervous to go somewhere new in a town where I didn't know anyone to recommend me... I was totally just going off internet reviews. I got my cut and color with Rachel and honestly my hair has never looked better. Best highlights and cut I've ever gotten, Taylor Swift should be hitting her up when she goes on vacation in Watch Hill All for the winning price of $100, which is so reasonable and I realized I've been so ripped off all these years.
