I've been coming here since they opened and always had good gel fills and pedicures with Marco. This review is solely based on my most recent (and last) experience which was with Ellie. From the minute I sat down, she had an attitude. Like I was inconveniencing her by being there. She rushed the fill and filed my nails so aggressively that I just sat there in disbelief. Then at the end, I saw here barely wipe the cuticle cutters and put them back in her drawer. At that moment I realized that she never took clean tools out of the sanitizing box thingie. She was using tools that she used on previous customers. Nasty. When I mentioned it when paying, he just said 'have a nice day'. It was the first time in 20+ years of getting my nails done that I didn't leave a tip. I'll never return. Do not recommend Ellie - she has been mentioned in previous bad reviews as well. read more

I was very hopeful walking in with my husband. The salon is obviously new and it was bustling with lots of clients and workers. The first problem was the terrible service my husband had. His tech set to work on him without him soaking first causing him more pain than he would have had with moistened toes. He had no massage and was done in under ten minutes. What a rip off since he paid for a full regular pedicure. My problem arose once I said that I only wanted a basic pedicure and wouldn't upgrade to include callous removal. This happened in another salon I went to. The technician got very angry with me. "You need it! Only $13!" But I said no and from that point she couldn't wait to get rid of me! I have never had such a shoddy job done on my toes before. She didn't take care to remove the cuticles or smooth the rough edges. Even the massage while my toes were drying was only a few slaps and punches! How awful the whole experience was for both of us. Not the relaxing spa experience stopped by for. For $75??? Not going back - there are plenty of places out there! read more

Went just for a basic pedicure and there is no effort put into it. They put on the exfoliant and then basically wipe it off. It's not rubbed to even exfoliate. When he The he dipped them into the water and then rubbed it onto my legs so it was watered down lotion. They were able to take me in on a whim, even though they were busy at noon on a Monday. That right there speaks volumes! Sister just finished a pedicure here as a first time customer....DO NOT COME HERE. The "upgraded" pedicure lasted barely 25 minutes and her nails look terrible. No buffing, no filing, literally removed the old polish and put on new polish and then put lotion on her legs....when confronting the owner about it he offered a $20 discount for the next time she goes....safe to say she won't be using that discount. read more

I had reached out wondering when they were opening and got an immediate response that they would be having a soft opening and they asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I made an appointment for both my daughter and myself. Upon entering the salon you are met with floor to ceiling beauty! The salon is clean, beautiful and inviting.
