As soon as we walked in we were sat and taken care of. They are so nice there and friendly. The pedicure had a massage chair and she made sure to adjust the water for me even though I was scared to say it was too hot LOL! they give you a 10 minute foot massage after the clean up of the toes (which was nice and thorough) and they do a nice scrub as well. I was honestly shocked at how good my toes came out and to be honest the entire pedicure was pretty quick as well. When it came to my nails she took her time, and made sure that anything I wanted I got. I asked her for a different nude and for the French to be thin and that's exactly what she did!! For my friends nails he made the shape nice and evened out and made sure she was happy with the polish she picked. We made our appointment for 2:30 and we left around 4 4:30 ish. No issue with that, but I even showed a photo of what I wanted, and didn't feel like my end product was really matching what I wanted (other than it being French tipped.) I wanted my nails a little longer, and I felt the French tips he did were a lot thicker than I wanted, and were kinda hap-hazard and crooked. (See photo of both my index fingers, the French tips don't match) I couldn't see them while he was working on them, so it was hard to really see how they looked until they were done, which is why I didn't have the opportunity to say anything about it all. I also felt like when he was finishing them, he buffed out the bottom so part of my natural nail was already showing. Because of this, they looked really grown out after only one week. Overall just wasn't the quality I wanted.

I couldn't be happier with the experience! I WILL DEFINITELY return. When I was greeted, the nail tech took the time to listen to what I wanted and I never felt ignored or rushed. I had the honey pedicure and truly loved it. Ivy was a perfectionist and every little detail was top notch. For my manicure, I like the powder dip in French, but am particular and like the white line to be smaller and I generally do gel top coat. Ivy was on it! She was seriously amazing. The salon appears to be very clean as well. Extra benefits: 6 min chair massage after nails were done, paraffin wax on hands with no extra charge. They also have those socks with no toes to keep your feet warm after pedicures. Truly pampered from start to finish. Plan to not rush when you go there, although I'm sure if you were in a hurry, they would probably accommodate that as well. My mom and I have easily been visiting Veronica for 17 years. She is so sweet and does amazing art work. Her, and the other nail technicians all do their artwork by hand, and they all are super creative. Veronica can, and will paint anything you want on your nails. If you bring in a photo of something you may want she can easily replicate it. She is always finding new ways to make your nails stand out. Both myself and my mother get complements on our nails each and every time we get them done. The Perfect 10 is very clean and they know the right ways to apply nails so that they do not hurt you or give you infections. Their prices are very good, and on the lower side compared to other similar nail salons. They don't charge extra for nail art so you can do anything you want on ANY amount of nails you would like for NO additional charge!
