It was a 35 minute drive from where I live but I was determined to find the BEST place for me. I am super picky and being that we just moved to RI, I wanted to find my go to place. I called on my way and right when I got there Kelly sat me down and asked me what I was looking for. She made me feel comfortable and worked quickly to give me the shape/color I wanted. She asked me several times how they looked and if I wanted anything changed. I definitely appreciated the quick but very meticulous service. Always checking her work and making sure I was happy. I paid $45 (not including tip) which to me is definitely a great price for great work. I will be back to this place from now on.

I have been here numerous times and half of the time my nail polish chips almost immediately after having it done. It's very disheartening to pay almost $50 for a pedicure that chips less than 24 hours after it's done. In addition, the dazzle dry experience is very hit or miss. Dazzle dry requires a very specific top and base coat that are meant to be warmed prior to using it and only half of the times that I've been there has this actually occurred. I choose dazzle dry because it's meant to last 10 days without chipping and sometimes it does, when applied properly, but usually it's done incorrectly and chips a few days later. I've given this place many chances, but if I am going to pay $70 for a manicure & pedicure I expect it to last more than 24 hours.

I love the people there and the fact that it's clean. The bathroom is very clean. I have walked in without an appointment and been served within 10 minutes. I really should make an appointment but I forget. This time I went with my aunt and my cousin and two of my granddaughters. They were very accommodating although I had called ahead. This time I did not have an appointment, and although I understand that you may be busy, I was brushed off with " sorry we can't take you". Although, three staff members were just sitting there, no attempt to accommodate an established client. Again, it was the bad attitude that bothered me. The service is not cheap, costing $100+, and I've always tipped well. So I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
