It has an upbeat yet quiet, relaxing vibe. You can immediately tell they use high-quality products and equipment. At other salons, I've had to wait even with an appointment if a walk-in arrived first. Here, despite the salon being busy with at least eight other clients when I arrived, I was seated for my pedicure within 5 minutes. Annie was warm, friendly, and highly professional. She took the time to ask about my feet, explained what needed to be done, and we collaborated on the best approach. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! It is obvious that the staff at Nailed It are well-trained professionals who truly have their clients' best interests in mind. I highly recommend them!

My bridal party also looked stunning and we all photographed so well! Ashleigh is a true artist and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her whether it's for your every day hair appointment (cut, color, etc) or for your wedding day. She used to work at a large Westerly establishment and then took off to start her own gig. One day she called me up to tell me to come on over and become a customer. I really can't judge hair cut quality. I'm a middle aged male who wears his hair short and gets it cut every 4-5 weeks. It can't be too hard to cut my hair. But this is what I like about Uhngi...she complains about the places that charge $30 to cut men's hair. In her own way, she is implying that the client is getting ripped off, i.e., it's an easy hair cut, not too much skill required, not too much hair to cut, etc. And for these reasons, $30 is overpriced for the work performed. For $18 at Uhngi Shea's, I get a great cut...care and attention to detail, good advice about my hair. I always tip her, and why shouldn't I? With a tip, my cost is still about 30% lower than the rest of the local salons. Overall, I've been very satisfied with Uhngi since I first became a client. I don't always get my hair cut in Westerly, but when I do, I get it cut at Uhngi Shea's.
