Went to check this place out for the first time. It seemed like the nail technician was rushing my manicure to begin with, and unfortunately, was disappointed with the result the next day. Three of my nails had a piece of the gel polish come off out of nowhere as you can still see that my nails are intact . Another issue with the place is that when I walked in the smell of bleach was overwhelming, along with how warm the temperature was inside made it worse. I wouldn't go again unfortunately. read more

Yes, the pedicure was very good but I'm not sure it was worth $45. That's the entry level pedi - $45. I've had equally good pedis for $28 - in FL (many Palm Beach residents come) and Gales Ferry CT (Q2). I've never paid more than $35 tops for an entry level pedi. And was it the best I've ever had? I will say the leg massage was the *very* good but every thing else was rushed (it was very crowded) and I'd have preferred that my cuticles were better cared for. There was a quick neck massage while drying. The place was very clean and the workers were mostly friendly but since I like to get a pedi every three weeks, I'll stick to the salons with better prices. read more

I got a fantastic gel manicure here from Daniel. He was quiet, nice, and very thorough and detail oriented. He helped me choose between some colors I was debating between and did an excellent job with the paint and shape. I'm past two weeks in and they still have not chipped. I will definitely be coming back for future manicures. I called and made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure and was told the cost would be $30 for each service. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the cost is $30 for a regular mani and pedi and if I wanted gel, it'd be an extra $20 for each service. I was annoyed and since it was my first time there and wasn't sure how quality their service would be, I opted for a regular mani and pedi. When it was time to pay I was charged $40 for both services. Their pricing board does not list the accurate pricing for their services, either. This place never adheres to its Reservation policy. Every time I make a reservation they dont have anyone ready for me and I have to wait 15-20 minutes. Dont tell people you take reservations if you dont adhere to your own policy. Truly annoying when you have planned your day around this, come on time, and it messes with the rest of the day because you are waiting. read more

Ok, I REALLY wanted to make this place my new pedicure spot, there was so much going for it but unfortunately it went south. First, what drew me in was the convenient location/parking. Second, it's a beautiful place! Third, even though I asked for a basic pedicure ($30), they insisted I get the "callus removal" option ($45+) and truthfully, I agreed and chose lemon. The tech pointed to the $50 lavender FIRST when handing me the "menu." The $30 basic was printed very small at the top of the page. Prices went from $30, $45, $50, $55, $60 and ? for the "gold" treatment. Very nice procedure, well done. BUT I was never offered the loyalty card option so I stopped by the next day to see if I could pick up a card. I was told that the card was only during the "grand opening" which was 6 MONTHS ago. The screen shot I took from this yelp page review is dated 3 MONTHS ago, one could surmise the loyalty card is an option. Apparently it is not. So, based on the vague menu presentation and the NON loyalty card option it is my decision to look elsewhere. Great little relaxing place. I went when there was 5 people getting a pedicure, but it was quiet and relaxing. Everyone offered good serviceand was polite. Tom did my pedicure and a woman did the paint job. They didn't seem to do very many desgins... I wanted a cute little watercolor type flower design on my big toe and they couldn't, so I settled for multiple colors. UPDATE JULY 2020: My first time visiting a nail salon during COVID and this place is IMMACULATE! They've gone above and beyond to ensure both the customer's and their own safety. You need an appointment to enter and you must be wearing a face mask (properly). They take your temperature and give you hand sanitizer upon entering. The salon smelled SO clean. And there are plexiglass shields between customers and the nail technicians. I felt 100% safe here! 2018: I got the Milk & Honey Spa pedicure for $45 and it was FANTASTIC. The nail technicians take their time and pay attention to details. Massage was amazing, polish is immaculate. The place is very clean and I watched the sanitize all the instruments. read more

This was one of the best pedicures I've ever had. At first I was a bit miffed because they only offered higher end spa versions (you could see they used to offer less expensive options that were now covered with tape.) Three of us went together and chose various options from the $45 menu. The spa was spotless and the technicians detailed and friendly. The calf and foot massage was out of this world- often times they aren't anything special but this was truly a careful and effective massage. Wish I lived closer I would definitely return. I made a same day appointment for a pedicure with the gel and was happy to get in so quickly. The salon was clean and very quiet with soft music. My nail tech was one of the men who worked there. He really did a great job, however never spoke a full sentence the entire time. It became a robotic procedure as he moved each foot around. I paid with a credit card and found out tips are cash only. So, when I said I didn't realize that, the receptionist rudely took my card back and asked how much to put for a tip. In the end, I didn't get a very comfortable feeling there. Even though I originally gave this location 5 stars.. I have now had my beautiful nails on for one week and have broken 3 nails. One of them broke the day after, which happened to be right before my engagement photos so luckily they made time to see me. That evening during the shoot another mail broke, and now today 6 days letter the third nail broke. The gel nails here are $80, and the tip I gave was $20. That is $100 spent on one day of full nails. I am incredibly disappointed. read more

Went with some friends for pedicures during a bachelorette. The man I had rushed my spa pedicure so much that I was finished 10 minutes earlier than my friends. Also when I asked for a ten minute chair massage I asked for a woman and they said I couldn't have one. Then when the same man started to give me a chair massage his nails were super sharp and digging into my skin and scratching me so I stopped it after 10 seconds and said no thank you. Also I'm a pregnant Black woman and my other friends were all white (take with that what you will). I never leave bad reviews anywhere but I felt like I had to after this experience. read more

Staff was very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the mini shoulder massage and paraffin dip on my hands following my SNS Dip/Powder manicure. I left with my nails looking fantastic. However, the next day I noticed countless cracks in my manicure and by day 3 several chips and chunks of my manicure were missing. A manicure that should last a minimum of two weeks didn't even make it a week. Major bummer! SNS Dip/Powder manicures are incredibly technique driven and unfortunately I don't think they've perfected the technique. Unfortunately I did not have the means/ability to pop back in when I noticed the cracks or chips to ask for repairs, with very little time to sneak in for a manicure as it is and kid free moments, I've had to just forfeit the $50 and call it a wash. :( I would have loved to give 5 stars but not having a lasting manicure is what brought this rating down. read more

Very sad that I had a relaxing experience and was actually feeling pretty good until the very end of my visit. The technician cut me and made me bleed because she was trying to trim my cuticles before soaking or putting cream on them. I was not getting polish, just a clean-up, but she filed my natural nails with an emery board that was so coarse it left huge ridges in my nails. When I asked her to use a finer file, she said it would be $5 for a "natural buff". Mind you, I was not getting polish so my manicure was literally just some filing and cuticle nipping and she wanted me to pay $5 more to fix her mistake??? I also happen to be a licensed cosmetologist, so I can tell you they are not supposed to use that type of file on natural nails AND they are not supposed to "saw" back and forth, it should be single, same direction stroke. The only reason I go to someone and don't do it myself, is because I can't clip cuticles with my left hand. Just very sad that the pedicure was so nice and the atmosphere was very pleasing, to be so nasty is just disappointing and not acceptable. AND there's still dirt under my nails read more

Went in for a manicure pedicure and was quite disappointed - when I asked for a specific color, the gentleman told he he didn't know the name and stood behind me as I looked for 5 mins. the 10 min massage was 7 mins and the heel treatment left my heels exactly the same for the pedicure. My daughter and I arrived to our pedicure appointment, after deciding to give this place a second chance. Quickly regretting it, we were there for maybe 20 minutes. They barely used the pumice stone and rushed through the whole thing, we came home and had to redo the whole thing. Today me and my friend went to get dip extensions taken off and new ones on. The girl removing mine scraped them off with a cut up metro card which put me in a lot of pain. She peeled multiple layers of my nail off by doing this. After this she asked me what shape i wanted and i showed her a simple ballerina shape which she said she could not do and decided to do oval instead. Then when i chose my color and she grabbed the nearly full container she said there isn't enough when there clearly was and made me pick a new color. I turned to my friend and looked back at my nails and she made a rude expression at me. While she was filling my nails she got up and i got a phone call while she was up. I took the call and when she sat back down she waved her hands in my face making me hang up so she could have my hand. Once done she rushed me out giving me a very short massage while they dried then rushing me out. Also while in there i watched as they ignore multiple phone calls and when one of my friends tried to make an appointment over the phone before we went in she called many times without an answer. Lucky i had made my appointment in advance. All and all i would say this was an awful experience, and it was not worth the $55 spent on it. read more
