I assumed when they said they were giving me a van that it would be a handicapped van it would have a lift to lift the wheelchair in along with me in it. This was not the case. It was a van with the front and back seats with two high steps going up to each of the front and back seats. There was no lift 100 lb wheelchair had to be lifted into the back of the van. In order to get me into the van the driver and my sister's boyfriend had to do a fireman's chair lift to lift me into the seat. I have no complaints about the driver he was great it was just I expected a handicap van especially with the wheelchair and was not told that the van that I would get would not be accessible to me easily.

The woman gave the most apathetic apology and told us that reason her driver never showed was because he "confused AM with PM" and that going forward she would "make sure the drivers know the difference between AM and PM".
