Well unfortunately they left out the fact we had to stay in their hotels! So I never was able to go to Hawaii because there hotels weren't even remotely close to our family. So NO FREE AIR FARE for an $8000 buy in decision. Then when I needed it for business it was the same way, no hotels close to my conventions. Then used it for a few times for personal travel. The kicker was, most the places I booked were terrible! One was so bad we couldn't even stay!!! On top of that most of the time you had to pay in advance and many no money back.
