Thank goodness they have coffee. I was at Utica Square for the Art on the Square event and I didn't want Starbucks. Staff was very thorough and helpful. Browse the goodies while you wait on your coffee. They had the cutest set of Route 66 Cars inspired caramals that I want to go back and get. The coolest thing is that the artist that was set up out front had decorated the cardboard coffee sleeves! read more

Glacier Chocolate - Utica Square - Coffee menu - Chocolatiers & Shops Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Let me start by saying that I'm a genuine chocolate connoisseur and this is constructive criticism, not a malicious review, as I hope they do make improvements. Glacier chocolates are beautiful pieces, but flavor and quality are truly just ok, thus making them way overpriced. Chocolate appearance is important, but like people, what's on the inside counts most. Cricket and Fig and Ethel-M are drastically better and around the same price. I will say Glacier chocolates very pretty and likely well made, but they simply don't use the quality chocolate the Cricket and Fig or other high end chocolatier's use, perhaps other ingredients as well. They truly don't compare in flavor, texture, etc. I do believe they could, and I hope they see:realize spending a little more on higher quality ingredients matters, not just making pretty chocolates. At this time, Glacier chocolates are comparable to chocolate truffle boxes you'd buy at Costco or Trader Joe's around Christmas, and but Glacier is 5-7x the price. read more

Got a box of 12 truffles and they were very good. Not all were the best I've ever had, but very beautiful and great selection, there's something for everyone. I love trying odd flavors, the most interesting was a spicy sweet potato. It's hard to choose just a few there's so many. I loved that they had vegan options. Beautiful shop, easy parking. Staff was... sort of awkward in a way? Nobody was particularly friendly or unfriendly. But oh my goodness the coffee. I had an excellent cappuccino here. There are other items for sale like candies and gift bags. Amazing spot for gifts and also a mother/daughter date. We had a great time. Fun spot in Utica square. read more

Not that I ever need an excuse to eat chocolate, but I'll take any excuse I can get to pop into Glacier for the best chocolates in town! With 2 adorable Tulsa locations, and online ordering for our out of town friends, Glacier serves up incredible flavors, beautiful artistry, creativity, and innovation. From their signature Truffles in dozens of flavors (even vegan options!), to their Peanut Butter Cups, their Turtles, their Melt Cups (currently in Caramel Apple ), their Seasonal treats and gifts, Glacier really does it all! read more

Stopped by Glacier to buy chocolate truffles for co-workers. Chocolate truffles are the cheapest, at $2.50 each. It may not seem a lot but 48, one for each flavor, add up quickly. That plus tax and tips ended up being the equivalence of chick-fil-a for the whole office. They should really give you discount for buying bigger portion. Seriously, the cost is the same whether you buy a big box or a small box which I don't get. I am sure the chocolates are good but a little too expensive in my personal opinion. read more

Glacier Chocolates is the place to be! Great chocolates and wonderful staff! We love coming here with friends and family.

My family and I, came in over the Christmas break to try this place and it did not disappoint. The store is small, but very cute and decorated very well with Christmas decor throughout. The staff were so nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable in describing what each chocolate had and tasted like. They had other menu items like vegan chocolates, hot chocolate, and gelato. When the weather is nicer I definitely want to try their gelato. We will definitely be back! read more

Glacier Chocolate - Utica Square - a variety of desserts on display - Chocolatiers & Shops Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Store employees shut the door about 50 minutes before closing time, just as I approached. No explanation given. Listing still shows the same as store front hours signage. Food is typically pretty good, but no opportunity to compare today. I hope early closing in our face was not due to a medical emergency. read more

Glacier is similar to a restaurant that has an overly large menu. Those kinds of restaurants will normally have a few good dishes and a whole lot of mediocre dishes, and you just have to somehow filter through it all to find the good ones. Overall I got 12 pieces, including a couple the lady recommended (eg caramel macchiato) as well as some flavors that we normally enjoy (eg lavender, panna cotta). The only one we liked was the caramel macchiato. The rest really didn't taste like what they were supposed to and most of them were honestly just ganache with a bit of flavoring, which I think is a huge cop out. I wish Glacier would spend less time trying to wow with their overwhelming selection of flavors and spend more time on the development of a select few flavors. That being said, they do make good chocolate, just find the good ones. read more

Glacier Chocolate - Utica Square - Lavender, panna cotta, pistachio dark, caramel macchiato, lemon basil - Chocolatiers & Shops Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

My absolute favorite specialty confectionary store, and now there will be two locations?!? They have a great selection of chocolates, which include your classic caramels to deliciously different selections such as ghost chili caramel apple and Cabernet. They're not only flavorful, they're colorful too, quite a visually impressive treat. The toffee is also yummy. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Anything here makes a great gift or date night surprise for sweet lovers. Be prepared to spend more $ than you would at other chocolatiers, but you are paying more for the best! read more

This is my 2nd time in less than a week! I love it there. If you are in the area or want to grab lunch at the many places within walking distance and follow up with a great dessert chocolate try Glacier. The chocolates run about $1.75 each and they will not disappoint. There is no pressure to buy a whole bunch. They even offer cute tiny boxes for single chocolates! My favorite is the balsamic strawberry and blood orange and wild honey. I would advise against the maple bacon tho. read more

Here's a Halloween tongue twister for you: Apple Ghost Chili Sea Salt Caramel. Try saying that three times in a row. After you've thoroughly confused your mouth, go the extra mile with this seasonal treat. First it's sweet, then it's salty, and spice creeps up on you. It's like a princess, a cowboy and then a ninja costume all wrapped into one. Beyond the ghost chili lies a treasure trove of chocolate confections. Handmade Truffles and peanut butter cups caught my attention. The White Russian would be especially perfect for The Dude. At $2-5 per treat, I'd be making it chocolate rain with friends and loved ones on the regular. read more

came on a Sunday at 5:15 to get hot chocolate with my family and the doors were locked. All posted hours say that they close at 6 on sunday.

All of the adjectives about love and chocolate are starting to make sense. A rush of chocolate endorphins are sure to tingle your senses when you enter this sweet downtown location. Decadent milk, dark and white chocolate options are beautifully displayed. The artistry in the chocolate's presentation is phenomenal. Boxed collections are available for purchase and make exquisite gifts. The kind staff will introduce themselves to you and answer any questions. My recommended signature chocolate combines three of my favorite things: dark, pumpkin and gingerbread. Need I need say more? Vegan and Gluten Free options are available. I'm not vegan, but I tried some pieces and thought they were excellent. The store's mission is to to raise support and funds for U.S. Fallen Heroes and their families. Chocolate and good deeds? WAIT. It gets better. All of the ingredients used are all-natual and several are super foods. I think Willy Wonka lives here. read more

Glacier Chocolate - Utica Square - Outside - Chocolatiers & Shops Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Tremendous selection of inventive truffles, such as the Elvis (PB&J + banana), cookies & cream, Guinness, etc. -Try the white chocolate truffles. - I prefer the classic 1-2 bite truffles to the big ones (4 biters) -- way less awkward to eat. -Coconut bark is great too. -Also though pricey the Fortunato bar is sublime. They're great and active in supporting community causes. Friendly staff. A Tulsa gem. read more

My fiance loves the vegan chocolates. So much so that, although I pick up an assortment for every gift giving occasion, she still gets all giddy about them, every time. I've tried them and, I'm not a chocolate or sweets person but, found them tasty. I enjoy the staff at this spot. They are very helpful, nice, and quite honest. I was able to pick up a Hanukkah themed box from them during the holidays. Much like with the vegan chocolates, I'm sure they don't have to carry these things to remain profitable. It is nice that they gave a bit of thought and made an effort toward inclusion. read more

If you are a fan of chocolate then you should definitely stop by Glacier Confection. They are a confectionary based in Tulsa and create artsy chocolate confections. They can be a bit pricey, $3-$5 per chocolate but are so fun to eat and enjoy! read more

This is THE place for gourmet, local chocolate. Now, not everything in this place is produced locally, like the Gluten Free & Vegan items, nor the giant malted milk balls or the gummy selections. The giant pieces of toffee and the perfectly round truffles on the side cases are shipped in from a great chocolate company, along with the small, flat round artisan truffled but still not locally produced. If you want LOCAL items - pick something from the main center case (or the turtles) - go for the Blood Orange & Honey enrobed in white chocolate or if you are a fan of dark chocolate, go for the full size Fortunato bars. I also love the Peach Melba or Birthday Cake; they have plenty of seasonal flavors like pumpkin spice for the fall. You can build your own box - choose from standard 4 piece basic logo'd box to a cool jewelry case looking box, to a stacking cube - then pick out your favorite chocolates or let the employee pick out a great selection. They also team up with Folds of Honor and a portion of their yearly proceeds are donated to that cause. read more

Chocolate HEAVEN. I was impressed with the selection they have available in such a small place. I came here for dessert while I was on a date and it was the perfect choice for a chocolate-lover such as myself. The people working there immediately saw that it was our first time there and they were so helpful showing us what they had to offer. We ended up buying a bunch of truflfes, all different flavors to try them out. My favorite was the coconut and coffee one. It is yummyness in your mouth!!!I appreciated them having vegan and gluten-free options as well. read more

Pretty good for you sweet tooth! A friend of mine used to work here so I visited since I was in the area. I got the blueberry cheesecake, Elvis (peanut butter, bacon & banana) & caramel maple bacon. The blueberry cheesecake stole the show. So good! The Elvis was different, you can really taste the banana more than anything. & as for the caramel maple bacon, it was VERY savory with the bacon. It over powered everything else! Lots of sweets to choose from, take your time once you stole foot in the door. read more

Delicious range of products, one-of-a-kind flavors, in a stylish retail setting with great staff!

I ordered a few boxes of chocolates to ship as Christmas presents and had the wrong address for one of them. Rachel noticed that the address wasn't pulling up in their system and reached out to confirm the address with me instead of shipping it as it was. She was so friendly and helpful on the phone and worked with me the next day as well when I was able to get the correct address. I'm very grateful for and impressed by the level of customer service. On top of that, their chocolates are some of the best I've had - I would definitely recommend them. read more

I like chocolate...I like really good chocolate ...I've tried it all over the world. I've sampled about every piece Glacier sells...i had it when they first opened to today and as I sat and ate a sea salt caramel ...I just couldn't say it was the best I've ever had as I had just left another shop we won't mention in downtown Broken Arrow....so I had to try another piece I also had just picked up from Glacier...it was tropical heat...the same...it seems like they are really going far out into trying to have so many flavors they are getting away from "the chocolate" ....I think it's a great business and trendy and had some hip spots but please please try to focus on the chocolate and not so much art, flavors and bring something bold and let us taste the chocolate as it is intended.....I'll edit as needed...thanks for reading and enjoy! read more

The most beautiful candies I have ever seen are right here in downtown Tulsa! It is so hard to make a decision when you are staring into two cases of deliciousness! This time we got a dark chocolate peanut butter cup and a pecan and Carmel sea salt turtle. Nothing but impressive! I can't wait until the new one at Utica square is opened! read more

Ohhhh man. This chocolate was amazing. It is beautifully displayed. I got a peanut butter and jelly truffle, a limoncello truffle and a peanut butter cup. The PB&J truffle was a gorgeous little gem. My boyfriend even said "Is this chocolate or plastic?" Because it was so shiny and beautiful. Believe me, when we bit into it, it was certainly not plastic! It was so delicious! There is a huge variety of chocolates for every pallet! And they have cowboy hat shaped chocolate boxes! The coolest. read more

After missing my easy access to the truffles at Vosges I was excited to discover our very own chocolatier here in Tulsa. Great location, relaxed environment, seating, and the owner/man behind the chocolates is friendly and passionate about his craft! These locally made chocolates and truffles are superb...the bite size truffles are beautiful and full of flavor. I also really enjoyed the larger tastily filled "domes". In addition to have great, fresh made chocolates there is an offering of some other great chocolates including Vosges. Go, try as much as you can, and then go again with friends! read more

I love this place. I have driven here from Kansas City twice in less than a year, anxiously anticipating the enjoyment of their vegan chocolate selection. Take note those of you with dietary restrictions - they have a great selection of dairy free /gluten free chocolate, including artisanal and even pecan and almond turtles (OMG - I am addicted to the pecan turtles). My partner in dining was just as excited both times, and has his own favorite of the non vegan variety. Both times we have been here, we were greeted with friendly service, and even an extra special sincere customer experience that made me want to just move in and stay for awhile. If you like chocolate, I don't know how you could be disappointed. The selection is not only delicious. But everything is gorgeous. I would love to say that one should buy these chocolates as a gift. But for me personally, the gift itself will end up eaten before I can give it to the intended recipient. Advice: order WAY more than you plan to eat. You won't regret it. I ordered twice as much as I thought I needed/wanted. And I still ate most of it before we even had a chance to drop the box in our cooler. I adore you Glacier Confection. read more

The hubs and I checked out Glacier Confection today. The truffles are delightful! Just like other reviews said, the guy who was working knew what he was talking about. He pointed me in the right direction. Tell him what you like, and he'll hook you up! The stand out for me was the "Tropical Heat." This was a chocolate truffle with a hint of habanero pepper. It had just the right amount of heat. It was pure bliss. Some other noteables: Milk Chocolate Pecan toffee, Caramel Apple truffle, Hazelnut truffle. All yum!! The variety here is crazy! You won't be dissapointed. read more

I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place already! The dark chocolate peanut butter cups are giant, and SO good. The staff is friendly and will immediately and happily answer questions. Being from Santa Cruz, CA and my great grandmother being a confectioner for See's Candies...and not to mention a candy freak...chocolate insanist....this is by far, hands down, the best chocolate shop ever. I want to go here all the time. I feel a little like Tina Fey's 30 Rock character writing that. But it's true. Vegan chocolate goodness can be found here. And it's heavenly. Regular people chocolate can also be bought too, my husband wanted me to note because not everyone has crazy dairy allergies like me. I am a HUGE fan of the vegan dark chocolate with almonds and sea salt. In fact, I'm going to beg my husband to take me back to Glacier next week just for this treat because it's my birthday (month) and that's how I roll. read more

Tulsa's own gourmet chocolate shop. Perfect for shopping for gifts for the holidays, special occasions or even for a little snack when downtown. We are so lucky to have a great chocolatier in Tulsa. From delicious truffles to peanut butter cups and s'mores, you can't go wrong.
