I think I found my new favorite ice cream flavor! I got a scoop of coconut cream pie ice cream! It was fabulous. I tried a few other flavors and they were all tasty. This was our best part of going to the market. I would pass on the food in the market and get ice cream there. Service was great, she was very patient with us as we had trouble deciding.

Went for a treat after lunch and it was perfect. Got to try six different flavors for only NINE DOLLARS. We split this between 3 people and it was the perfect amount after a filling lunch. The staff was so kind and attentive.

Great experience here. They let us try samples of their ice cream. It was quick service and they had some good options to choose from. Love that you can add toppings to your ice cream!

So good! My new favorite ice cream spot! I love that they have many options and flavors to choose from. I think they rotate some out frequently!

Great variety of inventive flavors. Love the creativity. Tried the salted Caramel sundae and a redbud with cherry tea cakes. So good.

Lots of unique flavors to try in addition to your typical ice cream flavors. The server are very courteous and will let you sample as many flavors as you want. We tried the Mango Pandan and it was amazing.

All around, the ice cream here is just great! My daughter can't have us drive past MRM without hollering, "blue ice cream?!!" We come to Mother Road quite a bit and always make sure to get something from Big Dipper. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the flavors are yummy and unique! I love the vegan midnight Oreo and the lavender honeycomb, and my toddler loves the Walk In The Fair or "blue ice cream" as she calls it. The ice cream is creamy and flavorful. I've never tried a flavor here and been disappointed.

Stumbled upon this place walking around Mother Road Market. I got a flight with Oreo cookies & cream, roasted strawberry, and toasted coconut. Three small scoops for $3 on flight night! Normally it's $4 50, which is still a deal!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake.

out of curiosity with flavors such as honeycomb lavender, okie afternoon & a few other options (& samples), i went with the ooey gooey butter cake. this option was far from a letdown. some of the best ice cream i've had in my life. they have A LOT to choose from, from flavors to cones, bowls, ice cream sandwiches & so forth. playing it "safe" with it being my first visit, i went with one scoop. the employee that was working at the time was extremely helpful & even served WAY more than a single scoop. he also took care of my daughter, which goes a long way with me. the ooey gooey butter cake is perfection. more than enough cake to get in every bite. the employee offered waffle cone wedges, which you can scoop into the ice cream outside of the spoon, it's a nice alternative. outside of my selection, there were numerous flavors that i couldn't even remember & after reading a previous review, they have rotating menus. basically, if you're set on something but end up changing your mind selecting something else just to think it'll be around the next visit, i wouldn't risk it. they have dairy free & vegan choices as well. something for everybody. i ate light before getting here, the ice cream left me full! my daughter barely finished hers (& she can eat). i will be coming back for more, like the flights they have on wednesdays from 5-9pm. 3 scoops for $3. that'll be an even better way to try out the eye catching flavors they have to choose from.

We rode our bikes there since it's conveniently located off the Midland Valley Trail. I wish they had a bike rack nearby. The light pink tiny cottage house quickly catches your eye. They have frozen treats including signature swirls and shakes. You can choose your flavor --vanilla or pineapple whip (lactose free). Then choose cone or cup and add your toppings ($1 each). The candy toppings are pretty extensive, from Reese's to gummy worms and sprinkles. You can also add syrups and fruit toppings. They have 13 signature swirls including Route 66 (vanilla soft serve with strawberry, hot fudge, whip cream and cherry) and piña colada (pineapple whip soft serve blended with coconut cream and coconut pieces). I tried their pineapple whip in a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. My husband tried their vanilla big boy cup ($6) with Reese's and butterfinger. They have shakes available in chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. They also have affogato and coke/root beer floats. There was a huge line when we got there but it went through pretty quickly. They have a good system to order and pick up on different sides. There's a big table outside but no seating available. Great addition to the neighborhood!

So what I originally was going to do was go with the Pineapple Whip as the base with raspberry purée & graham crackers. The lady who took my order recommended Raspberry Whip (which is one of their Signature Swirls) & I went with that. The Raspberry Whip originally has Pineapple Whip in it, of course it wasn't available & it didn't stop me from having vanilla instead & it was super super good. Enough raspberry purée to make it feel as if the soft serve was raspberry itself. Plenty of graham crackers. The swirl came in a good size cup. The lady who took my order was super nice & patient as it was coming off that I was ordering two separate things due to me not playing close attention to the Signature Swirls to begin with. By all means, this won't be my last visit so I'll be more prepared next time. The wait on my order didn't take long at all. I need that Pineapple Whip!!

First time visitor during a very hot weekend in Tulsa…read more I ordered the Hokkaido Milk soft serve with Taiyaki. It was a good size serving and you get whatever topping you want for free (yay sprinkles!). The Taiyaki had the right amount of chewiness and crispiness. The Hokkaido Milk flavor was just sweet enough, with hints of coconut. You get a lot of soft serve and the Taiyaki is big enough so that I could eat it with most of my soft serve. Definitely would order this again. But there's the thing. If you take it outside, your soft serve is going to disintegrate. It just will, because the heat in Oklahoma is stronger. I ran back inside and they gave me a bigger cup, in which I placed my original cup, saving what was left of my dessert. I probably would request a larger cup for this purpose alone, knowing what I know now. The workers were helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated their willingness to answer questions about my order. There are places to sit, and I think it would be good for individuals, pairs, and very small groups (4 max). Usually, I don't use the restroom in public establishments. It was decent. All in all, if and when I come back, I will stay inside to avoid the heat attacking my dessert.

They were pretty nice and crispy which was nice. Overall I probably won't be back unless they add more flavors to try out.

It is rare that I will eat frozen custard, and I will usually order the smallest size because I try to watch my caloric intake. I ordered the Butter Pecan Concrete, and it was so delicious that I ate the entire thing. My family was amazed! It was thick, creamy, not too sweet, with the buttery, roasted pecans. I could eat those pecans all day long! Next time, I would like to try the root beer float.
