90° as I write my review. I think that's a good enough reason to go to Braum's drive-through and get a medium chocolate malt shake which is exactly what I did. Did I mention no whip? Well, chocolate malt shake no whip. And it is perfectly delicious. The few places that still have malted shakes never seem to have enough malt in them. This shake is absolutely perfect. Good chocolate and good malt flavor. Thank you Braum's. I needed that today.

They have quite a few gluten free products right before the register, will experiment with a GF brownie mix. UPDATE!!!! The gluten free brownies are delicious! Better than any regular flour recipe or mix! I bet all their the King Arthur Flour brand GF mixes are good, will try others. Thanks Braum's for going out of the way by stocking GF products!!!!

Since coming to Oklahoma 2 weeks ago, I've been practically asking every single person that I meet where are some good places to go for food. Many have suggested that I go to Braum's for some ice cream and burgers. Due to today's gloomy, humid weather, I decided to make a trip here after dinner. When I entered, there were only 2 people in front of me. The service wasn't fast, but it wasn't slow either. I'm glad that I wasn't first in line because I needed a moment to decide what I wanted anyway. I ended up getting a 2 scoop cone, since it only cost $2 and the 1 scoop cost about $1.40. Of course, I had to make the most logical and economical decision, right? There are probably around 15-20 different ice cream flavors - none of the flavors stood out to me as too crazy. So I stuck to my usual favorite - butter pecan. For my second scoop, I got I think it was cappuccino chocolate crunch or something like that. Both flavors were very tasty and the size of the scoop was very generous. The ice cream wasn't overly sweet and was not icy. The waffle cone was tasty too. This isn't the best ice cream I ever had, but for only $2, this is easily the best valued ice cream I ever got. I'll definitely need to get ice cream here again before I leave Tulsa! This place seems to be a local favorite. On my way out, the line had about 10 people in it. I think this is the most crowded I have ever seen at an eatery in Tulsa.

Best vanilla milkshakes ever. I love the 1/3 lb cheeseburger with extra sauce. So yummy. And the cherry limeades are also yummy.

Stopped to heat here while on a road trip. Reasonably priced food, the kids loved the ice cream. Food was pretty good. We all left happy.

Terrible. The chocolate shake/Malt tastes like nothing. It's dirty, and the service was slow.

Their frozen yogurt is like if somehow they incorporated cool whip into the ice cream.

We rode our bikes there since it's conveniently located off the Midland Valley Trail. I wish they had a bike rack nearby. The light pink tiny cottage house quickly catches your eye. They have frozen treats including signature swirls and shakes. You can choose your flavor --vanilla or pineapple whip (lactose free). Then choose cone or cup and add your toppings ($1 each). The candy toppings are pretty extensive, from Reese's to gummy worms and sprinkles. You can also add syrups and fruit toppings. They have 13 signature swirls including Route 66 (vanilla soft serve with strawberry, hot fudge, whip cream and cherry) and piña colada (pineapple whip soft serve blended with coconut cream and coconut pieces). I tried their pineapple whip in a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. My husband tried their vanilla big boy cup ($6) with Reese's and butterfinger. They have shakes available in chocolate, vanilla or strawberry. They also have affogato and coke/root beer floats. There was a huge line when we got there but it went through pretty quickly. They have a good system to order and pick up on different sides. There's a big table outside but no seating available. Great addition to the neighborhood!

So what I originally was going to do was go with the Pineapple Whip as the base with raspberry purée & graham crackers. The lady who took my order recommended Raspberry Whip (which is one of their Signature Swirls) & I went with that. The Raspberry Whip originally has Pineapple Whip in it, of course it wasn't available & it didn't stop me from having vanilla instead & it was super super good. Enough raspberry purée to make it feel as if the soft serve was raspberry itself. Plenty of graham crackers. The swirl came in a good size cup. The lady who took my order was super nice & patient as it was coming off that I was ordering two separate things due to me not playing close attention to the Signature Swirls to begin with. By all means, this won't be my last visit so I'll be more prepared next time. The wait on my order didn't take long at all. I need that Pineapple Whip!!

It is rare that I will eat frozen custard, and I will usually order the smallest size because I try to watch my caloric intake. I ordered the Butter Pecan Concrete, and it was so delicious that I ate the entire thing. My family was amazed! It was thick, creamy, not too sweet, with the buttery, roasted pecans. I could eat those pecans all day long! Next time, I would like to try the root beer float.
