The place was very clean and welcoming. The worker greeted me as I entered. It is a "pay for weight" concept (much like Cherry Berry). I usually am not a fan of those style places because it is a rip off. However, this place had decent rates. All of the options were tasty and topping were well maintained. They were "sloppy" looking. The worker was very hospitable and a kind gentleman. He did not make me feel rushed. Best part of my experience was the customer service. It was pleasure doing business here. Condescending and unprofessional manager!!! Boyfriend and i were enjoying our yogurt when we overheard (hard not to hear when he was speaking loud enough for everyone in the store to hear) the manager saying things like "i've never trained anyone to do it like this, you guys are the first ones to do it like this.." in a very condescending tone to the two very nice girls who were cleaning up for closing (which was in 20 minutes) Maybe it's just me but i would expect a person in a leadership position to be discreet, respectful and pull employees aside to speak with them rather than EMBARRASS THEM in front of customers. I went here yesterday. I'm from California so I'm always unsure of places outside of CA will have the same style of toppings I grew up with. I was happily surprised to find this place has mochi and boba! You can ask for samples and they give you tiny cups you can fill on your own. They have this promotion where on Thursdays there is no weight for only $3.50 on the white cups which is fine with me it's a pretty good size, so Thursday it is for our family! Either their A/C was broken on the day we went, or the heater was on. It was HOT in there, and someone was outside smoking on the benches, so we sat in the car to eat. Since we sat in the car I can't comment on the cleanliness of the tables, but the toppings bar looked pretty stocked and clean. Went in specifically for the Dole pineapple whip (it's supposed to be the same mix that the Disney parks use) but hubby didn't think it tasted the same. No toppings, straight up pineapple goodness. I thought it was good, I told him it tasted different because it was missing the magic lol. Probably won't be back any time soon, it's a little out of the way for us. Inside was very clean, organized, but few seating. All the machines looked in working order and not a mess. After choosing my cup (only two sizes) I discovered their awesome flavor dividers! You can choose from 2, 3 or 4. I went for 3 and I was on my way to flavor land. I scoped out all of them first (duh). I didn't see any sampler cups, so I just went with what I knew I'd like and I wasn't disappointed! I went with Maple Walnut which was definitely new to me, Cookies N Cream, Peanut Butter/Chocolate. All of them were fantastic and full of flavor just as I had hoped. Next I went by the topping section, (I'm not much for those) But I did notice quite the selection certainly to please anybody! This place is AmAzInG!! It beats freshberry! or Pinkberry! You pick your frozen yogurt from about 10 different flavors (chocolate, cheesecake, pomegranate, dole pineapple, mango, coconut, strawberry, peanut butter chocolate, green tea.. & I am sure there were a couple more) and then they have practically a buffet of every topping you can imagine. it's .33cents an ounce. I had a large portion of Tart frozen yogurt with 5 different kinds of fresh fruits and granola. Wow! I am coming back tomorrow with a friend after lunch and I'll probably continue to do this for at least the next couple weeks, so I'll see ya there! It's a must try! read more

Hands down the best froyo place I've been to. From the product quality to the great decor=5 stars. Their froyo is perfectly delicious, very creamy and flavorful! And they also have a huge selection of flavors (8 machines, which is 16 flavors and twist option too!) Awesome. And on top of that, they have a large variety of toppings also. Every time I come here, I feel like a kid in the candy store! I go crazy with the toppings and its so cheap. I believe they charge somewhere around ~.39 cents an ounce? I really wish there was a Peachwave closer to me... My first time ever trying froyo was here and so far after years and many different froyo shops, I've yet to find one comparable to PW... We have a few self serve yogurt places back in the Boston area where I'm from, but the yogurt here tops them all. There was a good flavor selection of both fruity flavors and more traditional ice cream flavors like cookies and cream and peanut butter cup. The yogurt was packed with flavor and the consistency was perfect, none of that freezer burned ice milk stuff. The toppings are ok, but not as much of a variety of some of the other places I've been. Definitely worth a stop if you're eating in the area and can pass up the dessert menu at the restaurant. read more

I love this place! This must be what heaven smells like. They have two flavors (raspberry, and pineapple) that are dairy free. Unlike Cherry Berry, they don't use gelatin in the frozen yogurt, so that makes these two flavors vegan friendly! Tons of fruit, candy, nuts, and syrups to top your yogurt with. Friendly staff. Lived the previous 4 years in Dallas and recently moved to Tulsa. Dallas has a lot of froyo and I am an addict. I was incredibly excited to find this store in Tulsa Hills! But ended up really disappointed. Whatever the yogurt mix they use is, it has an almost chemical taste? I can stomach most sweet treats but I had a hard time finishing this. Not sure if it was just that day... Or maybe I'm used to different frozen yogurt? I just can't see going back to the place because of how unpalatable it was . Frozen yogurt is the only type of yogurt I like. I am a TCBY fan but the self-serve perked up my ears. I read all the competition on here about Peachwave and OrangeLeaf. Ok, it has to be the one on Metcalf then. I pull in and no one is there. but one family. Great, I thought I would run into the mob of kids everyone was talking about. So, I couldn't figure out which door to go in. I ended up just heading through the patio and getting right to the machines. Teenage cashier said hello. Another was cleaning. There was hand cleaner by the bowls. Ok, this is looking good. Now, the bowl sizes, big and jumbo. lol I knew this was coming and as I walked the door I was saying a mantra to control myself. When I eat fro-yo the fruity flavors taste best to me. So I opted for Dole pineapple flavor and vanilla. I thought both would be a weak flavor. Oh I was so wrong (3rd times the charm). The pineapple was a knock you down through your cheek potent flavorful of goodness. Everyone talked about there being a lot of topping to choose from. I expected rows upon rows. There was just 3 by 5 of fruits and the same of miscellaneous. I got kiwi on my pineapple and pineapple on my vanilla. Then granola and marshmallow cream (the little girl in front made it seem really good) all over. All in all my wonderful treat cost me less than $4. I did good with the control. I can't eat too much fro-yo. It starts melting and tasting like regular yo. So by the time I just getting to dislike it, I was getting my last spoonful. We had an extremely unfortunate visit to this location today, which will prevent my family and the family joining us from ever visiting this location again. This is very unfortunate for all parties because this was one of our favorite treats for our kiddos. We have never had anything but great service here until today. When we went to pay for our purchase using a coupon that was bought from a school fundraiser, the "manager" Brittany stated we could only use one coupon "per group." We explained to Brittany that we were each a group and came in separate cars. She proceeded to tell us (1) she could refuse service to us; (2) told us we need to read the coupon (which stated one per person, not "group,"); (3) asked for our name, as if she was going to shame or tell on us; and (4) when I went back in to show her the wording on the coupon, she already knew what it said and stated that the owner said that it means group, not person and said they don't have to honor any coupon. She proceeded to raise her voice at me and went so far as to get in my face and call the police.
