I came here first when a crown fell off last year ( done by someone else) and they semi cemented it…read moreback in. Within 3 months it fell out completely and couldn't re cement it so I was missing a front tooth. Okay fine I got a retainer made with a tooth on it to fill in. Took 3 different tries for them to get it right and when they finally did everyone I've showed it too said it was WAY bigger then it ever needed too be. I had a cleaning and X-rays. They charged $775 for this. WHAT? And did not tell me the price until it was all completed. Fast forward to today which is where I'm done.. I went in for a tooth that felt loose. They did an xray and told me it had to be removed. They came in (after giving me a pre medication already) with a bill for nearly $1500. WHAT?! I said no way am I paying that and they said I can finance it. I said thank you but no way and still was charged $200 for just the 3 seconds the dentist came in and the xray. I went to another fabulous local dentist and was seen within 2 hours. $350 and a new dentists office later I'm happy and not in pain after the extraction! I need another 40k worth of work done and they will not see me again. Try being about the patients more than the money and that will come naturally.

I walked into the office Tuesday and I immediately can tell it's a place with a prestigious uphold. Very up to date interior design and clean cut atmosphere. Most importantly the amazing staff they have working. They are very professional and proficient and knowledgeable in what they do. Monica was the one who took care of my needs walking in for my first appointment. She is extremely kind and informative and prompt. You can for sure tell she knows what she is talking about! I seen her answer calls while helping both myself and another patient on the phone in a timely matter (which to me being in the health field multitasking is an absolute must). The dentist was amazing as well (not the kind that rushes you because they overbook ! but quite the opposite) he sat there and explained to me everything and made me feel less nervous. I would not recommend as the crowns were not made correctly and needed to be highly adjusted. Both crowns should have been a visual for the dentist to see they were not straight, uneven and sharp edges, when putting them in. Terrible experience. No well informed information before a testing procedures, they tell you a week later something wasn't covered and then charge a highly excessive fee for records which is not within the federal guidelines for electronic copies of records or images.
