Ive been going to dental 365 for the past 3 years now. I've been struggling to find a dentist & dental assistants who have good bedside manner, are respectable, friendly, and simply care for you. I'm terrified, i mean terrified of the dentist. I have had plenty of traumatic childhood experiences that now as an adult I get high anxiety. This particular dentist, Dr. Raj stands out the most. She is so caring, kind, friendly, and most importantly, treats the whole person; holistically. I've always been insecure about my teeth and I've always cried at the dentist & cried over them but Dr. Raj & Donna were the absolute best. Not judging, wiping my tears, listening to my worries & most importantly, being kind. Something that's rare to find in this world. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone. I had the best experience with Dental 365 in Levittown with Dr. Magalona and his dental assistant Kathya. First off, I had an issue with a tooth and my anxiety with Dentists in general is not the best. I went in and explained my situation with Dr. Magalona and his dental assistant Kathya and they made me feel at ease. The Dr explained everything and gave me options and he listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Before we stared he asked me if I had any further questions and then we proceeded with my option that day. I was in excruciating pain when I walked into the office without an appointment-or calling ahead before going in. I was greeted professionally and sympathetically!! The receptionist was wonderful and researched my insurance being I walked in unprepared. I was seen when minutes! I'm sorry I did not get the hygienist's but she put me at ease as she began my examination. I was seen by Dr. Elstein I can not say enough about her "chair side manner." With examination and X-ray it was discovered I had a cracked tooth. Everything was done relieving my pain, making a temporary crown and hopefully avoiding root canal. Outstanding service! This office is made up of the most genuine and respectful individuals who will treat you like family. They have new and clean equipment and work at a fast pace, there is minimal wait time and the customer service is top notch! The receptionist Olivia is very sweet and so are all the girls! I have never had a better dental/medical experience. The surgeon even called to see how I felt later that evening. Shamika was the most supportive assistant and held my hand the entire time and was very comforting. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this team and facility and will highly recommend them to everyone I know! I should also mention that I have a long history of being terrified of seeing a dentist but this team did well in changing this. This place is absolutely amazing.. I had severe pain on a Sunday and they took me in right away. I ended up needing a root canal. They worked on me for over an hour. Because my root canal was too deep they needed to send me to a root canal specialist but they still were able to alleviate all my pain and they even gave me back the money that they charged for the root canal itself. I needed to see a dentist immediately when I bit into something and part of my filling fell out. I was nervous and apprehensive because let's be honest, no one really enjoys going to the dentist. However, I was able to make an appointment for the same day I called, I was warmly greeted, and I was treated with so much respect and friendliness that they immediately put me at ease. It turns out that I need a few various procedures to get my teeth back to where they are in perfect health, but I'm definitely following through because of the immense care and lack of judgement that I experienced at this office. They could have easily chastised me for not keeping up with my regular appointments and I could have given them the typical excuses of my busy schedule, but none of that was necessary. The hygienist, Vicky, was so gentle and amazing with me and gave me a lovely cleaning (before me next deep cleaning), and Dr. Kalaie was also just as kind and examined my x-rays and my teeth and was very straight forward and gave me a great plan of action to get back to tip top shape. I HIGHLY recommend this office and these amazing dental professionals who will completely put you at ease, be as gentle as possible, and truly care for your needs. *Bonus* Vicky plays some awesome music while cleaning your teeth!! The office is super modern and pristinely clean and I am beyond thankful and impressed!! The only thing that makes me sad is that they don't actually accept my insurance, so I regretfully have to use another dentist office. I called the office this past weekend for a walk-in appointment for a chipped tooth I suffered at work. The front desk was so helpful and able to squeeze me into the schedule, despite being busy. The staff performed a bonding on my cracked front tooth. The bonding came out great, and i was really satisfied with Dr. Raj's work. Everyone in the office from Betsy, at the front desk, to Dr. Raj were very friendly, professional, and sympathetic. They made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything would be okay. This is not the place for anything more than a cavity or tooth pulling. I went here to have a tooth pulled, and then got roped into other work. I should have gone back to my experienced dentist that I had used before. This place using young inexperienced dentists who don't really have the experience necessary to do crowns, or root canals, etc. I have a crown that doesn't fit right, and was ground down so far that the top is flat. They did not size it properly to begin with, and then tried to make it fit by grinding it down over and over. Go to a regular dentist if you need anything more than a simple cavity filled, or just a tooth pulled. read more

What a great place! Beautiful, clean office, friendly and helpful staff. My girlfriend had a small emergency with an infection in an old root canal, and needed to get her to a dentist asap, but it was labor day and our regular dentist was not in. We went to dental365, and she saw Dr. Kim, who was fantastic. He did everything in his ability to help her, and prescribed her antibiotics for the infection, and brought us into his office to explain our options, and what we needed to do next. He even followed up with her the day after to see how she was feeling and answer any questions she had. Will definitely be recommending to all friends and family! I finally beat my procrastination today and went to see a dentist. This place is new and clean! I came in without an appointment, told them what I want. Lisa, at the front desk signed me in right away and in 5 minutes Lyn called me in, got me settled and comfy. She Showed me how to use a remote for the tv(they have Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and Pandora) while I wait for the dentist. Lyn is so sincere in making sure I was comfortable. Let me tell you how good this team works! They are very professional yet friendly. I can tell they have rapport amongst themselves which really took a lot of my anxiety away and they made feel like I am in the room, I was a part of the whole conversation! They explained to me every single step before they made any and actually asked for my consent! I was holding on to the arm rest in the beginning and ended up humming the the background songs with my feet crossed. Dr. Ang is awesome! He managed to inject me and extract my wisdom tooth without me knowing it! I had my eyes closed and before I knew it its all done! I visit Dental 365 in Bethpage on Hempstead Turnpike and I have been a patient of Doctor Connie Collura's for about fourteen years and she is an amazing professional and an even more amazing person. I have complete confidence in her and visiting the dentist holds no fear for me as it does many other people. I also want to compliment her assistant Danielle who has worked with Doctor Collura on a number of my visits for two separate problems I had with crown replacements. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and their high level of professionalism is outstanding and much appreciated. I feel at ease and comfortable in their company and I know that they will make sure I am pain free and worry free. I wish to mention another person who works at this office; Deidre who is behind the desk making appointments and answering questions and wading through the intensely complicated business of dental coverages and benefits has also succeeded in giving me confidence in her ability to navigate the confusing job of staying on top of appointments as well as scheduling visits. An absolute disgrace! I went in to dentist and found out I needed a root canal. They took my insurance card and told me a price and I said I would do it today then for that price, went back for the post and crown as well. A month and a half later A DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS a lady calls my phone to tell me my insurance didn't cover it because I'm over 19!!!!!???? Why was the paperwork submitted a month and a half after I got the procedure done. They now are telling me I owe the same exact amount I already paid. I called my insurance company who said they should have put the paperwork in before they did the procedure and I agree. Do not tell someone an amount to have something done and call them a day before Christmas to tell them they owe more. Not to mention I was not a fan of the treatment of the office greeters who are very very rude and not once, all 3 visits of procedure was DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never be back to dental 365, I travel now to Dr. Hoffer in Smithtown who takes way better care of his clients and does his job professionally and follows procedures like submitting paperwork prior so they're clients aren't misled. read more

After several visits with Dr. Raj and an excellent deep cleaning session with Sylvia my mouth is the healthiest it has been in years. This is simply an AMAZING dentist office. I had root canals done by Dr. Raj (so humble and amazing bedside manners) and by Dr. Bloom (just as amazing and comforting) Their techniques and skills are evident because I experienced no pain with the injection of the numbing agent and the entire process, only slight discomfort which is inevitable. The office picks up the phone and addresses all your needs. Super accommodating! The entire staff is friendly and create such a nice environment and this is coming from someone who used to avoid the dentist at all costs. I went to many consultations at different offices because I had no insurance and this particular office made sure to explain all the costs to me in a way that I felt comfortable as well. He's is very nice personable and most of all keep my choppers is awesome condition. The office assistants are very nice which I think is so important as they are the first encounter when you make an appointment and enter the office. They have made appointments seamlessly around my schedule and continue to be nice! Dental health is so important and Dr. Bloom and his staff take their jobs seriously and they are always search of and utilize new technologies such as digital X-rays, teeth whitening, and a cool new method of fixing small decays with air pressure and no painful local anesthetic!
