I came here first when a crown fell off last year ( done by someone else) and they semi cemented it…read moreback in. Within 3 months it fell out completely and couldn't re cement it so I was missing a front tooth. Okay fine I got a retainer made with a tooth on it to fill in. Took 3 different tries for them to get it right and when they finally did everyone I've showed it too said it was WAY bigger then it ever needed too be. I had a cleaning and X-rays. They charged $775 for this. WHAT? And did not tell me the price until it was all completed. Fast forward to today which is where I'm done.. I went in for a tooth that felt loose. They did an xray and told me it had to be removed. They came in (after giving me a pre medication already) with a bill for nearly $1500. WHAT?! I said no way am I paying that and they said I can finance it. I said thank you but no way and still was charged $200 for just the 3 seconds the dentist came in and the xray. I went to another fabulous local dentist and was seen within 2 hours. $350 and a new dentists office later I'm happy and not in pain after the extraction! I need another 40k worth of work done and they will not see me again. Try being about the patients more than the money and that will come naturally.

I had some done last month that had issues and I was ignored and he became upset with me for wanting to know what had been done and his thoughts on what could be done. As with Tee Z, he would not own his error, if he did make an error or address the issue i was complaining about. Clerical errors, involving the dates of treatment were submitted to my insurance company and when I asked him to correct those errors, I was met with resistance, so I had to give up my ability to use that part of my insurance. At the first consultation Dr. Coleman advised I needed some periodontal work and recommended Dr. Mitchell Kaufman of Bellmore. After receiving the work from Dr. Kaufman, I was ready to come back and see Dr. Coleman for my new smile. I am quite literally blown away. My new teeth feel like my own ,but better. They're clean, bright, healthy, and I couldn't have asked for anything better!! I would recommend Dr. Coleman and his sweet and caring staff to anyone, they're gems. The front desk representative Kay was also very pleasant and felt bad for the pain I was experiencing. While they were unable to fix the pain, they were able to recommend what was needed and referred me to a specialist. I would definitely come here again for my urgent dental needs.

My wife had gone here while she was pregnant and she had a good experience so I called for an appointment. Being that it had been about 2 years since going to the dentist, I expected to need SOME work done. My dental insurance isn't the best, but when I was told that I had 8 cavities that needed to be filled, I opted to have some fixed initially and wait to do the others in the new year. After leaving the office (on my 2nd visit where they did about 4 or 5 fillings) something felt off like they didn't do a complete job and I mentioned it to them but was brushed off (after the fact). I opted not to return and sought care elsewhere. At my new dental office, I was told that I had no cavities (much to my shock) and that there were a few loose fillings (which this office had done). My wife was also told that she had numerous cavities, and after seeking a 2nd opinion, was told that she had none. I work in healthcare and there's a certain way to speak with patients, and a certain level of trust you must have in a practitioner. I never felt like a valued patient here, just another source of income for them post COVID, and now I have to live with the work they did. Unrelated to my care, they actually called my wife for an appointment reminder and when she cancelled, they asked why. When she conveyed to them that they royally messed up my teeth and how unhappy she was, they all of a sudden were concerned. I may have been an isolated incident, but I will not be going back. That being said, the front desk staff was pleasant and always was upfront with communication with me and my insurance.

I saved their info, found their glowing reviews and called to schedule an appointment. They actually had a cancelation and were able to take me the very next day! Doctor Lieberman, the wonderful hygienist (whose name I desperately need to remember), and Gretchen at the front desk were all nothing short of amazing. I've never experience any sort of medical or health practice where every single person instantly makes you confident you've found the right place. The hygienist was incredibly gentle yet thoroughly precise. She let me Both her and Dr Lieberman examined my x-rays with a fine tooth comb and I left there with my smile feeling like a million bucks.
