The extractions went extremely well, and the recovery was smooth, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. Because of such a positive experience with my daughter, I decided to return as a patient myself to have my wisdom tooth extracted. Once again, Dr. Kiram was professional, patient, and very reassuring. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish. His calm demeanor and clear communication truly make a difference. I highly recommend Dr. Kiram to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy dentist. That being said, my experience with the front desk staff was unfortunately not as positive. On multiple occasions, the front desk assistants were unprofessional and came across as rude, both during in-person interactions and while we were in the office. Their attitude did not reflect the level of care provided by Dr. Kiram and negatively affected the overall experience. They were wonderful from start to finish! The receptionists were lovely and efficient. Dr. Fleischman was amazing. He was kind and explained everything to me. I didn't really want to be put to sleep and he assured me I would be fine with just numbing. He extracted three wisdom teeth in what felt like 5 minutes (some were impacted), and it was TOTALLY fine, I felt nothing. I was shocked! Every one from the receptionists to the nurses were kind and efficient. Throughout my recovery I had a couple of standard issues (pain meds made me nauseous, ringing in the ears/headaches) When I called the office the receptionists were so kind and helpful, they even called me back a few hours later to check in on me. This is not always the case, and I really appreciated how communicative and kind they were. When I went back for my follow-up appointment I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. The receptionists up front are calm and welcoming. The cleaning lady on the other hand who didn't introduce her self but probably removed my tooth enamel and ruptured my nerves was not personable at all and had no regard for my feelings. The X Ray lady was wonderful. She saw me view a text on my Fitbit then we chatted about technology. She recently joined Facebook and connected with family from Italy. She talked about how she had a dial telephone (my uncle Donald J on Yelp still has one :-)) and she talked about how back in the day there were no cell phones and if your car broke down you had to walk to a pay phone. Makes you appreciate all that we have today and take for granted. Dr. DeFeo is great! He's the reason I still come here as an adult. I like a familiar face and i like the idea that I grew up coming here. He always gives me an enthusiastic greeting "hey how have you been?! " He is very patient and attentive. He answers all of my questions and verbally prompts me of what he is doing (I don't like surprises). He makes me feel very comfortable. He is very personable and gets the job done. I still have memories of sitting in waiting room with my mom and brother looking through Magazines and they used to have a picture of Seinfeld showing off his teeth. Anyway ..long story short ..
