From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out , you will notice that they prioritize patient care and are all about your comfort I've had several cavities done here and when I first came, they saved me from needing a root canal and got my tooth back to normal. Recently I decided to take the leap and get Invisalign with her and nothing but 5 stars for the process and service. She answered all my questions and concerns. She kept on top of my progress especially when we had to add extra aligners. Under a year and my teeth crowding has been fixed and she even fixed my chipped teeth/worned down edges to make my smile look amazing. Highly recommend going here.

Anyone who knows me knows I have a nearly impossible schedule if any plans need to be made. Top of the list of things I almost can never get around to is the dentist! No good dentist has late appointments or weekend appointments. In steps Dr. Mangiaracina. I called late on a Saturday and left a voicemail. Totally not expecting anyone to answer but she herself called me back within 15 mins. I explained how my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance and I have a crazy schedule. What ensued was a great conversation and she promised to work with me. My first visit she did an exam and told me I had a broken tooth & she could do an overlay and save the tooth instead of putting a cap on. I love how she thinks. Then I knew I loved her when she told me she was going to bond another tooth that 3 other dentists insisted that I get root canal & a cap. I refused all 3 because I know my tooth was fine just chipped. She put up with my crazy schedule and accommodated me and got the work done. And I might add with NO NOVOCAIN!!! The dentists I had been to previously were very judgmental and not at all sympathetic to my emotional needs. I had so many bad dental experiences that I had almost given up hope. What first struck me was his kindness, warmth and reassurance. Other dentists I had been to were condescending, but Dr. Levy was uplifting in his approach. He spent a huge amount of time with me and fully answered all my questions and concerns. All my options were explained in detail. No other dentist had ever done that before. He is the first dentist that ever did a thorough oral cancer exam on me. His office staff is wonderful and greets you with a smile. The office is spotless and clean! All latest technology is used. Dr. Levy is the extremely professional, gentle and is a perfectionist. I highly recommend him!

Hes office refers a DDS to perform the temporary crowns , who did great work. I schedule a cleaning and a follow up for the following week. I get a call from Levy who is angry because I did not get implants. He refuses to do the crowns and then terminates me from the practice. You cannot make this up. So unprofessional, As a patient I should know what is or not the course of action. Remember the referral came from Levy's office.

I got a second opinion, was told that decay could not be seen under a cap, and let it be. That was 14 YEARS AGO, and that cap remains in place with never a problem. Beware of the charming doctor.

He treated both my dad and me, and when my dad was sick and needed special accommodations due to his medication, Dr. Puglisi went above and beyond to ensure he received the best care. Personally, Dr. Puglisi caught signs of decay in my teeth early on and treated them effectively. I owe my smile to him and am incredibly grateful for his exceptional care and attention. His office staff is also fantastic--professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They assisted me with my insurance, which made a big difference in my experience. Mindy, the receptionist was beyond condescending and made it as difficult as possible to get an appointment. I decided to call a family member who is a dentist and he advised me NOT to use Dr Levy but when I asked to retrieve my appliance ( having never been to the office) Mindy told me she was charging $1700. I called Dr. Levy's office on Tuesday and asked what the likelihood of me getting a 7pm appointment for Wednesday would be. The office staff was able to schedule me with no problems and when I called back on Wednesday and asked about moving the appointment up, they were able to accommodate that as well! Upon arrival at the office, the office staff was kind and spent time talking with me about what brought me to Long Island. Dr. Levy was beyond great, explaining replacing the crown would be a bit costly so he placed a temporary filling on it and sent me back to Detroit where I can use my insurance. He very well could have done it and charged me out of pocket but he looked out for the patient which I wholeheartedly appreciate. The entire office has a great bedside manner, you would be lucky to have a dental office this kind and compassionate!
