He was so terrible he has caused my husband to now have anxiety about dentists. When I saw my husband, he looked like he was beaten with a bat. His mouth bled for 3 days. This is my first day post surgery and I have to say my discomfort is even less than he described. Needless to say I am thrilled that's the case. The office was quiet, clean, and comfortable and the staff was very kind. When I asked them to please email my X-rays and records to me they told me that the records they keep are not digital including X-rays. They are still taking them with film. They also were not able to help me with an issue I was having and told me there was nothing that could be done about it. The new place I go now, has since helped me with fixing that same issue. I tried this dentist because it was in a convenient location, but there are plenty of dentists in Plainview and the surrounding areas. I am sure all of them have to be more modern than this place.
