Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. From the receptionist to the coordinator and even the doctor, I did not feel welcomed or treated like a valued patient. Their attitude toward me made me feel uncomfortable and as though I was not even a patient there. When you are spending a significant amount of money on dental implants, you should not have to feel this way when dealing with the people responsible for your care. Good patient care is not only about the dental procedure--it is also about communication, respect, and how patients are treated. Based on my personal experience, the customer service and treatment I received were very disappointing. For such an expensive service, I expected much better. The receptionist when I called was so friendly and really gave me a great vibe which put me at ease, because getting a tooth pulled is kinda scary! She fit me in for an appointment next day and asked me to fill out the forms online. I absolutely forgot to do so and when I came in she was so forgiving about it like it's not a problem at all take your time. Just absolutely nice. Like 3 different people came in to either assist me at some point or just to chat while I was waiting which was so nice. Even though the wait wasn't long, sitting there just waiting for someone to yank your tooth out can be a little nerve wrecking. The procedure took some work bc my teeth are stubborn but the Dr was so patient and talked me through everything. It was just such a great experience. The icing on the cake was, I just got a call from her checking up on me to see how I was feeling. I've been to many doctors and dentists for different things and I've never received such care. EVER!!
