The short of it is they butchered my tooth. I had to keep going back for months. I went through all my insurance money for the year and still had to be seen by two doctors afterwards. They actually charge for using a credit card. Do you know how much that comes to on a dental bill? I heard people say they were going to the bank and coming back to pay cash while waiting. Since I'm officially out-of-network, her efforts will go far in helping me secure $3,000 (my dental plan's annual limit) in reimbursements from the company. Needless to say, I'm happy to be reimbursed. More importantly, though, was the warmth, kindness, and professionalism displayed by Sheranlee in completing my task. She never made me feel like it was an imposition. Instead, she showed a great deal of enthusiasm in helping me, and displayed keen attention to detail, knowing how important the paperwork was to me. The waiting room is already an experience, with popcorn and a mini movie theater while you're waiting. Every room is themed to a certain movie or character which is immediately inviting. When the kid is reclined in the dental chair, they have direct view of whatever show they request as a "distraction" and their flavors for brushing come off a "menu" with yummy sweet treat or fruit flavors that don't seem so scary. The hygienists and dentists have all been very informative, patient, and kind, for cleanings and xrays but also when we had an emergency appt with a trauma to a front tooth from an accident. My daughter's favorite part is the balloon at the end and (we just started participating in it) the no cavity bell is really cute and fun.. I think between the movie theater and the balloon there's no dread or complaints when we mention she has a dental appt which is shocking since I know plenty of adults who complain! Whenever we get to billing I'm always a little confused about the breakdown but they usually answer questions to help clarify. Thank you for great service with our littles!
