We have been using Doctor Germaine for about a year. I found him through a family referral (she is in the dental field). Doctor Germaine is an absolute dream of a dentist (and we have been to plenty!). He operates with precision and expertise, is gentle, and also really knows his field. This is a doctor who loves what he does and has mastered his craft. The office staff is responsive, friendly, and sends helpful text message reminders for upcoming appointments. Dr. Germaine, Anna, and Melissa are amazing!! This office was highly recommended to me and I couldn't be happier!! From the initial phone call to make my appointment and every visit since, they have all gone above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything in detail and even check on you the day after your visit. The office is so clean, each exam room has a small tv to keep you entertained and they even gave me a blanket since the room was chilly. I had 3 old cavities that needed to be repaired and they made sure I was comfortable each time. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!!! I've been coming to Dr. Germaine for nearly a decade now and since day 1 they've always been the most accommodating professionals you'll ever meet. Anna at the front desk welcomes you with a smile and always goes above and beyond to make sure the logistical side of dentistry is painless and as convenient as possible. She constantly makes the time to assist me in my questioning and scheduling. I don't know what I'd do without her. Melissa, who does most of my cleanings, always asks (and genuinely cares) about how my family is doing and career is going. She will always give you a funny story about her life and family and really makes you feel welcomed and not judged for jumping in the dentist's chair. Dr. Germaine is by the far the most talented dentist I've come in contact with. He walks in with a big smile and handshake (like a family member you haven't seen in 6months) and asks how you're doing instead of rushing into business. He has a way to make you smile, which may be part of his method to keeping healthy teeth. Above all, he's about prevention which is important to me. He doesn't just fix your teeth and send you away, he gives you knowledge and makes you all the more wiser for going to see him. My experience with Michael Germaine's office started with an easy phone call with the receptionist. Setting up my appointment was very easy and she was very nice. Once you walk into the office you walk into a welcoming environment starting with the front receptionist. She was very helpful and kind. The office if very clean, as you'd expect from a top notch dentist office. Michael and his associates were awesome during the exam and cleaning. I would recommend anyone to go to this office if they were to switch dentist or are new to the area. I am terrified of the dentist. I absolutely hate it. But Dr Germaine, Anna at the front desk and the whole team makes you feel very comfortable. He takes his time to make sure you won't feel any discomfort during the procedures and afterwards your teeth feel as good as new. I used to have sensitivity to cold due to a cavity and the sensation is completely gone. The office is very comfortable and each chair has a personal TV which comes in handy while you're waiting for the novocaine to kick in! read more

Dr Germaine his assistant and his staff are the best. You feel like family as soon as you walk in ( thanks Anna ) . I think the one thing people fear most about going to the dentist is the Novocaine shot - Not to worry with Dr Germaine - you won't even feel a pinch . I am not sure how he does it but all I know is that it is a pain free experience. . The hygienist Melissa is so nice and I think she can do the cleanings with her eyes closed at this point - she is quick and careful ! This is a no pressure office- Anna at the front desk is the kindest and most accommodating person . She will get you in ASAP if you have an issue. As far as wait time in the office I think the longest was about 5 minutes. read more

Dr. Germaine is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! I had such a fear of the dentist until a close friend referred me to him & now I have nothing left to fear. He takes the time out to get to know his patients & explain everything he is doing. Also, his needles do not hurt! I couldn't believe it, I truly feel so comfortable in his chair & he always pauses to ask if your doing ok. Now besides Dr.Germaine, his staff there is also amazing. Anna & Melissa are so kind & caring, they make it a point to know your name & greet you always with a smile, you are not just another patient file to them.
