This place is very welcoming and professional. They gave us several realistic options to correct my daughter's teeth and are very knowledgeable. The set up all the insurance communication and developed a plan that I could manage. My daughter is comfortable here and they even have a point system where your child gets an ID card to scan at every visit and can earn points towards rewards and gift cards. We are very happy here. read more

Fantastic orthodontic care and friendly staff. In 7 months I have perfectly straight teeth. So happy!

Capogna Orthodontics is the best! They truly make you apart of the family once you walk in the door. They talk you through the whole process and made sure my children understand everything they are doing! They even allowed my two year old to be involved in the process. I highly recommend them to everyone. read more

Years ago this man cut my teeth when removing my lower braces. Small chunks were removed during the process, causing immediate bleeding and pain. He apologized afterwards, and told me to wait to see how it develops. I lived with these ten or so injuries, from the day he caused them, to the day I contacted him to oblige on his promise to fix the injury. He denied his involvement, gaslighted me in an attempt to convince me that I magically got 9 teeth injuries on the base of all my lower teeth some other way. The rest of the staff are very friendly and lovely, its just him that caused me this suffering. read more

Quite possibly the best medical office I have been to. Two of my children had braces here, and now my third is starting treatment. The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and flexible. Making/changing appointments is easy. Never had to wait in the waiting room. They get you in and out quickly but are also very patient with us when we have questions. I would not go anywhere else. read more

We just had another appointment with Dr Capgna, and I have to tell you i have never been this impressed with a Dr. And also, the staff. From the moment we walked into the door, to the moment we left, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff at the front desk, on the phone and in the back office are extremely professional, responsive, quick, fun and friendly. And also, very very very caring about my child and I. They are a dream team and we are looking forward to seeing them more over the coming months. Dr Capogna is a class act. He is extremely articulate, intelligent, wise, caring and has a super great mannerism with my child and myself. He is one of the top orthodontists on the island and has a great reparation, but he hasn't let it get to his head. I have been working in the medical and healthcare field for over 20 years, and I am highly accustomed to reviewing many technologies, service providers, locations and package options. And I did this before choosing an orthodontist. And this included contacting 6 of our closest friends and family in the area. Interestingly enough, 3 told us the same person, Dr Capogna. 3 gave us other references, and then through other networking, we heard about 3 others. After many months of visits, interviews, phone calls and cross referencing, we choose Dr Capogna and his office/staff as having the hands down best option for us. We can't speak more highly about his and his staff, and offer our best recommendation. read more

We have had nothing but positive experiences each time we visit this office. There are many nearby orthodontist offices but I'm really glad that we chose this one. The staff are the nicest, parking is plentiful and my kid is very happy when she leaves. read more

Honestly, as a 25 year old, getting braces was intimidating. The staff here is so incredibly warm, and reassuring, I'd do the whole thing all over again! There's no need to ship around, go to Capogna, get the job done right, and get it done fast! To the staff: Thank you for everything, you really know how to put a smile on my face! (Quite Literally!) read more

Dr. Capogna and his wonderful staff are truly as good as it gets for a medical practitioner and staff. Friendly courteous and professional. THIS IS THE OFFICE THAT YOU WANT TO VISIT FOR ORTHODONTIST WORK. We live in Queens (almost in Brooklyn) and willingly travel to his office because they are the BEST. He did a wonderful job on my wife's smile. It's like going to visit friends, not a doctor, when you arrive for treatments. The entire staff makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. read more

I would like to share something my family went through and express my gratitude to the businesses in this community that truly do care about us. Alexandra was playing softball.  She was behind the plate catching when the pitch hit the plate, bounced up and hit her on the right side of her chin. My tough little girl caught a few more pitches to end the inning but when she went into the dug out began to cry; she had excruciating pain in the right side of her jaw and a big bruised lump on the right part if her chin. She had trouble opening and closing her mouth. Alexandra doesn't cry easily during the game so we knew she was hurt so instantly her coaches got ice. Her Force coach, Michael  was tending to Alex like she was his own. That is just the beginning of the kindness. One of Alexandra's team mates mom's is a pediatrician, she checked Alexandra out and said we should get an x-ray. I am still at the softball field, not sure of my next move-ER--- or one of those walk in emergency places. Then I thought we should call our orthodontist Dr. Capogna. Alexandra is in the process if getting her braces done with him so he us familiar with her mouth, I called the office and was put through to the emergency line. Dr Capogna called me back instantly, he had me maneuver Alexandra's jaw in certain ways and then said to call long island oral surgeons on Broadway in Massapequa. He gave me the phone number. Dr. Capogna then went a step further. He gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him later tonight, no matter what time, and update him so he knows what happens with Alexandra. I then call the oral surgeon.  I got the service. They paged the doctor. Now-- keep in mind. I have never been to this doctor before. Dr. Glazer calls me back. I tell him what happened and that Dr. Capogna told me to call him. Dr. Glazer then tells me that he is not in the office, he wasn't in all day. He tells me that he would hate to have us go to the ER and sit there for hours when he can simply go to his office and do it. He tells us to meet him at his office in a half an hour. Dr. Glazer opened the office just for us. He was out shopping enjoying his day....he stopped his own personal life gave up his own free time at 7 pm on a Friday night for my daughter that he never met before.  If anyone ever needs an orthodontist, please go to Dr. Capogna, he will treat you like family. If EVER you or anyone needs an oral surgeon, see Dr. Glazer. He is smart, very informative, and has a heart of gold. The good news--- Alexandra does not have a broken jaw!!! Soft foods for the next few days. Overall I just want to say thank you. read more

My mother found Dr Capogna on Facebook. She read reviews in a moms group and then made my first appointment. Dr Capogna was a second opinion before becoming my orthodontist. Dr C told us that I wasn't ready for braces but we can come back every 6 months until I would be ready. The consult and visits were free! Once I began my braces adventure I looked forward to going to the office. Crazy, right? The ENTIRE staff is amazing. From the sweet ladies who greet you by name in the front to the lovely ladies in the back who make you feel relaxed by talking with you, joking around with you. And the doctors... just the tops! I only have a few more months to go with my braces but I wanted to say I will miss seeing everyone at Dr Capogna's office. Thanks for everything! Hope H and her mom Stacey read more

Dr. Capogna and his staff are very caring for their patients and leave you with an incredible smile.

My daughter had her braces applied just over a year ago. My two older sons had braces but at an office I was very displeased with. I asked around for recommendations and Dr Capogna's name kept coming up with good remarks. We sat for a consult, was very pleased with his honesty and plan. Her braces were applied shortly after that and honestly, there is nothing negative to say about this office. We are always greeted nicely when we walk in, we never wait more than a few minutes to be seen, for real! The technicians in the back are caring and thoughtful, my daughter gets nervous. All the doctors are great. read more

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Copogna and his amazing staff. I have never met a Doctor who is highly profession, thorough and caring all at the same time. He has gone above and beyond for me and my children. The staff is incredible. Ro has the biggest heart and a ton of patience. You know she is a "mom" and only has to look at you and you know she gets what you might not be able to say at that moment. I would trust my life with this practice. Thank you Dr Copogna for everything. read more

Dr. Capogna and his entire staff from the hygienists and orthodontists to the office staff are the most kind, helpful people I have ever come across in a practice! We came from a horrible orthodontic experience and from the first day with Dr. Capogna it has been amazing to say the least. Every person who works in the office makes you feel as though you are their only patient! The minute you walk through their doors, you will know it is where you belong!! My daughter's braces came off today and she looks great! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!! read more

Both of my daughters are patients of Dr. Capogna and I could not be more impressed with the quality of care and attention they have received. The amount of thought that went into the development, execution and explanation of their treatment plans was exemplary. Dr. Capogna determines and oversees the coarse of treatment of ALL his patients personally . Not a visit went by where he didn't examine my child himself and take a few moments to discuss my daughters' progress and the next phase of their care. I also appreciate the fact Dr. Capogna does NOT keep his patients in braces for years and years which minimizes the risk of cavities. He believes in early intervention. This sets the stage so that when a patient does get their braces on it's for a minimal amount of time while achieving a phenomenal outcome. My oldest daughter's braces have been off for approximately 4 months and transformation is amazing. I also could not be happier with the quality of her aftercare. I am positive her results will be permanent and I have no worries her teeth will shift in the future and ruin her perfect smile. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!!! read more
