I came to this orthodontist after transferring from another provider who had already damaged my bite. He came recommended & the receptionist was very sweet and attentive- so I had hoped for thoughtful, corrective treatment. From the beginning, though, I didn't feel truly heard. My concerns were dismissed during the initial consultation, and the treatment plan had to be redone after I pushed back. I also specifically told the doctor (with photos) that one of his technicians had previously damaged the finish on one of my veneers while placing attachments. Despite that, he still had another technician (unsupervised) remove and replace my attachments again -- even after I expressed how nervous I was about it. The technician was aggressive, rushed, and careless -- using excessive pressure in areas that didn't need treatment at all. I left that appointment with bleeding gums, new gaps between my teeth (particularly the lower front 8), visible enamel thinning, sensitivity and translucency that wasn't there before, and noticeable changes to the shape of my teeth (Which cannot grow back.)I was assured that no IPR would be done, yet the spacing now allows me to move floss side-to-side between teeth that used to be tight. My teeth lost most of their roundness and fullness- they are now flattened, smaller and boxier When confronting them, I was met with gaslighting and lack of accountability. What hurts most is knowing I voiced my concerns more than once -- and was still treated as if they didn't matter. No one should have to fight this hard just to receive careful, respectful treatment. So basically I went in to fix a problem and ended up with an even bigger one. If you're considering this office, I encourage you to advocate fiercely for yourself, ask direct questions, and listen to your gut. I regret not protecting myself more firmly after the first red flag. Patients deserve to be heard and to have their treatment performed with care, especially when they come in already vulnerable and trying to fix previous mistakes. read more

I was a patient of Dr Weinberger's and had braces on for a brief amount of time, but was unable to complete the treatment plan due to an unforeseen medical issue. Dr Weinberger was incredibly understanding and supportive, and his office staff was so helpful in what could have been a stressful situation in helping me recoup some of the money that I had already pre-paid for future Invisalign treatment. I had such an amazing experience with DrWeinberger and his super sweet team for what was a very complicated case. I had a baby tooth until I was about 25 getting pushed out but the adult tooth, problem was this was in the front of my mouth! As a 25 year old young professional, I refused to have traditional braces. Instead DR Weinberger was able to offer a solution that pulled down my adult tooth, rotate and helped create an overall beautiful smile without ever showing the appearance of a space (even when I had one). There are not enough stars to give this practice their due accolades. My daughter, now 13, has been in treatment at Weinberger Orthodontics since she was 7 years old. I will never forget the first time I went in for a consultation. It was like going to Disney World for braces! Every staff member has a smile on their face, knows their patients WELL, is knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. I remember telling them that I had wished that orthodontics had been like this when I was a kid! My daughter looked forward to every visit, where she could spin the wheel for "Weinberger Coins"later to be traded for a prize, and she loved seeing the friendly, gentle, and professional hygienists. Fast forward a few years, and I, the mommy, asked Dr. Weinberger to take a look at something which I thought was a small imperfection with my tooth. He then informed me that I had several issues which needed correction. I asked if I could be a possible candidate for Invisalign, even though my case was going to be a tricky one. Drs. Weinberger worked together to figure out a solution to my orthodontic woes and today marks 2 years since I began my Invisalign journey and I can NOT believe the difference! My teeth and bite are amazing!!! I, too, looked forward to every visit. And I told them that I LOVED wearing the Invisalign. Truly.
