Let me describe my two experiences: 1) As a new patient, I waited a half hour to get X-rays done. The technician was a friendly asian man that made the x-ray process go smoothly. However then I waited another half hour to het a cavity filled. All while a bunch of employees were walking around, hanging out, and having inappropriate conversations in my range of hearing. I heard two people (maybe, hygienists) discussing how one of them might lose their job. 2) My second experience was BAFFLING. I go to get a cleaning, wait an exorbitant amount of time and finally get in the chair. The hygienist was not very friendly and barely spoke to me. Was condescending about knowledge of dental health. Anyway, in the middle of my cleaning she left and a few minutes later I hear her and her colleagues singing "Happy Birthday!" to a fellow employee. SHE LEFT MY CLEANING TO SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Who does that? When she left, the toothbrush was dangling off the chair, about to hit the floor. This woman had no regard for timeliness of cleanliness. Only rating two stars because my dental work came out fine. But this place is a joke. I don't understand how anyone is okay with running a business like this. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the toothache ;)

This is my first time writing a Yelp review, and I usually avoid posting negative feedback about…read morebusinesses. However, my experience at this dental office--specifically with the office manager, Christy--has left me frustrated enough to share my story. To be clear, my dissatisfaction is not with the dentist, whose care I've always trusted, but rather with the way the office handled a $22.11 payment issue. I visited the office for a routine cleaning in October 2024, during which the dentist recommended fillings for two teeth. Although I've been skeptical about the necessity of some past recommendations, I trusted the dentist's expertise and scheduled the procedure. Before the appointment, I requested a pretreatment estimate to understand my out-of-pocket costs. When I reviewed the estimate, I noticed it was classified as an out-of-network claim, even though the office is in-network. I immediately contacted the office, and they assured me they would correct the issue. On December 10, 2024, I had the fillings done. When it came time to pay, the amount presented to me was significantly higher than I expected. After I questioned it, the staff realized they hadn't fixed the out-of-network classification. They recalculated the payment on the spot, and I paid the corrected amount without issue. Weeks later, on December 27, I received a call from the office stating I owed a balance of $22.11 because my insurance deductible hadn't been met for the year. While I felt this should have been accounted for in the pretreatment estimate, I reviewed the claim and confirmed the charge was accurate. I called the office back promptly and expressed my willingness to pay. However, I was uncomfortable providing my credit card information over the phone, given previous bad experiences. I asked about alternative payment methods, such as mailing a check, paying online, or handling it during my next visit. The staff assured me that paying later would be fine. On January 9, 2025, I received another call from Christy, the office manager. Her tone was immediately accusatory, implying I had failed to follow up or take responsibility for the payment. I explained that I had already confirmed the charge with my insurance and had been told it was fine to pay later. When I asked where to send a check, she abruptly ended the call without providing the necessary information, before I even had the chance to ask who the check should be addressed to. Then, on January 16, I received a voicemail from Christy, stating that if I didn't pay the $22.11 by the end of the day, the balance would be sent to collections. I was shocked that such an aggressive approach was being taken for such a small amount, especially when I had already attempted to resolve the issue. Frustrated, I rushed to the office to pay the balance in person. During this visit, I tried to explain my concerns about how the situation had been handled, but Christy dismissed my points, continued to accuse me of not wanting to pay, and spoke to me in an unprofessional and condescending manner. When I pointed out that she hadn't provided clear instructions for mailing a check, she sarcastically responded, "You know where our office is, right?" This level of disrespect was infuriating. In the end, I paid the $22.11 and canceled all future appointments. While I still respect the dentist's care and professionalism, I can no longer remain a patient at this practice due to how I was treated by the office manager. This experience has shown me that even excellent medical care can be overshadowed by poor communication and unprofessional behavior from office staff. I have attached one screenshot for my payment of $22.11 and one screenshot of the voicemail that threatened me about the collection, which happened 20 days after initially notifying me of the balance.

He tried his best to convince me that my teeth were Corrected and perfectly straight when they clearly needed additional straightening. Iam a dental assistant and I'm not an idiot and this man told me things that makes no sence to the procedures that we had done. The doctor tells me that my childs tooth grew bigger in shape and that's why it's not straight anymore. Ya no your teeth dont just grow bigger. I had to pay alot of money to get invisalign put back on we had previously done reg braces but do To my childs wisdom teeth coming in and her not wearing the retainer like she should I had to get them put back on. As a previous patient I asked for a discount which I was not given. I was told my child would have these new ones on for 1 year.. he took them off in 3 months telling me her teeth were straight which they were not. I fought with him about it and that's when he said her teeth grew bigger in shape which does not happen. He got so mad that he had an assistant put the braces back on which he didnt even do correctly. When you get these invisline trays they take a mold and send it to the place who then sends u the trays he only ordered 3 months worth instead of 1 year and that's what the problem was he took my money told me it was for 1 year and didnt get one year worth of trays so he was just trying to make easy money by pocketing the rest. He told the assistant to modify her old trays and told her to wear those for a few weeks. I was beyond pissed off. I also signed a contract that said to fix the retainer It was free for a year. After the retainer was put on they broke often for 400 dollars each it should not have broken at all. I had a permanent retainer and it lasted 20 years before breaking. Now after 3 months from the past break it broke again We go in there to get it fixed only to be told that there is an office fee of 40 dollars NO WHERE ON THE CONTRACT DOES IT SAY THERE IS AN OFFICE VISIT FEE TO FIX IT, IT SAYS FREE TO FIX FOR OME YEAR PRIOR TO THE BRACES COMING OFF . Then they say o sorry no one told you but that's the policy... I asked about 100 times when I signed up for this that the braces would be on for a year that this price was for everything that the retainer was free to fix for one year I got all yeses yes its on for a year yes this fee included exams ,post ops , xrays, the retainers and the trays. They even billed extra once. Thankngod I had all my receipts I paid for the while thing over a course of a few weeks and then all of a sudden my account was charged for the monthly payment. It took a 2 weeks to get that money back and they couldn't refund it to my bank they had to write me a check. I paid for a service I signed a contract and now there blowing out hidden fees!!! I work in an office those appts. after the work is done are called post op visits and are included with your fee. If the contract says FREE for one year that means it's free for one year. This place is all about money and scheming every chance they can. And funny thing as soon as I told the doctor I was a dental assistant when he tried to tell me my childs teeth were straight he had a nasty attitude and I never saw him after that. Be careful here on everything you sign and what these people tell you cause if you dont know any better your kid is going to have messed up teeth anyway. And.... they dont let you in the room with your kid. My child came out one time so upset cause the man started shaving down her tooth so it matched the others meanwhile it was the tooth not being straight it had to be corrected with the braces thats why it didnt match the other teeth but to fast track it and to shut me up he decided to start shaving her tooth and didnt even ask me about it. How do u go and do something like that with out telling the parent. This place is a joke and now my kid has a broken retainer that I paid 400 dollars for which I'll have to take off since they wont fix it for free like the contract says. DONT GO HERE!

They seem to care more about money and billing insurance than quality care. I was in a really difficult position due to my insurance and not being covered within the next month. I went in for wisdom teeth removal, consult. She told me I need them removed, which was correct. (Later confirmed by multiple surgeons). She also told me I had four cavities, which I don't think were correct. However, I went through with getting them drilled and filled because again I wasn't going to have Insurance come a few weeks and places I called that took my insurance were booked until the following year. She booked me for two separate occasions however I pushed to get them filled all at once, which ended up being completely fine. She was also aggressive in treatment and offered nearly 5 additional treatments within the first five minutes of the original appointment. On top of that I booked my dad for a first time appointment and she told him he needs veneers... He absolutely does not need veneers. She also offered nearly 5 additional treatments all of which were absolutely unnecessary. We will not be going back and I highly recommend other others to seek help elsewhere.
