The food itself was delicious with a huge variety of options to choose from, definitely something for everyone. It did leave me feeling a little sleepy afterward, so I'm guessing there's plenty of MSG in the mix. At $22 per person, it's not a bad deal at all, especially if you go for special occasions like big birthdays. Personally, I don't usually eat at buffets since I'm in my "healthier era," but this was a fun impulse choice for the day. I believe you can eat healthier if you stick to the hibachi grill option, and watch the oils.
