But I wanted to wait until I had the chance to dine in and really soak in the full experience before reviewing. let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The food is consistently delicious, and they often feature special menu items that change things up. As a foodie, I love stepping outside my comfort zone, and I've discovered some amazing new favorites here. This visit was no exception. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd expect from a cozy spot tucked into a strip mall, but the service? A+. The staff is warm, attentive, and really goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. If you're in the area and haven't been yet....go. Whether it's dine-in or takeout, Yusan is easily one of the best spots around.

The original owner was a man and woman who were very gracious and lovely people to deal with they turned over the business to their nephew, who is a wonderful young man and if you ever have any type of problems you should ask for the owner and he will rectify anything and address any issues you may have. Honestly, this is the only place you should ever get Chinese food anywhere in Morris County! Picked up a bunch of small (pint) portions of pork fried rice, chicken fried rice, shrimp lo mein, wonton soup, and Shanghai wonton soup and spring rolls. First the fried rice is super flavorful, not greasy and actually still comes with peas, white onions, egg, and scallions like the recipe used to be! The spring rolls have shrimp, fresh veggies and super crispy! The Shanghai wontons so delicious and the filling again, flavorful, great portion and amount for a pint size soup. Do yourself a favor and GO! They are predominantly now only take out (freaking Covid) but the food is Soooooo worth it! One highlight was the Pickle Me roll (Shrimp Tempura, pickle, and spicy salmon). Had never had pickle inside a sushi roll before, but it was excellent - we ordered a second one! Fairly reasonably priced and great quality for an all you can eat. We'll definitely be returning. Would recommend reservations for busy times as there was ~30 minute wait on Saturday.

This used to be one of my favorite all you can eat sushi spots, and I honestly recommended it to a lot of people. I hadn't been back in about a year, but since it's always packed, I assumed the quality was still the same. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The biggest issue was the freshness. The sushi tasted like it had been prepared hours earlier instead of being made fresh to order. The fish lacked that fresh, clean flavor I remembered, and the texture just wasn't right. The sashimi slices were surprisingly tiny compared to what they used to serve, and both the eel and the albacore tuna tasted old, which was really disappointing. On top of that, the portions were noticeably smaller across several dishes. I don't mind smaller portions at an all you can eat restaurant if the quality is there, but this time neither the quality nor the freshness met the standard I remembered. I'm not sure if management or the kitchen has changed, but the experience was completely different from what it used to be. I truly hope this was just an off day because this restaurant was once one of my favorites. Sadly, based on this visit, I can't say I'd rush back.
