Also, I'm not sure how this is a veteran-owned business. How did they get through boot camp if rain is stopping them from doing their jobs? I decided to treat myself to a "deep clean" back in January and Beach Pro Cleaners was the first to respond to my inquiry. The rapid reply was followed by consistent and clear communication. I was provided a price range for the deep clean and wasn't shocked by any last-minute fees, upcharges, changes, etc. Instead, I walked into a SPARKLING CLEAN home that smelled amazing! Since their prices are sensible, I decided to begin using their services bi-weekly and couldn't be happier with the continued help. The entire team is timely, friendly, honest and experts at what they do. Brittyn and Christine cleaned our home yesterday and even my husband was in SHOCK at how spotless our home was! He would give you a detailed list of what they include in their cleaning services which was very helpful, as a customer, in my opinion. You could compare the different prices and services that will be included. It was not all perfect-- the first cleaners missed few things. I, for one, am very critical when it comes to cleaning so it was disappointing at first. However, it was the customer service and how Adam addressed the issues that made it all a far more better experience. I told him what was not done and provided pictures and he immediately remedied it by having someone come back. Second time was a charm and I recommend looking for Simone! She was very very thorough. Adam refused to take accountability for his staffs actions engaging with the landlord and ruining my chances of getting my substantial deposit back. This is unacceptable! I paid for a "move out" cleaning. I did not pay for them to supply my landlord with proof of a dirty condo. Horrible betrayal which cost me over $5000. Only offered me 15% ($67) refund. Showing pictures of a dirty condo before it was cleaned to my landlord sabotaged the entire process. Clearly Asent Clean cannot be trusted.

There were 2 very friendly ladies who were ready to work when they arrived. This was a post construction clean that they were aware of beforehand. There are some things they did a great job cleaning but many other things not so much. We did a walkthrough at the end but there was so much to look at it was hard to see what needed more work. Some examples of additional things that could have used more attention are the faces of the cabinets in the bathrooms, the top part of the microwave door, the outside of the oven still had dust on it, and the shower floor could have used more attention to the dirt and grim in the cracks. The main thing that made me take a closer look was the soap bottle in the guest bathroom....it still had construction dust all over it meaning something simple wasn't even wiped. I am sure for a routine clean they do a fine job, but this intense deep clean they just missed the mark by a little. ETA: yes, there were things left behind that needed to be moved. I was promptly moving those items when I saw them and was told not to that they would. I was appreciative of it but it was not asked or required of them. While yes, there was touch up painting being done the dust I am talking about had been caked on for years. This isn't just a simple dusting that needed to be done in the end. We are taking in the cracks and grooves of cabinet doors, the grooves of the shower floor, and such. It was a nice bright day and there is a big window in the bathroom. I was able to further clean it with the right tools in the same lighting. It seems like they just got in a rush towards the end of the cleaning.

Had a neighbor go for the final inspection and I was on the phone, but didn't want to fight it since it was "cleaned" just not well. I personally would not recommend this company for multiple reasons. If you do go with them, read the fine print on everything covered 3 times and make sure what you need is explicitly agreed upon or they'll get out of doing it and do the bare minimum. Will price you solely based on the zip code and house, not the work being done. Sent me a checklist of everything that will be cleaned for a move-in / move out when I asked and paid $1000 for a construction cleanup. Refused to do windows or garage even thought they wrapped 3 hours earlier than the minimum amount of time I was promised. (Promised 10+ hours at the minimum and wrapped in less than 7 - see screenshots) They take steamers to the walls to get dust which was a plus and the reason I went with them. However, plenty of independent cleaners that can deliver the same result or better for 30% less. I'm not one to leave reviews, but wanted anyone considering this relatively new company to know it's not worth taking a chance and I would not especially recommend for a high end home or short term rentals where attention to detail matters - you'll walk away feeling slightly scammed. Our cleaning lady of years fell and broke her ribs. Since it is rather a larger house, we needed temporary help. I contacted Maritza through Yelp, gave her all the details including squarefeet, how many rooms I need to be cleaned, added carpet cleaning for upstairs, two bedrooms and one office only, and that it will be for 1-2 times only for now. They gave me an estimate of $225-345 and said they will be here Wed between 2-3pm. At 3 they texted and asked a question about the carpet and said they will be here between 3.30-4. At 5 I called them they said they are on the way and will be shortly here. At past 6 I called them again, they said it will be too late now. Is it OK if they can come tomorrow. They said they will be here at 8am. Past 9 I called them, they texted me back and said they are on their way now. At 10.30, I called again, there were kitchen noises on the background and they said they are sitting in the traffic. At that point I gave up and started to clean the house when they actually showed up at about 11. I made a house tour with them and my daughters boyfriend, who is a native Spanish speaker, explained also everything in Spanish. So they started, and to be fair, they did an awesome job. At one point Maritza told me that they are finishing the kitchen and my daughters room and they will be done in about 20 mins. Then she switched back to Spanish and the little girl explained to me that it was bigger than they expected and they will have to charge more than the estimate. I explained I gave every detail written and made tour with them when they arrived. Why would they not tell anything then? So I asked how much more, she said they will charge $1500. See what I meant when I said they let the innocent kid make the money talks? I mean, i made a house tour with them and explained every single thing in English and in Spanish. I would understand maybe $100-150 more, but $1200 more than estimate? Say something then and there. Not to mention letting us wait for almost 24 hrs. After about 20mins negotiating, Maritza said $800 is the lowest she can go. At that point I just had enough and paid the $800. The twist of the day: They stopped finishing my daughters room, and the kitchen, literally threw the cleaning supplies, vacuum etc in the pantry and left. Later we found out that nobody cleaned under vanities and couches, even the dropped water bottle lid was still there. Two stars are for the kind little girl and the good cleaning of the visible areas. If you want to use them, I advise to let them write what they will charge and that you will pay the accepted amount only. Good luck, hope this helps.
