I had to cancel last minute because construction wasn't where they said they were and they still allowed me to reschedule, which was very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were 2 very friendly ladies who were ready to work when they arrived. This was a post construction clean that they were aware of beforehand. There are some things they did a great job cleaning but many other things not so much. We did a walkthrough at the end but there was so much to look at it was hard to see what needed more work. Some examples of additional things that could have used more attention are the faces of the cabinets in the bathrooms, the top part of the microwave door, the outside of the oven still had dust on it, and the shower floor could have used more attention to the dirt and grim in the cracks. The main thing that made me take a closer look was the soap bottle in the guest bathroom....it still had construction dust all over it meaning something simple wasn't even wiped. I am sure for a routine clean they do a fine job, but this intense deep clean they just missed the mark by a little. ETA: yes, there were things left behind that needed to be moved. I was promptly moving those items when I saw them and was told not to that they would. I was appreciative of it but it was not asked or required of them. While yes, there was touch up painting being done the dust I am talking about had been caked on for years. This isn't just a simple dusting that needed to be done in the end. We are taking in the cracks and grooves of cabinet doors, the grooves of the shower floor, and such. It was a nice bright day and there is a big window in the bathroom. I was able to further clean it with the right tools in the same lighting. It seems like they just got in a rush towards the end of the cleaning. read more

By far the best and most thorough cleaning I have ever received. Typically we have our home deep cleaned once year. They went above and beyond and at a very reasonable price for the service provided. Both Eva and her partner were very kind and personable. I was very impressed on all aspects.... with a new roommate moving into our place and having it immaculate was a super good feeling. Streaks left nearly everywhere, whatever product they used for the grout "deep cleaning" was just left and now is kind of a sticky mess when walking with shoes on the tile, and it feels like there's something grimy down when bare foot. Glass not cleaned in certain areas, a bottle broke that I wasn't informed of and it was tossed. Garbage bag left in front on the porch outside of our gate in the bushes where I couldn't see it... you get the picture. Eva, the owner is very responsive on yelp. I reached out for an estimate for a 2b2b apartment just under 1000 sq ft and their prices were very competitive. One of the rooms was completely empty as a tenant had just moved out. I lucked out when I messaged her the day I needed service as she had an opening in the afternoon. She is extremely punctual (a bit earlier even, but since young I learned that early is on time, and on time is late, and late is rude). Eva came with another person and in total they spent about 3 hours in the apartment. They were very courteous, mindful, and thorough with their cleaning. We did a walk through prior to the start of the cleaning process and went over what would be inclusive in the cleaning fee and what would be extra. I was surprised when they even pulling out the fridge AND the oven out to clean the back. Truly impressed! This was also included in the quoted price. I'm a little late in writing this review but my tenants recently moved out of my rental property and we were trying to sell the house quickly. I reached out to several cleaning services on Yelp for quotes but only 2-3 got back to me. Out of those, Sparkling Cleaning was the only one with a track record for being great and quoted me at a fair amount and could come right away. Eva kept in contact with me the day leading up to the service and the morning of since she knew I was coming down to Escondido from Temecula. She showed up on time and the first thing we did was a house walkthrough so she could see what I was looking to have cleaned. After a quick walkthrough she immediately got to work. Her partner came over a little later since she had to bring the carpet cleaning vacuum and they were both able to fully clean the house in about 4-5 hours. Keep in mind my house is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house and the tenants had been living there for 3 years. First of all, Eva and her crew went beyond expectations. I had a situation where my roommate didn't move out in time before the cleaning service came, and the ladies helped with a difficult piece of furniture, which was totally not part of their job and yet they assisted out of the goodness of their hearts.
