Just changed cardiologists to start coming here - so far, Dr Ambrosia and the staff have been kind, pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and willing to work WITH me. The very large cardiology practice I left, to come to CVAM, did not listen, made inaccurate assumptions about my case, talked to me condescendingly, and was closedminded + a wee bit confrontational when I asked if there were any natural options available (re: combining natural & pharmacological therapeutic approaches)... that, on top of treating me like a number on an assembly line and a way to incrementally push drug sales (context: I have working professional knowledge of how pharma-driven incentives often work). My Functional Medicine /family doctor pointed me toward CVAM, to address my cardiac health more holistically - so far, this feels like the right decision.
