He put me through a LOT of tests and has figured out problems that none of the others ever could. Another bill came again after that, paid it again (as an oversight) on 11/8/2024. When I realized the double payment, I called their billing clerks, left messages to Kelly and Shannon explaining the reason of my call. I left my name, birthday and phone number as requested by their automated responder. NOBODY, NOBODY, NOBODY CALLED ME BACK to discuss how to be reimbursed for my extra payment. Can't get any breathing human being from this group. Everything is automated, but NEVER CALL BACK THEIR CLIENT TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE.
