We went to a birthday party at Giggles and Fun and it was such a great experience. My toddler had the best time. There is plenty of space to climb, run, and explore, and everything is set up in a way that feels really comfortable for little ones. I think this place deserves more than 3 stars! I rate 5 stars!!! I was apprehensive because of the previous rating i saw but we needed up having a great experience. We hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday here, was strawberry themed and the team and owner did a great job taking care of us! I saw them going around and keeping the toys organized and spraying things down with Lysol, which is important to me. The ballon arch they made was incredibly awesome and so thoughtful of them to add some strawberry balloons, they helped so much the party was a blast. The kids had a ton of fun and didn't want to leave, we had the party room for 2 hrs and then still had access to the play space for another hour after which was helpful. I didn't feel rushed to be out of the room but they did help keep us on schedule so we could be out of the room on time incase of another party. We'll be coming back for playdates! read more

I LOVE how they have a pretend play, my 3 yo loved it!!! My 6yo loved it too! This place is unique, and affordable!! They don't charge for adults, only $14.99 per kid for the whole day. I took my son for his third birthday, and he had a blast!! They are not on top of you where you feel watched all the time, it feels great! Usually i feel awkward as an adult in kids places, but not here! I didn't feel that there were structures where my kid would get hurt, at all! All of the floors are foam! Even if he fell, which he did, it was on foam! Best place in town!! Also, i saw another picture saying that the ball/tube game didn't work, but it did! I uploaded a video showing it work!! Not sure why the ratings here are so low, we love Giggles. My boys always have the best time and it's such a great place to come when it's so hot in the summer. They love dressing up in all the costumes too. The facilities are pretty clean. Smells like they just clean them before we got here. Front desk has always been very friendly . We came here for a birthday party and we had a pretty good time. The place is great for younger kids, probably not great for anyone over the age of 6 but 3-5 is the sweet spot. It's well-lit, lots of soft play areas with a variety of activities including a ball launcher, dress up clothes, pretend play houses and activity areas with ball pits, slides, and swings. The kids we were with at the party seemed to have a blast together, and the parties here aren't private so there were other kids playing as well. There was one group of 'older' kids (seemed to be together, a family most likely of 6-10 year olds) who werent wearing socks. This caused the lady working there to keep getting on the intercom and making outrageously loud announcements about making sure your kids are wearing socks or you'll be asked to leave. And by loud I mean the speakers are LOUD, cover your ears until it's done loud. Why they didn't just go to the adult in the group and talk to her, I don't know. Eventually they got the hint and put socks on their kids, but that could've been handled better. Another aspect that makes me to take away a star is it's a controlled entrance, but it wasn't being watched when we arrived. We walked in and could see the waiver sign in/pass purchase desk but it was empty and dark, no one in sight. Since we had signed an online waiver and were here for a party we just walked right in and found our party. No one was there to stop anyone from coming in or out, which is unsettling when it's a place for small kids. Giggles and fun is a parent-supervised play place, but having employees around to enforce rules individually instead of blasting over the speaker system would be better. Also securing the entrance/exit would make me as a parent feel better knowing my kids are playing in a safe space. read more

The entire facility was a hot mess. All of the equipment was visibly dirty, gum with hair stuck to it ON THE EQUIPMENT, and not to mention the smell of urine throughout the whole place. I only took my daughter for a birthday, besides that, you would have to pay me to go back to such a nasty place. read more

Had my daughters party here and the "host" was nice but also not present at all with the party. The package was supposed to be help with setting up/breaking down and she didn't even bother to walk me to the room the party was going to be in. I'm assuming the girl working was the only one so she seemed highly annoyed kept making announcements over the speaker but in a very rude tone. It also smelled just musty in the facility as well. The kids had fun but I wouldn't come to this location again or have a birthday party here either. Overpriced. read more

This place has a lot of promise. There are great options between pretend play and physical play, and ball pits are really cute. Where they lose points is in the working and not working elements. Apparently the ball launchers have been broken for months if not longer, and that's a large element of the play area. Most of the areas are sticky and the one hand sanitizer that did work sprayed my hands with something that smelled like feet. This is ridiculous seriously. My 2nd time here and they told me I can't have the scroller in there. Which they didn't tell me that last time when I was here with so many people here last time. Me with the scroller and now here back today they decided I can't take the scroller. I ask for my refund, the manager told me, they will accept this once but not next visit. Well I want my refund if that the case, it already felt un welcome here. Never come back this is a mess! There other places accept this even drink and food and not say a things. read more

This place is a super fun concept! I love the idea for toddlers and their play stations however, the toys in the stations are pretty run down,the buttons don't work, there are mis match play items the costumes are torn, the ball maze on the wall doesn't work, and neither do the machines that throw balls in the jungle gym ... I think if they invested in more in their play rooms and fixed all that doesn't work this place would be 5 stars. Over all super clean, great way to wear out those kiddos, great designated area for snacks and secure for your babies. read more
