Small space with tv and shows on now make it a bit more inviting

We enjoying coming here! Not sure if they changed management or what but things have improved for the best! They made better use of the same and it doesn't look as empty as it had looked just a month ago! Even the restroom looked more "kept" Definitely will be visiting more frequently now! We do love that there is are two sides, one catered to under 5 and the other side for older kiddos. I do wish that the younger side was strictly for under 5 as the older kids do get a bit aggressive around the littles. No one enforces what side kids stay on.

This place is priced based on walkers versus pre walkers. They are a six and under establishment so for those with toddlers this is a great aspect so you know your kid won't get run down. They have a big ol jumping contraption on both sides as well. They have private rooms for parties and it's clean. Plenty of spots to sit on the side for parents and caregivers. Overall, it's nearby where I stay in Houston so every time we are in town we always make a stop here! Remember, socks required!

Our Lego themed party was great! My 3 year old great granddaughter loved it and had a wonderful time. Luce was assigned to be our party helper. She was terrific. The room was decorated to perfection and the playground was fun.

I had my sons 4th birthday party here. I rented out the bigger side for my child as a private party. Everything was great. Just make sure to read the contract. You will have to pay for party days before party. Gratuity is automatically included for the workers. But the workers were great even though I didnt need them much.

This place is always crazy, and does not seem the cleanest. My kids always get sick after coming here.

The play area is huge (pics don't do it justice) and my son had so much fun playing with his friends in the toddler area.

This is a beautiful venue perfect for small outdoor weddings! I attended a wedding here last night…read moreand it was a beautiful event! However as a guest, there are a couple things I want to point out... First, the ceremony setup. The bride and groom were positioned a couple steps DOWN from the majority of the rows of chairs, meaning if you were in row 4 or beyond, you couldn't see anything. I was in the second to last row and could hardly see anything. My friends in the row behind me (the last row) couldn't see anything. It was just an awkward setup for the guests. The biggest downfall of this place was their lack of restrooms. They have TWO for the entire venue... while I, myself, don't drink alcohol anymore, I'm fully aware of how it creates a constant need for use of the restroom. Many of the guests were enjoying their beers and glasses of wine, so this created long lines at the restrooms. Lastly, the gravel in the front half of the venue was a nightmare for all of us ladies in heels. My strapping stilettos were constantly getting small pebbles up under my toes and it was super uncomfortable. The dance floor and seated area for dinner, however, had turf, which was MUCH more pleasant to walk on. I wish they had this all over the venue grounds instead. Overall, the setup was nice as they had one area for the ceremony, another for cocktail hour, another for dinner/dancing and a small indoor area where the Photo Booth was set up. Additionally, the bridal suite (which I didn't actually see for myself) was upstairs, which gave the bride a birds eye view of the guests as they arrived. Pretty cool! I think a few small adjustments would make this place a five star experience for everyone involved!

I've been here for two occasions, once for a wedding and the second for a baby shower. It's really…read morenice to have a valet option as parking in the Heights area can be a nightmare. Be sure to be careful walking in as the floor is made of loose gravel. Although the venue is beautiful, the summer heat can be brutal. There is not much room for everyone to come into the air conditioned room. Overall, beautiful venue and would recommend it during the cooler months!

They host an array of events and activities (some are free, while others are ticketed). Events and activities include live music, DJs, yoga, Zumba, and seasonal events like Winter Wonderlawn during Christmas and Lunar New Year. There are seven gardens which take up about an acre. There's signs throughout the lawn that explain the different gardens and various spaces. Sky Farm is operated by Blackwood Educational Land Institute and they focus on regenerative agriculture and cultivation of food. The Outpost can be rented for events. Yelp Houston has hosted some events at the Outpost in the past. During the summer, it gets very hot! They have quite a few covered/shaded areas and there's vendors throughout if you need water or a beverage. There's lots of seating too (both covered and uncovered). A visit to Post Houston isn't complete without making the trek up to Skylawn! The views alone are worth it!

Thumbs Up: POST has done an excellent job repurposing Houston's historic Downtown Post Office into…read morea multipurpose destination. Thumbs Up: The rooftop lawn and garden are beautiful and provide a relaxing place to enjoy the city skyline. Thumbs Up: Portions of the rooftop are dedicated to gardens that grow fresh produce, adding a unique touch to the space. Neutral: I wasn't able to determine where the harvested produce ultimately goes. I'm sure the information is available somewhere, but I don't recall seeing it during my visits. Thumbs Up: I can actually see my home from the rooftop. Thumbs Up: I've watched a few rooftop concerts from my balcony. Thumbs Up: As an added bonus, it's always entertaining to hear some of my neighbors complain about the "noise pollution" during HOA meetings. Living Downtown comes with unique advantages and occasional inconveniences. If someone can't tolerate city life, they may be happier living in the suburb provinces. Thumbs Down: Access to the rooftop is sometimes restricted during seasonal events and special art installations. I understand the need for ticketed events, but I wish general access to the public spaces could remain available whenever practical. Thumbs Down: I am able-bodied, but I couldn't help noticing that rooftop access appears difficult for visitors who use wheelchairs or have mobility impairments. The elevators are not easy to locate, and several were out of service during my many visits. Improving accessibility would make this space more welcoming for everyone.
