The kids had fun. Which is the most important thing
    Nanhi T.

Took the 2 kiddos yesterday. Let's start with the 1st disclaimer. This place is a little rundown looking, but don't let that stop you from having fun. The employees are nice -and polite. I wish that they were a little more attentive and have a little more energy... but it was really late and scarce in customers. I will say that the employees are helpful and don't have any attitudes. That's a big thing especially since they work around kids mostly. Positive energy is taken to a high note with me. They do their job correctly by asking age of the kids and making sure rules are being followed. They have side conversations, and don't interact with the kids much...... they aren't rude about it... but it would be nice if they interacted a bit..... The facility itself is clean. No trash everywhere... everything looks wiped down... it is a little "run down" since I saw half painted walls and the foam squares are a little beat up. The equipment in itself is still good. Nothing made me feel like I shouldn't let the kids on it. Pricing is ok... I honestly don't think it was worth it because there's not much to do. But don't get me wrong. The kids still had fun and spent 1.5 hours there... but they repeated most things. The only thing that you need to be aware of is be patient at the cafe/bar. The 2 times I went to the place to see if I could buy a drink or a snack, no one was there and I couldn't wait too long since the kids were asking for my attention. All in all: Cleanliness: 4 stars Food & Drinks: ‍ Staff: 4 stars Pricing: 3stars Customer service: 4stars Overall time and fun: 5 stars

    Employees not enforcing safety rules

Employees not enforcing safety rules. small children are supposed to be on one side bigger kids on the other side. I paid $70 for both of us to jump but couldnt because i was busy keeping my kid from running into smaller children and while he simultaneously got knocked down from bigger children who were leaping across the lanes instead of running up and down them. all the attractions with the exception of the trampolines were out of service. I purchased a game card to try and salvage the trip but almost all the games were also out of service. Trash everywhere, the equipment was very dingy and run down. Staff was polite but not attentive.

Big Ripper that blew out first use.

My daughter went here for her friend's birthday and she said that it was really fun but the had a lot of downsides. For example, her friend had a water ball ticket but a few seconds in she was too sacred and when she picked another friend to do it they said only she could go. The toys they got for a lot of tickets fell apart before they made it home...which granted is typical for these type of places but disappointing for kids. For the price the lack of flexibility and quality isn't on par.1 minute after their time they said sorry you can't do anything else on the trampolines or obstacle course. There was barely any jump guard some places .

    Dirty Trampoline

We Used to come here often but now I do not recommend coming here it's super dirty, there's trash everywhere.

Kids were entertained for two hours. They had fun and left exhausted. The staff were friendly and the facility was clean.

How much are adults at Jumping World?

If you're not jumping, then they give you a patent sticker and there's no charge. If they catch you jumping, then they will ask you to pay for a jumpers ticket.

We attended this place for a classmates birthday party and paid for socks. We ended up being charged for the entire amount of the birthday party even though it was not our child's party. We were charged $350 and while the establishment provided us a refund of partial refund of ~$324, we are STILL awaiting a refund of $25. Before you ask, this was not the cost of the socks as we paid that on a separate charge which we did not dispute. Unfortunately due to false promises by establishment we are now outside of the window of being able to charge back. We continued to have emails promising a refund with no action. (see emails below) I would never attend this place and DO NOT recommend this place for anyone due to this. This is complete craziness that they would even allow for this to occur.

The little snack room to the side is a nice place for kids to get together and take a break and eat something. It's nice to have a playdate there because your kids are enclosed and gated in and can basically entertain themselves and you can still talk to another adult without losing sight of your kid. Definitely send your kid in socks because it can smell a little like feet as is any gym. Also bring a physical credit card to pay because they do not take tap pay as I learned after I unloaded my child and all his things and only brought my phone in. Parking is easy and a plenty. It's in the back row of buildings in case you miss it the first go around.

They shut the lights off and turn on leds and black lights. I actually came here with my kids twice on a Groupon deal where you get an hour and a half of time in the park for 6 guest for about $85. It's a great deal if you only plan on coming twice a year... they have a monthly membership at $15 per membership. You get as many visits as you want and each membership comes with a buddy pass. I have three kids so that's six kids every visit for $65 dollars a month! Totally worth it. I have already been with them about 8 times in three weeks. The memberships come with discounts at the concession Thursdays you get one free large pizza and half off icees. I've been meaning to leave a review since we have joined, but tonight one of the staff members really went above and beyond. I brought my 3 kids, 2 friends and my toddler. The kids were in the basketball area and one of my boys had recently scraped his leg pretty badly on his bike a couple of days ago. Kendrick was working that area and was watching the boys. They were rough with each other and hurt my son's leg again. Kendrick saw he was crying and holding his leg and took care of my boy without me even noticing. He provided first aide with peroxide and a new bandage for his leg. The. He gave him a free icee to cheer him up. That type of service deserved this review. It was lo g overdue.

Management was extremely kind and understanding after we explained our situation, BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE WALKING ANTICHRIST. Attitude central from the check-in staff, and every single other staff member as well, from snatching things from my kids hands to feeling under surveillance by the RUDE employees even though we weren't doing anything alarming. They made us extremely uncomfortable with their absolutely horrible customer service, not a single employee smiled or greeted us, why work with kids if you have such a rotten soul? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere people!

I always question these trampoline places because they age range of children jumping together scares me to death. It wasn't like that here. I would say the median age was about 8. I felt totally safe to let my two year old go at it without worrying about a bigger kids blast into him. I also like that the place is wide open and you can see pretty much everything from where to choose to stand. They have a dodgeball area of the older kids and a separate one for the littles. Another win! Besides trampolines, they have swings, little obstacle courses, bouncy games and all kids of fun! I noticed they have drinks for sale, but I really didn't pay attention if they had food or not. We had pizza because we were at a party - in a party room. The employees took care of everything: Passing out pizza, cutting the cake, gathering the kids for a group photo. I felt like it was very well organized. We had a great time here, too bad we don't live closer or else I would absolutely frequent this place! My kid LOVED it! PS - I think you have to purchase their grip socks. But double check. Happy jumping!
