I brought the computer to Best Buy and I have to say the gentleman there was very helpful. He explained that I would have to purchase my battery since Best Buy didn't carry it . But once I had it , they would be happy to install the battery.....if I leave it there for 3 days. I am not willing to install it myself but when it arrived , I realized I did not feel comfortable leaving my computer there for that long. So , I searched for an alternative. I noticed that DPC had very high ratings so I took a chance , called and asked if I could get this done within one day. Yes, was the answer , as long as I brought it in the morning. So, I did. Just after opening, I arrived with "the patient" and the battery. The gentleman there told me to stay there and wait because it could be done very quickly. Excellent ! And it was done in less than 1/2 hour, for a very reasonable price . I didn't have to leave it for 3 days. (for a battery?) Sorry Best Buy. If repairs arise again, I know where I will go from now on.

Tom was super courteous and said he would look into replacing the part/ making it right and would call me back. They don't have a retail store, but they have a huge selection of TV's to choose from. I was able to message them with a couple of TV's I was interested in and they had them set up and waiting for me to check out. I was able to buy a 60" Samsung TV that was new open box for about 1/2 of what the same TV is in the store. They also gave me a 6 month warranty.
