    I tried calling for service and they hung up on me mid-call. Very rude and un-professional customer service.

    Do NOT buy from this company. Terrible products and even worse customer service to deal with those broken faulty products.

    If I could do a negative star review for this store and T-mobile as a whole I most certainly would…read more I went in here to buy a new iphone for myself and bought one for my son as well. I was assured that I did not have to change my phone service to receive the back to school promo for my sons phone. I asked multiple times to be sure and was assured that I would automatically get this phone for $99. Well of course I got the 1st bill and I did not receive the credit. I went into the store and he actually did own up to it and assured me it was now taken care of. I get my next bill and of course it still wasn't taken care of. I called the 800 and was told there was no record of it being handled. I then called again to speak to a manager and he tells me "well that's just too bad because I didn't witness the conversation and neither one of my encounters was documented and he would not fix it. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I will pay off these phones and get as far away from T-mobile as possible. Thank God I did not go in this coming weekend and get the 3 new phones that I was planning on buying. They lost a lot of money for having such horrible customer service. Clearly they do not care at all about their customers or holding their employees accountable for what they tell customers. I had a horrible experience at another store 2 years ago and decided to give this store a shot. I sure wish I didn't. Obviously they are all the same.

I assumed she wanted a docking station for her Mac and a larger desktop monitor. But when I got to BB, she further explained that she actually wanted a PC desktop for gaming. I felt a little blindsided. I thought I was spending $500 and suddenly I'm looking at 2k setups. Without any warning or time to research. Ramy was soooo helpful. For a high school kid, he most definitely understood his stuff and was very good at explaining computers in a way I understood without it in any way sounding condescending. I know zero about gaming computers, but I never felt dumb because of it. I'd wished I had my gamer college aged son there, but Ramy made his help and presence unnecessary. I never felt any pressure to spend more than I wanted. Or buy more computer than she needed. He was very helpful in showing us a range of options at different price points and explained each of their pros and cons. I also really appreciated that even though she's only 13 and in junior high, he involved her in the conversation. He asked her questions and educated her on what she needed. He didn't just ignore her because she's a kid. I sure hope I won't be back here again, buying an expensive setup, but I'd hope he's working there should I be in that situation again

Purchased an OPEN BOX…read moreEXCELLENT condition TV 1st - DROVE AN HR AWAY FOR PU & waited OVER 1.5 HR for them to NOT be able to find the tv ! 2nd - gave us a TV in bubble wrap with NO tv stand legs - no remote- then with no back cover. Guy stated he had to wrap the tv up himself bc it wasn't ready. *red flag* - this does not sound like an excellent condition tv 3rd - went back to complain and speak with a manager now. She acted very friendly and gave a little refund back for the missing parts and a "free" 30 dollar gift card . And I say this bc it most definitely was NOT , free ! 4th!!!!- when unwrapping , I noticed some scratches/dents & when plugged in , whole thing was broken. Trash asf! 5th!!!!!- went to exchange it at a closer loc and was told I had to pay the difference for the new condition priced tv. decided to return it and this is when I realized I was scammed out of that $30 "free" GC. My original amount paid , and refunds, do not match the original price I paid. I am short $30. & the gas used !
