I am of the age that has NOT had computers in ones life before solid food. Technically challenged is putting it mildly. When my computer does not behave in the manner to which I am accustom, I get totally frustrated. I have absolutely NO idea what the vast majority of the keys that are not letters or numbers, do. So, instead of taking my computer to Best Buy, where I am treated like the technically challenged person that I am, only in front of other people, I have found someone who will come to my house and pick up my computer and not tell me what they are thinking. ( at least about my computer-lacking skills) I explain what it is not doing and it comes home all better, and all clean! Gladly accepted the coupon I had, which is where I found the number to begin with, and happily assured me to just call if there were any other issues. Now, only Mike, and of course, anyone reading this review, knows of my ineptitude, but not everyone shopping at Best Buy. Geek Squad, take note. read more
