I cannot thank the incredible team over at Giblee's enough. Specifically, I'd like to shout out Mike from the Danvers location on Andover St - from the moment I walked into the shop to the moment I dropped off my groomsmen's rental tuxes, Mike took care of me. For context, I was a walk-in when I met Mike, having just come from a terrible experience searching for my wedding tux at a nearby location (let's call them Wen's Marehouse...). With my head hanging low, Mike picked up the energy and efficiency in getting me into the perfect tuxedo. Not only that, but he was able to walk me through picking out the rental tuxes for my groomsmen. I purchased my tux, so I definitely appreciated Mike's expertise and attention to detail when I was browsing all the great options. Mike then made himself available for any questions and troubleshooting, as my wife and I wrangled a bunch of disorganized twenty-somethings to get fitted and pick up their tuxes in the proper locations around the Northeast. But the kicker is... every single one of them handled it with ease, thanks to the clear instructions and impeccable organization on Mike's end. All my guys needed to do was just show up, pay, and say "Thank you!" Truly couldn't have been easier on them. On the day-of, if any of them needed alterations, they just walked in and Mike and the team took care of it on-the-spot. My wedding venue was nearby, but I believe you can do this at any Sarno location. Every person in our wedding party looked and felt like a million bucks. I've never felt more confident in my appearance, and I'm so happy with my purchase (and with my new married life!!). I know that this review is almost entirely about Mike, but every other person in that store was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and warm. It's just a good vibe every time you walk into the store. Thank you to the team, and I can't wait to send all my buddies here for their weddings.

If your looking to rent a tux here is my go to place. Great variety of newest styles as well as traditional. They have them here in stock. Not like some stores that have them overnight mailed in. They also gave the clothing section. The finest of suites, shirts and ties. Tommy Bahama clothing line is here. This place has everything. The best it's not the items you find everywhere where. It's the items you see and ask where did they get it. Need to complete the new look? They carry Maui Jim sunglasses. If you are in the area swing in they are great. If not it is worth the trip. When you want to be treated right and have a great selection of clothing this is the place.

After some disappointing stops at the chain men's stores/tuxedo rental places, we decided to stop by Giblee's.

A funeral is hard enough to prepare for. Finding none of my suits fit the Sunday before the 10 am…read moreservice on Wednesday was a situation I was not prepared for. I looked for a rental place that might be able to help me and found Men's Wearhouse on 114 in Peabody. I walked in to a fairly busy place with a few customers and a couple salespeople. Mike D saw me and asked how he could help. He was already busy with someone and I was grateful he seemed to be a multi- tasker. I told him I needed a full suit for Wednesday morning and he told me that would be the earliest I could have a suit ready which would already be too late. Even before I mentioned my Mom had passed away I could tell he was thinking of how he could help me . He measured me up did some searching, gave me some things to try and kept at it until he found me an amazing combination of jacket, pants, shoes, shirt and tie! Then he went out back and arranged for the seamstress who was already busy to hem the pants for me which I am so grateful that she did. So less than 45 minutes after I aimlessly wandered into the unknown , Mike took me by the hand and dressed me to perfection . The best surprise to me was that I would own the suit for about the same price as a rental without having to pick it up and return it. Thank you Mike D in Peabody and thank you Men's Wearhouse for having places like yours and people like Mike D to service the community!

Terrible experience. Unfortunately, he ignored us for about 15 minutes. A line was forming behind us of people waiting for their scheduled appointment and to drop off suits for alterations. Then, people who arrived after us were acknowledged and assisted, while we stayed waiting. Finally, about 25-minutes after our schedule appointment time, we started to get help. When we said we wanted to go with a tan suit, the staff member assisting us did not hide his displeasure. We got as far as walking halfway toward the suits when he left us waiting in the middle of the store to go help other people. It would have been nice if he had finished getting us fully started before walking away again. We waited a few more minutes as he continued to help other people and then we decided to leave. 0/10, dont recommend. Giblees down the street is much better. Go there for your suit and tux needs!

Upon entering from the charming street, the eye is drawn upward through a massive space that is BlackCraft Salem. There is a great wow factor here! Most surfaces in the room are black, however the ceiling features a large glass area with a suspended life size witch sculpture. There is a pathway straight through the center of the room with children's clothing to the right and more adult sizes in the middle and rear. To the left are seasonal items and the checkout counter. On the left side from the entry, there is a great photo opportunity including a throne surrounded by candles. There is also a life sized Edgar Allen Poe statue on the right side of the room which also makes a fun photo opportunity. There is a good selection of items and sizes. There is an area upstairs that was available for small private events. It looks pretty cool. The coffee counter is in the far right rear corner and requires reservations during the spooky holiday season. (See review for my take about that item) This is a location not to miss overall. I highly recommend the hoodies and purses. This is where the BlackCraft Haunt Ttickets are available, and highly recommend it for adults!

You walk inside and your eyes immediately go up to the enormously gorgeous witch statue that is hanging from the ceiling. I had seen photos and videos, but it is more beautiful in person. It is a tribute to one of the owners and her battle with cancer. The inside is decorated spooky with tons of orange and black everywhere - I wanted to stay here forever. They even had a life size statue of Edgar Allen Poe. They offer a ton of merchandise from apparel to mugs to even stickers and magnets. Everything is pricy as you would expect, but you can only get their items in store so I think it is worth it if you're looking for something unique. BlackCraft Cult also does a haunted house on the weekends during the Halloween season with live scare actors - you can tour it during the week too, but they do not have the actors then. Staff were friendly and helpful! I hope to come back some day to visit again! Check them out!
