The older waiters are cranky and rude. The food don't taste that good. My 12 year old daughter went to Gibbys with her older sister and the refused to let her order off the kids menu. Gibbys has awesome food! Great wings and my favorite is the Gibbys Special Salad. It's your bar type atmosphere. Seems to be clean. However, the one reason I usually avoid this place is because of the service. I've experienced this more than once and have complained to management. Today, I decided to go for lunch with a girlfriend. Again, the salad was AMAZING but the service was horrible. This was around 3pm and they were not very busy. I hesitated to ask for extras of anything because of the horrible attitude from the waitress :( All in all I would recommend Gibbys if you can look past the service! read more

We ate at Gibby's based on Yelp reviews. Recent reviews. We had the Gibby salad, cheeseburger, French dip, Philly, French fries, and onion rings. Everything was very good. Burger was cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasoning. I didn't use use any condiments because it didn't need any. Salad was very good. I really enjoy Provel, red onions and black olives on a salad. Sandwiches were good; they use real roast beef and the au jus was just right. Crispy French fries and onion rings. We ate lunch and the atmosphere was nice. No smoke smell, pleasant waitress and fast service. Glad we tried this restaurant. It was worth it. read more

I've ate here a couple of times, Gibbys food is very good and fresh. The employees are very kind. I remember it being a little dirty but 97% mostly clean. The bathrooms where pretty good. I rated this a 4 because it isnt the best food in the entire world. It is definitely good though, i would recommend too stop here sometime and hangout with families or friends. Very rude. Poor customer service . Unfriendly when i called in my pick up order. When i picked up the order it only got worse. i was ignored when i asked for an updated menu because i was being charged 8.49 for Lunch special when the menu i have said 7.69. I was told i needed to " split Up" my order in the future because it was to long for a waitress to be on the phone taking my order for 5 lunch specials.I was never once told " thank you " i felt like because i had a 5 lunch special order i was causing them a problem. First thing entering the building, we were hit with a strong moldy smell. Decided to stay and try the food. The inside is very plain, could use a good makeover. Service was quick and friendly. Philly Cheese Steak was good, but had to remove the stack of pickles and use 2 napkins to wipe up all the juice before it ruined the sandwich and fries. Hubby's Taco Pizza was very good. Probably won't be back due to the smell...just too strong and there is obviously an issue they need to address. read more

Ive only order delivery so far and each experience has been pleasant. The wait time we were told has been accurate, kind employees thus far, and ridiculously good food. I order from there weekly and even had them supply food for my son's rehearsal wedding dinner and they treat me like poo. Avoid this place. Terrible experience. Ordered the burgers....one bacon cheddar and the other was the Southwest Burger. Both burgers were WAY overcooked and one of them didn't have any cheese on it. Did not eat it all because it was so awful. Could get a better burger at Hardees. Service was terrible and the place was a mess. If they offered endless fries, they never told us about it. Oh Gibbys.......we love you because you are close to our house, but they can't get their stuff together lately! Normally if we are rushed for dinner (or just feeling lazy), the H will order wings either to go or delivery with a side salad. He ordered 2 pounds of wings recently (yes, he can eat a lot......) and after he got home from picking them up, he realized there were only two ranch sauces (he asked for extra) and he was charged for both dressings. Seriously?? What place makes you pay for two pounds of wings and will not give you dressing to dip on the side??? Craziness. So I call to ask and the manager told me they should include two dressings at no charge, so he was nice enough to give us a free pound of wings next time we ordered. Very nice, I appreciate that. However, the next time we order, we get delivery. Two pounds of wings and salad, with extra dressings. After the delivery guy leaves and we open everything up.......NO DRESSINGS. It was just frustrating after the previous visit. They came back and brought some back, but it has just been a hassle with them lately. I wish I could agree with the 3 previous reviews. However, our experience was not the best. We were there on a mid Sat afternoon. There was one other table of guests besides us. The service was VERY slow. I literally had to get up and go find the waitress to get our check. She was behind the bar TEXTING someone. We felt like the food was barely mediocre and it took a long time to get it. We only tried them b/c we had a gift cert from Restaurant.com. Unfortunate that we wasted $40. Safe to say that we will not be back. read more
