I tried to prevent this by informing Cary to send my scripts to capsule pharmacy on last Wednesday, but they did not. I did not find out that Cary was closing until a day before, so I found CAPSULE pharmacy that same day. Come to find out my scripts haven't even been sent to KALORAMA according to the person I spoke to. I had a negative experience with these people years ago so this is the last place I wanted my scripts to go. They have not changed.

They know me by name, they've asked about the health of my kids after a round of antibiotics they prepared for us previously. The employees follow through on pursuing medications or renewing scripts that I require. They take their time - no impatience ever - to problem solve with us. Script fulfillment is prompt. 100% recommend. So happy to have found a superior alternative to CVS. Edited to add: I found this place after CVS failed to provide something I needed after weeks of struggling through phone trees, unreturned messages, and dealing with impatient pharmacists who didn't care to explain to me why they couldn't find what I needed nor direct me towards solutions. I called this place on a whim, and after receiving the friendliest response and subsequent fulfillment of said medication, I called my husband and said, "screw CVS forever.
