"Small in size, big in heart."…read more Dupont Circle Pharmacy is ideal if you desire a friendly, caring and efficient healthcare provider. I am so very grateful for the service offered by the entire staff of DCP. I expected higher prices, but they are reasonable, even sharing discount programs to ease the bite. They even stock wellness products. I have compassion for the employees of the big box pharmacies; they seem to be overworked and short staffed. No matter the volume or request, DCP is at ease in its customer focused operation. I LOVE my neighborhood pharmacy. Thanks for taking care of me and my family. Continued blessings and abundance to DCP!

While that's a wonderful and welcoming experience at any establishment, I've found it particularly helpful to actually have a relationship with my pharmacist. The whole team remembers your name and your preferences and consistently goes above and beyond to help (whether it's proactively helping you track down a difficult to locate medication, reminding you when something is ready for pick up, even working hard to accommodate Your schedule)!

Pills Plus got me set up immediately and always has my prescription ready. They even check in if I forget to pick it up and remind me when it's about to expire (which I definitely need!). It feels like a true family-owned pharmacy that actually cares about its customers. The team is wonderful, and now I get all my prescriptions filled there. So glad I made the switch.

In addition, the shelves offer a mini-drugstore of generally used non-prescription items, making it a great one-stop destination. Highly recommended.

Walking in, it's clean, bright, and well stocked. Needed to pick up a few missing essentials, pain medicine for a headache and a few snacks. Ended up with exactly what I needed and the prices were great! Passed an employee who didn't say anything. While looking for something in the aisle, he looked up and apologized for not greeting us. He was trying to restock quickly because he was being asked to do something else. I appreciated the explanation, since sometimes we customers forget that employees are people with concerns running through their minds too. We ended up here more than once during our stay so we were glad this was near our location. Would go back if I'm in the area again!

The new manager asked me to return since he has really been trying to transform the customer service experience. I have occasionally gone back. I won't use the pharmacy since one mistake is enough. The older seasoned employees seem to care more than newer ones. My "to go" store is still Aldi, but Safeway is convenient and not as disappointing as Walmart on H Street (having said that, the Walmart pharmacy on H street is the best in the city). There are decent sales on ice cream, condiments and soups. The Starbucks inside the store has limited seating. The phone service in the store is almost non-existent on Sprint lines.
