Do not go here for your prescriptions I repeat do not go here! This was one of the worst experiences I've had and I've been on medication for years. They created two accounts for me so when I went to get my refills, they told me there were none. I told him they were double counts and they literally told me that I just needed to go away. I walked to another CVS about a mile away, they were so helpful, they pulled the correct prescription and got it with filled within the hour.The people that were in the pharmacy there are angry, rude, and will shoot you a nasty look for just talking to them. I stopped by to grab a few items, including a magazine. Although the magazine was priced $10.99, it rang up .01. Per CVS policy, that made the item free - which I advised the cashier. She told her manager, Dani, who ignored me (like she didn't even address me, just reached over and punched the numbers into the register) and proceeded to override the system to charge me full price. I obviously contacted CVS customer service already but the only reason I'd go to this location is if you're looking to be ripped off by rude employees who do not follow company policy. read more

This CVS is surprisingly OK. Staff are friendly and more helpful than most. Dogs are welcomed! The shelves aren't in disarray and they do their best keeping everything stocked. The store is understaffed. I hope that CVS realizes they have a tremendous asset in a manager named Daniella. She has helped me at the locked cases, helped out the team station. Today, she kept the line moving by bouncing between two registers. Her demeanor is consistently professional. Give her a raise and get her more staff. If you think that is too expensive, check to see if executives receiving bonuses deserve the money more than she does. read more

Does this place even function as a pharmacy? Every time I'm forced to go to this CVS it's just 3-4 people shuffling through prescription packages at an absolute glacial pace. Earlier today I stood in line for about 15 minutes while they helped a single (1) person. Finally I politely asked if anyone else could help me and the pharmacist literally said "that's what the line is for - can't you see we're understaffed?" I gave it another 2-3 minutes before walking out, deciding it'd be easier to send my rx to another pharmacy. Just abysmal. read more

I cannot stress enough how awful this pharmacy is. If you're going for anything else, the staff is friendly and generally well-stocked. But in the pharmacy--they must have hired the most awful people they could possibly find (aside from one woman who is very pleasant and helped get my prescription cost down when I was in between jobs but I haven't seen her there in a while). The pharmacists are confused when you ask them for a prescription and incredibly rude. I had a prescription "in process" for over a week, I was on hold on the phone for over three hours and never got an answer, so I just went there and then they filled it within minutes. They said if it ever happens again "just call and we'll put it through." Now that would be great IF THEY PICKED UP THEIR PHONE. So now on top of my regular day job I have to manage pharmacists who don't know how to do their job. This place is a joke. read more

Awful place. You have to walk through a gauntlet of beggars to get in, the store is dirty, and the shelves are often empty. Security guard is their only to protect employees. Terrible. Pharmacy is unreliable. The App does not work. I can never get my prescriptions on time. I have had one "in process" for the last 48 hours. I do not like going in there because someone is always yelling at the the pharmacist, honestly, because of something CVS did or didn't do right. People need their medication in a timely fashion. Now, everyone there is NOT unprofessional, but there is a reason I TRY and get my medication mailed and that isn't reliable. Please take a lesson from Walgreens. The selection gets smaller and smaller with every visit until today they had only 1 of the 5 items I was there for. What they do have in stock is often under lock and key and they only have one employee on the floor to unlock it for you. Then there is only one person on registers so the wait is long. This cvs truly sucks. I prefer cvs out of all the other pharmacies. Mostly because their reward card follows my buying trends and offers me discount on many of the products I frequent. So for example instead of paying $3 for puff tissues with lotion an email will notify me that they are on sale for $.99 I am not a couponer in the least but their rewards program does all the leg work for me. So why pay $3-5 more when discounts are offered often. Now, my 2 star rating for this particular store is because it's always in shambles. The area boats new stores and I think this might be one of the newly developed. But you walk in and 3 refrigerators are broken and not operational, came looking for more sun tan lotion. Selection is so small and they don't carry all the brands and spf potetancy. I don't need spf 100! That's all they carried. I went to the reward machine to pull my coupons - it doesn't work. Shocker!!! Went to pick up my prescription at 11am because hey said it would be ready by then. Also got a text saying it's ready. I am on a time crunch. I arrive for the pick up and they said it's not ready. So which is it? Had to wait another 30 minutes before they got their act together. I have a cvs across the street from my job that is always stocked, and they have their store together. I will frequent that one instead. This place is just a waste of time for all options read more

This pharmacy has gone down hill for quite some time. I'm half past sick of their ineptitude. I receive texts from them stating that my prescription is ready. I go to the pharmacy. The prescription is not ready. This has happened at least a dozen times over the last year. They consistently do not fill my doctors' prescription orders at all or correctly. Do not go to this CVS. In the 10+ years I have been using CVS pharmacies to fill prescriptions, I have yet to encounter a worse location. The service here is absolutely horrendous. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes MINIMUM for your prescriptions to be filled. I was here with three other women tonight and we each waited over an hour to get our prescriptions, even though we were initially told the wait would be 25 minutes. I've had outrageous wait times before at this location, so I called ahead to make sure my prescription would be ready. Jokes on me, because they just put me on hold for half an hour and I eventually hung up. This place is grossly understaffed, but even then the astronomical wait times don't make sense. It's also common to see people literally in tears here because their prescriptions can't be filled or the payment is not what they're used to. I assume a lot of this has to do with the state of the healthcare system in this country, but the fact that I see at least one person crying/furious after talking to the Pharmacist at this location leads me to believe those that work here are especially incompetent when it comes to dealing with providers and insurance companies. I can attest to this, as I have had numerous instances where the staff have proved unable to take basic measures to communicate with my providers. At other CVS locations, I simply do not run into these problems. TLDR;Don't waste your time here. This place is nuts. Staff will lie to you about wait times and show no willingness to work with providers and insurance companies to get you your prescription at a reasonable price. read more

Don't fill your prescriptions here. The pharmacist is slow, overpromises and under-delivers. People get texts to pick up prescriptions that have not been filled. Even when your husband is lying at home, immobilized, after abdominal surgery this afternoon and you tell her he is in pain, she may tell you what she told me: "everybody's in pain". I waited 90mins for her to expedite my prescription that she had initially estimated would take 45. I needed a handful of oxycodone for my husband who had been discharged from hospital a few hours earlier. He ended up hoisting himself up out of bed , straining his stitches to swallow some ibuprofen in the 2 hours I was gone. Save yourself some time and use the CVS on Mass Ave. They have employees there. read more

Still pricey, but at usual, CVS came through in a clutch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the store clerks were generally very helpful and pleasant. While I wish the prices were lower, I enjoy shopping at CVS. Their stores are generally clean, well-organized and they offer a good product selection. They have lost my prescriptions and not entered the transaction into the computer record, and then the order never existed. When you go back to the doctor it sounds like: "the dog ate my homework". This is a pretty big CVS and seems to have lots of product options. Walking by, it doesn't seem to be as big as it is. Luckily, every time I've gone I've been able to find everything that I need. I would warn you about the line at the cash register. It is always pretty lengthy and I never have good service in the store. Currently on hold, so far it's been 33 minutes. In that time I've traveled to the pharmacy, waited in line, spoken to a manager, and got my prescription without them ever picking up the phone. Don't bother calling, if they ask you to be on hold, don't let them put you on hold. read more

This is the worse service ever. My DR sent multiple RXs (3), I had to go there, because of course no one answered the phone to verify status, only to be told that CVS only received 1RX, Contacted DR's office they resent the 2 missing RXs, go back to CVS and yet again CVS says they only received 1 of the 2. Had to call back to the Dr's office again to resend the remaining RX. - Now INS company says they need pre-auth - Dr's office submitted pre-auth 2xs. Waited 48 hours after each request, had to go back to the CVS to check status (why - no answer on phone for over 45 minutes), they tell me they re-ran RX and INS still not approving. Total BS, because I call INS Company directly, only to learn that the RX was never rerun/resubmitted. So then the INS Rep makes a call for me (with me on the line), INS Rep finally gets through to the CVS, Rep says hello, puts the INS Rep on hold and promptly hangs up. For the next few hours in the morning and then later that afternoon, calls were attempted and I was put on hold repeatedly. Occassionally, you hear the phone connecting only to be placed back in the queue. read more

Quick and easy. Street parking right out front. It's never been busy inside or out the three times I've been. The place seems to be organized and well maintained.
