They now have "testers" of foundations! Although I unfortunately could not find the testers in the colors I needed. The staff was actually really helpful in providing me make up wipes and even serum/moisturizer samples when I needed a last minute dry skin fix. I also was about to try Vichy which I completely recommend now, and saved me from having unbearable dry skin for the rest of the day. Overall, super impressed with the services that Sephora... woops, I mean CVS offers. It almost reminded me of a drugstore Sephora. I definitely recommend CVS for drugstore beauty needs.

The man immediately interjected and said "We close at 7. Tomorrow." He then followed up with: "you have good insurance. You don't need more discount." Absolute A-Hole comment. Clearly is not happy with his job or life. I ended up just paying the difference because I did not want to deal with him or get into an argument. Truthfully ruined my day. They could've said no and been nice about it and given a reasonable explanation as to why they wouldn't accept it. I left my medicine box in NJ and had arrived in DC for three nights, to celebrate my husband's birthday with our adult children. . . who had also traveled there. I have a chronic disease and was at my wit's end, so stressed out about getting ill while out of town. The pharmacist did a tremendous amount of work to get my 8 prescriptions ready, with 3-day supplies of each, explaining the situation to my insurance company, so that they would allow the emergency fills. His name was Joe and this was on 5/19/2023. He was an amazing example of professional courtesy and expertise and I will not soon forget his kindness. Thank you, Joe!

The only reason I happened upon it is that it is in the same building as the hotel I was staying at. Being so, it does not have direct access to the hotel (at least not that I seen) and you need to exit the hotel and walk around the corner to enter. I came in here for some drinks, snacks and hygiene products. It was not my intentions to stay the night in the DC area, but this made it easier to get what I did need for a one night stay. It feels like a narrow store, and it is multi-leveled, so be careful and watch your step. Aisles are a tight squeeze and you can be pushed along your way when looking for an item. Checking out is a breeze. Probably the easiest thing to be done in here.
